Mike's was able to come out the same day and even called when an earlier appointment became available so we could avoid after hours charges. Our technician Christopher quickly identified our issue and got us up and running for a very fair price. We will definitely be reaching out to them for any of our heating needs.

I had to have my gas fireplace fixed. Truman came out and took care of it for me. He did a good job and was very polite. Made sure everything was all cleaned up before he left and wanted to know if I had any questions.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Truman. He is very friendly from the moment he showed up. We are new to having our own house and it was great that he took time to explain things. He let us know what to monitor and while he was letting everything heat up he took time to talk us through everything. With us being new to this territory, we truly appreciate him and takimg a few minutes to talk us through our system. We would strongly recommend Mike's and will be returning.

Mike’s Heating and Air recently serviced our home furnace, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on with our system. They worked efficiently, cleaned up after the job, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. We’ll definitely be using Mike’s again for future heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend!

Our Rheem gas furnace went out in middle of January. Called Mike’s and Matthew came out that same afternoon. He quickly figured out that the control board was bad. I was impressed that he didn’t just say “You should get a new furnace” as do so many firms. He found a part from supplier and came back next day. The new board was an upgraded replacement for the original which is no longer available. Matthew had to figure out the placement of all the wires by testing the outputs. He got it running and was on his way. Next problem - the heater wouldn’t shut off. He came back the next morning. We are back in heat! Jocelyn in the office is also great. She arranged for one of their technicians to collect the part up in Salem (where he lives) and bring it down. This saved 2 days of shipping and the charge. She went above and beyond.

Great team, prompt and reasonable. Will continue to work with them. This time they came out, diagnosed quickly, answered questions, replaced a bad pump and were done in about an hour

Technician Truman Sweed consciously worked to get here before 4 o’clock to make sure it was a regular service call instead of an after hours service call, which saved us a significant amount of money. He took care of the necessary repairs and double checked, finding the need for an additional repair. He made all the repairs quickly, thus making sure there was no need for a return service call. Just excellent! Hes a talented young man who took such good care of us.

Installation of Navien boiler replacing old gas fired boiler went smoothly by Paul and Craig. Well laid out and tidy appliance and fittings. Care given to surroundings. Experienced and professional; they know what they’re doing. Paul and Craig work well together. Highly recommended company and technicians and staff.
