I was really happy with Kris from K&N Electric. Great communication and he showed up when he said he would. Professional team. I will call him next time I need an electrician. Thanks Kris!

Do not use this company unless you have money to pay another company to do it right. Have spent lots of money redoing the stuff they did wrong. Would never recommend them.

after calling 5 other places they were wiling to come out. i suspected a bad circuit breaker and explained my problem. sent someone out within 1/2 hour on a friday afternoon and breaker was replaced in 10 minutes. problem solved .not seen bill but they gave me their rates on phone and lower than others

Don't waste your time, I would be leaving no stars but have to give one to leave a review. I had them out to give me a bid on rewiring a duplex I had just purchased roughly 1500 sqft and they came back with a bid at almost 10K that about 3 days labor and 1500 in parts. Watch out for contractors that think they can gouge the public

Poor communication. Tech said everything should be working when they left. It was not. Charged me for another 1.5 hours to come back out and fix whatever wasn't working. They claim lamps needed to be special ordered from out of state. Why wasn't this communicated after first visit? They'll get my money for the extra visit and labor, but not a dime more. I know my contractor uses them, but no longer on my projects. Hope that 142.50 was worth it.

Axis Electric has come out to our business and to my bosses home as well. They are prompt, very professional and do a great job, all at a reasonable price! We call them for all our electric work both business and personal!

I’m a small business owner. I recognize all the demands needed to balance schedules but my brief dealings with this company were very disappointing. I called to schedule a service on our generac generator at home, a task they list as being able to do. I was surprised when I was told they were two months out and I’d need to pay in advance, but I reluctantly agreed to both hoping it meant they did great work since they were so booked. It’s Friday around 3 pm and my appointment (2 months in the waiting) is scheduled for this upcoming Monday morning. I just got a call from their office that they have no explanation but can’t come Monday and now want me to reschedule for another month in the future. So 3 months out for a simple generator service. The women I spoke with was polite and I could tell this was an uncomfortable position for her to be in so I wasn’t going to press the issue with her, but I asked for a refund and told her I’d find someone else. Pretty silly if you ask me. I’d be embarrassed if my company did something like that.

Every time I have contracted or hired Axis Electric whether for a job Fitzpatrick Painting and Construction is working on or a personal project they are quick, helpful and very professional. They have done work on our office building, our tiny homes, and other countless projects. We know when we call Axis Electric they won't disappoint.

I have been using Axis Electric for servicing my standby Generator. Had a service yesterday and again was very pleased with the entire experience from scheduling to the on-site visit. John was great!

tl;dr: Folks at Axis are generally kind, and mostly responsive, and if you are the kind of person who wants to call, sign paperwork before reading, and take little interest in what they plan to do to your house, this company is for you. If you want to be informed, you might look elsewhere.
I called Axis for a quote, and they responded quickly (pro: quick responses), sending their estimator to my home. After collecting multiple bids, I decided that Axis' bid looked good (pro: fair prices) and called to ask about any way that I could do some of the work to lower costs or pay in cash to lower costs. They said that they usually had to redo what homeowners do, so no. I also emailed the estimator to ask questions about the job. After receiving bad information from the power company, I called the estimator again to get his opinion on what they said and see if he had experience working with this company. He was not in the first time I called. I called later and we connected. I also sent him an email asking how a meter upgrade from the power company might affect the job. With their bid, Axis sends information about liens and lien waivers, so I asked to include a conditional lien waiver with partial payment and an unconditional lien waiver with final payment. Finally, I asked about a clause in their contract that is unclear about how to resolve any disputes. This was too many questions, and Axis voided their bid.
They really were quite kind, just don't look too closely, or ask questions if you choose to business with them. -
I scheduled and paid for an estimate during a home purchase. Estimate cost associated with them not knowing if they would get the job upon home purchase. I agreed as their was time that week to go out to the property. I was satisfied with the estimate and explanation. I called 2 weeks later to schedule the work. The person answering the phone hesitated to schedule with the current estimate date (2 weeks prior) but eventually agreed. She then told me i had to print the estimate and sign it and mail them a check before getting scheduled. I was offered and email signature option as i didn’t have a printer. She was unable to take any other forms of payment and did not offer me to come into the shop to do the paperwork and complete the transaction. Huge barriers offered in order to even get on their schedule. It was a $700 job per estimate. I had planned to expand the job when i scheduled for some renovation work but too many barriers were placed in front of me before i even mentioned the other work. They lost my business.
