The guys from Mike’s were professional, courteous and efficient. Chris took the time to explain everything they did and showed me how to use the new thermostat! I would definitely recommend Mike’s!

Oh my, where do I start? The service was so quick! Mike's worked to find a tech to come repair our AC unit very, very quickly (I have a medical condition that heat makes me very, very ill) and Matthew was kind, personable and got the job done in literally, minutes. He clearly knew exactly what to look for.
I'm so impressed with this company. They installed our new unit several years ago when we switched from oil heat. We have had nothing but excellent service at a VERY reasonable price.
I would give them ten stars if I could!

I am a very satisfied customer. Paul and Jesse did an incredible job installing a new system. They had some unexpected challenges, did lot of cusom work, and made it all happen in a short period of time. This installation was an attic job on the 2 hottest days of the year. No complaints or excuses just hard work. Every challenge was met with a solution regardless of the effort it took. Paul and Jesse worked as a team. They kept me informed. Mike's installed a new heat pump system in our church as part of a remodel project. One of the units attached to two mini-splits became problematic immediately after installation. Mike's technicians, with Matthew LLanas in the lead, worked doggedly to figure out the problem. They spent several partial days trying to figure out what was wrong using all standard protocols. In the end, they discovered that the manufacturer had incorrectly wired the heat pump unit. Once the cross wiring was corrected, the system worked fine. Our thanks to Matthew and colleagues for your perseverance.

Our heater quit working and Truman from Mike's Heating & Air conditioning came out to diagnose the problem. He was very kind and professional!! And found the problem. The part had to be ordered and will be here next week! Great experience overall!!

The crew was on time, friendly and professional. They not only did the work we contacted for but repaired some poorly installed duct insulation from the original contractor. I’ll definitely be calling Mike’s again for future work.

We called Mike's on Monday to say we did not have heat. They sent a technician out on Tuesday who told us they have to work up an estimate and would get it Wednesday morning. Thursday morning comes, still no heat or estimate from Mike's. We even had to sign a statement that they were leaving us without heat. So we called and explained, recieved NO APOLOGY for the lack of communication and then wait another two hours for them to call and say they have to send another guy out to prepare the estimate. So first thing Monday they were told we didn't have heat. It is now Thursday and we are no closer to having heat. I am calling a different HVAC company because these guys don't know what they are doing.

Truman was a fantastic tech who got our heat up and running! He was prompt and courteous with his services and we would highly recommend working with him.

Mike’s Heating and Cooling completed our yearly maintenance. They arrived promptly during the schedule time, communicated well, provide excellent service and gave a few recommendations to make our system function better. The price was great and we will continue to use Mike’s for our HVAC system.

Respectful would sum up my experience with technician Chris Gore and his assistant from Mike's Heating. Respectful of my time by showing up as scheduled, and respectful of our house by prepping the jobsite to contain the mess and thoroughly cleaning up when he was finished. All delivered at a fair price.

There was some confusion about the new part, but all is working now. Everything is wonderful. Love having my heater up and running again. The board had to be rest, then the heater worked. We are hoping it is in good working order. I'm told the unit is old. Best guess, this may work now. January 2026:
All the work done in November was ok. It was old system. The work took 2 days, but now my house is warm. The work is done and they cleaned up after.
