Stutzman services did an excellent job. I called a couple of other places and was told that it would be several days before they could get someone out to fix the plumbing problem ( in my only bathroom). Stutzman had someone out early the next morning. The plumber, Adam was professional and able to fix the problem within a half hour. The price was reasonable and he answered all my questions. Would definitely call Stutzman again in the future. Edited 10/27. I just had additional work done by Stutzman services. Adam came out did a great job. Professional, friendly and timely. I had my water filtration system serviced. Aaron was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained ever step he took and why. He also gave me valuable information about my submersible pump with readings to let me know the health of the pump was. I highly recommend Aaron as a service person.

These are the people you want helping you un fudge your old plumbing. Saved me 7000 dollars, re routed my plumbing and now I live in plumbing peace where 8 people use one shower . Thanks Stutzman

I've been using stutzmans for backflow testing for a while now and I'm always happy with their service. I really appreciate being able to schedule and pay online. It's quick, easy, and they send the inspection info to the city for me.

Called for a clogged bathtub. Receptionist was really nice had a guy scheduled the next day to be at my house. It ended up being a fast fix a big hairball clogging the drain. Cost $250 seemed high but I’m thankful I can watch the water go down my drain instead of using a cup and bucket to drain the tub. The receptionist definitely made the experience easy and both workers were great.

The technician was professional and able to determine my issue in record time. He scheduled a date and time to fix the problem. He and another technician arrived on time for the scheduled installation of a new sump pump. They completed the project in less time than he had predicted.
In the future I will turn to Stutzman Services whenever I need plumbing services.

My garbage disposal bit the dust on Thanksgiving Day so I needed to call the Monday after that holiday weekend. They were able to replace it that day. The fellas communicated prior to arriving. They were kind and efficient and left no mess when they completed a new disposal installation. I have been using Stutzman for years and always depend on them for outstanding service. CJH

Every employee we've encountered at Stutzman services has been absolutely fabulous. They're all incredibly helpful, very understanding, and never anything less than the best. We've had all kinds of problems with our remodel due to our former general contractor. The one area we never had to question was anything provided by Stutzman. They redid house plumbing when there was a mistake with the septic system. They were fast and courteous connecting up plumbing fixtures inside the house. Every question has always been answered and we've always felt acknowledged and understood when concerns have been brought up. In all, we would recommend Stutzman Services every time. They might not be the least expensive, but for us they've provided the absolute best value.

We had all our horizontal and vertical rusting pipes (1969 home) replaced by Stutzman. Kent led the work - we are very happy with the quality and timeliness of their work, and very thorough communication. Only one minor concern - mechanical snafu of cutting all the way through the wall at the washing machine drain - intended to cut through the utility room side to access the 2" pipe there, but cut accidentally went all the way through to the living room side as well. We understand - had to get drywall repair anyway after cutting access in. The rusted metal piping and drain parts in this house provided quite the challenge, but they succeeded. Always with a positive attitude, even with having to work in our wet / muddy crawlspace.

What an amazing experience we had with our plumber Aaron. He didn't have to do this but he offered to assemble the toilet out in the rain so I can be happy and see what the toilet looked like before putting them in. He was very friendly, personable, kind and extremely professional towards me and the contractor working on our house. He even took his shoes off in our house which I really appreciated. He had nothing but wonderful things to say about his company and how well he is taken care of by Brent the owner. The way the employees treat their customers is a direct reflection of how they're treated by the company they work for. Which in this case - their employees are treated with the utmost respect and care. Aaron even mentioned how they give back to the community in a number of ways. Again, customers benefit greatly by their service because their employees are taken care of. I am very happy with our experience. He is passionate, considerate and empathetic for the work he is currently doing at our home related to clogged downspout drain. Stutzman Services installed a new water heater yesterday at my condo in a prompt and professional manner. Plumber Byron was neat and careful to keep my floors tidy. He is a good communicator. .He completed the job in the time he estimated. I am pleased with Stutzman Services and I appreciate that that the company donates to the Boys and Girls club.

Excellent, professional service. They were on top of our issue and explained everything they were doing the whole time. The folks doing the actual work were incredibly friendly and considerate. I'll be reaching out to Stutzman Services first every time I need plumbing work done.

12/10 recommend this company. Chris traveled over a hour to come look at the water heater. While fixing our unique situation, he was professional and kind. Our water heater was replaced same day! I cannot say enough great things about our experience.

I used Stutzman Services for a plumbing issue we had that was holding up the install of a new dishwasher. I can honestly say that I was truly happy with their response time (same day service) and was really happy with both the gals in the office I spoke with, they were real pleasant to work with on the phone. The two service technicians that showed up (Jake & Chris) were skilled, friendly, clean, and explained what the issue was, how to replair/replace the damaged part, and really made the service call a great experience. We recently had Stutzman Plumbing install a sump pump in our very old home, which sits in a high-water area, and we could not be more impressed.

Adam and his partner were outstanding from start to finish. Installing a sump pump under an older house is no small task, and they truly went above and beyond. They took the time to carefully figure out the best way to route the discharge pipe and made sure everything was done right. Their problem-solving skills and determination really stood out.

Not only were they knowledgeable, but they were also incredibly professional, respectful, and thorough. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job correctly.

Outstanding service as always. Found and fixed a pipe leak under the house and not only replaced the leaking cold water line but saw the hot water line was also corroded and replaced it too. Then went into the kitchen and replaced those two lines under the sink as they were in bad shape. All for the original quoted price. This company charges a smidge more than others but they outperform others and its always worth it. I can relax when I know Stutzman is on the job.
