They never came to personally service our home but they refused to come out due to it not being”enough money”. I have Choice Home Warranty and live in Salem. They claimed I lived too far and it wasn’t enough money to send somebody out from Albano. They didn’t even let me know that they weren’t going to come for the appointment that Choice made or that the issue was money. Don’t give your money to them or waste your time with them. Look elsewhere and find a company that’s more reliable and doesn’t just care about money.

Kyle worked quickly and effectively. He did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable! Thank you for having the best electricians!

These guys are awesome!!! Came out the day after we called, made time to answer our questions, office staff is great, Tim is super sweet. I HIGHLY recommend Positive Electric - we had a major incident with our home last year and several electricians just made things worse - Tim and crew fixed us up - friendly, personable, made us feel so much better.

We had a bad ice storm in Oregon and thousands of people had lost power for upto a couple weeks. We had a tree fall on our power line which took the wire out and damaged our panel. We went without power over the weekend trying to figure out what to do. After calling 3 or 4 electric company's, Positive Electric was the only one that would even listen to my problems and came out next day to inspect the damage. Their guys were working the next morning bright and early and had my power back on in 2 days. Kyle the owner was informative and honest. His guys were great and would answer any questions i had. When i got the bill, which was getting up there but was not a shock and is what i expected. They didn't try to price gouge me during a busy time. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Very professional service. My job was completed by Positive Electric before other companies could schedule a visit to estimate the job. They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted accomplished. New electric was neat and tidy. The installers were great and the estimator was quick and didn't waste my time with a large anticipated visit window.

Nice work. Would hire again for my next project.

"Positive" is the Perfect description of this Company!! I am Positive I will Definitely use them for ALL of my future projects, as for the SECOND time, they have been there When I needed them! It had been years since I've needed an electrician, and I couldn't remember the name of the company that helped us out years ago during one of the big storms (and they were fabulous Then as well!!). Yesterday, an Apple tree fell on one of our electrical lines to my Well, and I tried Numerous companies before my husband remembered the name, "Positive". All of the companies I had tried calling (before he recalled the name), said they "might" be able to help Next Week! I have a boarding stable, and I NEED water (there is No way I could wait until next week!)! When I called Positive Electric, Kyle was compassionate and came Right out! I Then, Totally remembered him and was embarrassed that I hadn't been able to remember the name of his company earlier! He was amazing and got his crew out here right away, and between Bartlett Tree Experts and Positive Electric, they did an Incredible job! I Highly recommend Kyle and his company, Positive Electric... They will be my ONLY electricians from here on out!

I've used these people a couple of times but was disappointed on the second job. Great receptionist, great electrician but the owner was a bit shady with me. He came out to look at the job I wanted done and never gave an estimate. He only quoted $125 as their hourly rate but sent an electrician and a helper to do the job. Much to my surprise, they charged $125 PER Man! When I called about the huge bill, the owner wouldn't let me finish sentence without interrupting me and justifying his charges. I'll never trust them again with any work I need done.

Kyle and his crew are top shelf. They are great about explaining what they are doing and answers all my questions. They clean up and leave the space how they found it.

Kyle and the crew were quick efficient and came in at a reasonable price. They installed the 220 and shot if box for my hot tub. The office staff is very nice too 😄

Have used them twice, and both experiences were fantastic. 1st one was hardwiring a home EV charger, and 2nd one was on short notice and they really came through in spades. Highly recommended.

I called around 7 am with a bad meter connection. Aaron Aitkins was at my house by 8 am. Knew just what needed to be done. After repair called the electric company for me and had them at my house in 30 minutes. The price definitely didn’t bankrupt me. All around great solution for my bad luck.

Have used Trade pro on several projects fixing the mess the previous electricians did in the house. They are always very professional and go above and beyond what the other company ever dreamed of doing. They explain everything they will be doing. They are responsibly priced as well. Don’t use any other company call Trade Pro you won’t be disappointed. Will never use another electrical company.

They are also very reasonable in their prices. They often go above and beyond my expectations. I would never use anyone else at this point. If you are looking for an electrician Nick Ridders and his crew at Trade Pro won’t let you down. They are professional and highly competent yet very caring. They often have done little extra projects without even charging me. I can’t say enough about these guys.

Trade Pro Electric was fantastic to work with! Aaron and Geoff replaced a residential electrical panel and installed the electrical for a new AC unit. I called Trade Pro Electric to tell them our stove wasn’t working because something was wonky with our electrical system. They brought the level of concern and urgency that you’re looking for when a major appliance isn’t working. I felt listened to, cared for and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule within a day or so. When we discovered it was a very minor reset, they took some time to explain how this happens with old homes and they didn’t even charge us for the visit! I will definitely be calling them in the future. Kind, fast, and professional.

My family worked with Trade Pro Electric during a custom new home construction project in Corvallis from 2022 to 2023. They were the most professional, knowledgeable, and truly helpful team we worked with during the entire project. Plus they did amazing high quality work that was both timely and error free. I wish the rating scale included a bonus star for work this superb. I cannot stress enough how friendly and professional they were in every interaction. Highly recommended.

Nick and everyone at Trade Pro were fantastic! We needed to replace an old panel from the 60's and he came out quickly to take a look, provided an estimate (without charging) and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They handled all of our little requests along the way, and facilitated clean up of the wall with another contractor as well. We couldn't be more pleased with the work and highly recommend.
