I've worked with a number of HVAC contractors in the mid-Valley over the past 28 years, and my experiences with Larsell have definitely been a cut above the others, in terms of technical expertise and effective problem solving.

Called all over town looking for a replacement part for my AC unit. Someone suggested Larsell (by the cheese shop). Call was answered right away, on hold for less than a minute while she checked for the part, had a professional grade replacement for the same cost as the cheap one on Amazon. Had it in my hand ten minutes later and my AC fixed less than 30 minutes after I first called them. They've made a lifetime customer out of me! Thank you :)

I had Larsell Mechanical design, fabricate, and install a total hvac system about 9 years ago and have been mostly pleased with the result. A couple of little problems arose and they were handled quickly and efficiently.
My ac compressor blew while I was out of town and I returned to a 102 degree home (111 outside.)
I called Larsell and they told me they only service existing clients. I explained that I was a client, and the receptionist said I would get a call back. I never got the call.
The next morning it was 88 degrees in my house and I called Larsell again. I was told it would be 2 weeks until someone could come out. During the worst heatwave in history.
I suspected that the problem was the capacitor, so I took the unit apart and determined that was the problem. I called Larsell to ask if it would be possible to purchase the part and replace it myself. I was told “we don’t do that.” During the worst heatwave in history.
Choose carefully the craftsmen who do work for you. Hvac places these days only service their own work, and if you choose Larsell to do your Hvac you are likely to be stuck with few alternatives but to wait however long they say to get service when something goes wrong.

We had a cracked heat exchange in our 1977 home. Mark came out for the evaluation and quote, install was great we even added an air return upstairs. Quality install, walked us through the process. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks to Rex Watkins for the recommendation!

We could not be happier with the professional diagnosis and repair that Larsell provides for our older commercial heating system. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly--and they've been this way for years!

Larsell came in with a very competitive bid and came in and did a first-rate upgrade of our HVAC. They were very responsive when we had questions and willing to do whatever followup was needed. They were friendly, professional, and I would recommend them to friends.

The communications were courteous and responsive at all stages. The quotes came rapidly and were clear. The work was done promptly and the system has been working well. The rating would have been a 5-star only that the system did not pass city inspection at first due to a very minor detail that did not affect system function. It was promptly fixed and inspection passed. A pleasure to work with Larsell, and would highly recommend them to friends and others.

What an amazing company! I called around for quotes and thankfully landed with Larsell. They were super fast and professional, I'm talking I called on December 23rd and they were out on the installation of a whole new furnace on the 26th (THIS WAS DURING CHRISTMAS WEEKEND!). We even ran into a few snags, but they ran around town and found what they needed to make sure the job was done fast and right! Their focus on satisfaction far exceeded my expectations!

Our furnace malfunctioned late Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, on Friday morning my Dad went to see Larsell after driving around to multiple places. our heater went out over Thanksgiving break, which was stressful with three children. He went out of his way to make sure that our heater was working properly, no temporary fix. Justin was kind, respectful of our home and amazingly helpful.
Will definitely go with this company for any other problems we have.
