Raffy was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and helped me to understand my programmable thermostat and reset it so that the auto setting was there.

Rafael was friendly, professional, and on time. I like the system they use to keep your Equipment on file. That way if we need another service they have our equipment/Models on file. We used them for a turn up and system check. He was good about showing me the furnace before and after.

The technicians, Raffy and Cory, were great! Very knowledgeable and professional. They did a thorough inspection of my system, explained everything to me, and gave me tips to keep my heat pump running for years to come. Highly recommend Tru72!

Raffy came to do a routine check up maintenance and he was able to show me how my unit was operating and how my filter was so clogged with a think dust layer!!! I had never thought about it beforehand so it made me very grateful he took the time to explained in depth of what I should be doing to better care for my home along with great recommendations! 10/10 experience

From the service appt (same day as I called in) to the wonderful Dominican service tech for the ac and furnace replacement 2 days later, this company was awesome! He arrived right on time, was very personable, and clearly knew what he was talking about. He did an amazing job explaining everything and made sure the work was done thoroughly. Working with Jason made the entire process smooth and straightforward from start to finish. Very disappointed in their customer service or lack of it actually. Jake, the boss, refuses to take accountability for his products and refuses to call former customers back when issues arise. Please do your research and select a company that will take care of you as a customer.
