Alex is terrific. He was the only one of six plumbing companies I called who answered the phone directly and managed to come out early the next morning to repair my laundry sink whose pump had stopped working, and was full of water. I could no wait because I need to leave for a trip. The man fixed it, immediately after he came and did so in an efficient and pleasant manner. He is very professional yet personable, and will help you out with a smile!

Recently had a stubborn clog in our main drain.

I had Initially scheduled an appointment with another company. The other company was upfront about their $150 diagnostic fee and that they do a fixed price quote upon diagnosing the issue.
What I was not prepared for was a quote that would have resulted in a bill totalling over $1000. Unsatisfied with their price, I thanked them for their time, paid the diagnostic fee and called Ole' Walkerville Plumbing.

Alex from Ole' Walkerville Plumbing was a real lifesaver! He arrived within 2 hours, promptly diagnosed the issue, and had it fully resolved for less than half the total price I was originally quoted.

Alex was extremely professional, punctual, and clearly highly knowledgeable. He really knew his “crap,” so to speak!

If you're looking for a plumber who doesn’t “drain” your wallet and truly delivers, Ole' Walkerville Plumbing is the way to go.

I called Ole' Walkerville Plumbing in a pinch when I had an emergency leak at my rental property in Windsor. Even though I eventually figured out the root cause myself, Alex was incredibly responsive — answering my call at 3am and helping me shut off the main water valve remotely. Alex and his team were excellent to deal with, very professional and phenomenal work. Caleb, Alex, and Tyler were fantastic and very knowledgeable and accommodating, they also cleaned any mess that was made from cutting drywall. Highly recommend this team!

We would like to say we are totally satisfied with the service we received this week. The plumbing job was done bar non over the top service. The plumbers that did the job where friendly, neat and professionals all the way.
I would recommend there services to family and friend. Alex took the time to call us after job was finished explain the job done, warranty and if we had any question dont hesitated to call When we need any plumbing jobs done we will not hesitate to call Alex and his crew for super service. This company is a 5 star.

This process involved some big men working in a tiny crawl space and they handled it like champs. They were very clean and professional as they had come and gone a few times during the renovation, leaving the job site tidy after each visit. From the sink to dishwasher and fridge- each were handled with care and completed to how I imagined. Their work is organized, paying attention to all the finer details. We called Ole Walkerville Plumbing to replace our broken sump pump. Very professional, knowledgeable, fast and fair with the price. Would call these guys again.

I am so disappointed with this business. Initially, Alex communicated well and I felt like he understood what i needed to have done. When it came to install, he wasn't there. The plumbing didn't end up where I thought it was going to land nor did it accommodate this special needs that I had for my ceiling in the basement. Very little conversation about it just a well that's how it has to be. I have since had contractors in who are also very disappointed.And felt like they took several shortcuts, they didn't need to take. Consequently, having this business here has cost me thousands more as i've had to build in walls.And replace the ceiling. I did ask for them to replace one more piece of plumbing.They told me that the part was out of stock and that they would get back to me.That was two and a half weeks ago. Steer clear buyer beware.

The two plumbers came to fix my pipes that I accidently damaged. They were fast and went above and beyond to help me. They even changed the orientation of the pipes to accommodate drywall. They looked at a few other plumbing things and fixed them with no problem. Good rates, and good results.
