Electrical reviews in Albany, Oregon

Moved into a new house and the outlet for the dryer was not intended for a dryer, but rather a range. Called Axis electric and scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. Received a call two days later asking if someone could come out earlier because they were done with another job early! They were quick, responsive, friendly, and the job was done well! We're thrilled with the service and we appreciate the fast response and professionalism!

Five stars is not enough! We hired Axis to reconfigure our bathroom lighting over the vanity (going from one light bar to two separate fixtures). The electricians (Jamison and Hector) arrived half an hour early and went straight to work. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They worked so well together to get the job done quickly. We expected the job to take several hours but they were in and out in a little over 1.5 hours! The entire experience was great … from scheduling the appointment with Brooke to meeting Jamison and Hector! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Axis Electric! We will be using them again without hesitation!

Excellent service! Called first thing in the morning with electric issues, they were at my house within an hour! Very professional and polite! Would highly recommend!!

Axis Electric installed 2 smart switches for my outside lights. I was in no hurry but Brook was able to schedule me in a couple of days. Juan come out 30 minutes early and did an excellent job, even answering a few novice questions I had and explaining exactly what he was doing. Both Juan and Brook were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Juan and Brook and Axis Electric.

Customer satisfaction

Great company

Came right on time. Were very friendly and went right to work solving my problem. Would highly recommend them.

Prompt professional and perfect job! I would highly recommend!

Charged me $150 to come push my gfi. It took all of 5 minutes to complete the job. Took advantage of the fact that I am not local to the property and have college kids renting who couldn’t find the gfi button. When I called to discuss the validity of the charge, the owner just shrugged it off and told me ‘I told you so’. Poor business practice, poor communication, poor work ethic. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Had an excellent experience with Big Valley Electric! They were quick to come out, and priced very fairly! Shane, who did the work, was awesome! He was fast, found the best way to do the job and was very courteous. Even took his shoes on and off to walk through the dining room. Excellent quality work, would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been using big valley electric since they first started the business. I have been using them as a general contractor and at my own personal residence. I have referred there work many times with pleased results. They are professional and conscientious about the job. And they always clean up after themselves.

As a general contractor, I am often asked by my clients who I would recommend for electrical work. My standard answer is always, "Call Ramiro at Big Valley Electric. I trust him with my own home." As a contractor I've had the opportunity to work with many companies but my first recommendation is always Big Valley Electric because I know that Ramiro and his crew will give my clients an honest evaluation, a fair price, and most importantly, do quality work.

Excellent and professional service. The team at Big Valley went out of their way to provide a full-service job. They planned the job with us, gave us options to consider and promptly delivered the solution we selected. They answered all of our questions, and we knew they were our partners in the project from the beginning.
Shane was very professional during the installation and explained everything when he was finished.
We are totally satisfied with the installation and couldn't recommend Big Valley more strongly. They are the only company we would use for our electrical needs.

Ramiro and his team have done multiple jobs for me at multiple locations, both residential and commercial. Most recently they installed a EV Charger in our garage.
Randomly, the city decided to inspect the permitted work. When the inspector came out he said "I don't know why we ever inspect their work. There is never a problem."

They were really quick to respond! Everyone, from the technician to the office team, was super friendly and made sure everything was done right. Extremely happy with their work. Thank you, Big Valley Electric!!

Great company to work with. Professional, timely and helps you through the process for your project. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Big Valley Electric is great! They communicated well, showed up when they said they were going to, completed the job on time, and stuck with the quoted price, which was very reasonable. I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable about project and what products for our oversized garage.
Romero was very helpful during the build and also made several trips out to advise me.

Ramiro and his team were professional, honest, and very communicative. They were courteous and thoughtful of what day and time would work best to do the job so that shutting down power at our house didn't disturb us too much. I would use them again for any future electrical work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Shane from Big Valley Electric LLC is back at it again — second time he’s been out to my place and the guy is just too good not to brag on.
He shows up, we chat a bit, and before I know it he’s already solved the mystery of my switch problem, separated two lights, AND installed an outlet plus two switches… all in under two hours. I barely had time to finish my coffee.

He’s quick, informative, professional, neat (actually cleaned up everything like he was never there), and the price didn’t make me want to cry. Honestly, if all home projects went this smooth, I’d start making up excuses just to have him back. Big Valley Electric LLC and Shane are the real deal.
