Aaron extended the gas line for our barbecue. He was very friendly and helpful. Aaron went out of his way to figure out how to help keep the cost down. Pace ended up being less than half of an another estimate that we had received from another company. I will definitely call them for any future needs!

My air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day in the summer and I contacted PACE Heating & Air. The technician, Jim Bush, looked at the ac unit and performed some tests to identify the problem and then talked with me about what was wrong, and ordered replacement parts to fix the unit. He came out again once the parts were in and replaced them and made sure that everything (the ac and the heat) worked properly. Jim was professional and courteous and I highly recommend PACE Heating & Air!

Carson was professional and friendly. He explained what he would be doing and was able to complete it in a timely manner. He has handling our A/C and heating service the last three visits and we look forward to him handling future visits.

We have been dealing with Pace Heating and Air about 10 years - can't remember for sure - but they have always been great to deal with - punctual and with fair prices.

Last night we had a terrible clanging sound and with the furnace running there was no air flow through the vents. We called about 9:00 this morning - the repairman [Vinny] was here by about 11:00 - the fan had fallen off the motor shaft - he fixed it and was gone within a hour.

It is important to have people you can depend on when your furnace gets older - ours has been in service for 17 years.

We have always been well satisfied with the service we have received from them and will continue to use them as our repair service.

We have been with PACE heating and Air since we had our HVAC installed 10 years ago. Their service is top notch. Joe has been our service technician for the last few regular maintenance visits, and he is the standard PACE quality of courteous, skilled, and thorough. We signed up for the regular maintenance plan for a visit each spring and fall which minimizes unexpected emergencies. But even when our AC unexpectedly stopped working, PACE worked us in as quick as they could and took care of it. We are sticking with them.

I woke to a cold house=furnace was inoperable. I called at 9 AM and the repairman was at my door by 11 AM (I was also given a phone call when the repairman was on the way, which allowed me to corral my barky dogs). I am so impressed by their service and punctuality. Vincent (Vinny), the repairman, was very professional and personable. He introduced himself and as soon as he took the cover off the furnace, he knew immediately what the problem was. He had the part on his truck and replaced and serviced my furnace beyond my expectations. I will gladly call Vinny and the other friendly crew members at Pace Heating and Air Conditioning next time I require any services. Thanks so much for the swift and friendly service!

First off id like to say that pace has been absolutely the best for my HVAC needs the service, install and follow up has been fantastic.

Sales: Troy is a great salesman, he was efficient, knowledgeable and made the transaction comfortable. He sold me a carrier ductless system with 5 heads. At first i did not like the idea, i had no previous experience with ductless and was not sure of the performance. Let me tell you the system is amazing and it completely heats my house ( 1900sq ft) I am definitely a believer in ductless.

Install: Adam and Erin installed the system over a day and a half. They did an excellent job as well. The install was not the easiest to do and Adam was incredibly knowledgeable about how to overcome problems, they were flexible with my requests and made the install look great.

Service: over christmas weekend i had a problem with my system not working correctly and actually shutting down completely, not only did they get a technician out but it didn't cost me anything. The problem was diagnosed and addressed but wasnt fixed until today ( 3 days later ) but i was able to keep my system running and my house warm during Christmas weekend when i had family over. The problem was a surge protector that was installed and wasnt calibrated. Joe was the technician that came. He did a great job, the calls to me and the follow up and follow through were top notch. Customer service was awesome.

Last thing was that pace helped me get several tax credits and cash back for the system, something that saved me a lot of money.

Overall i highly recommend you hire pace for your HVAC contractor.

Had Pace come out and check our failing furnace. Their guy, Jim, was genuinely nice and relatable. Turns out our heat exchanger was damaged and the furnace had to be replaced. Jim explained the problem in a straightforward, step by step manner that I could understand. Despite the bad news, I felt confident I was getting an honest assessment. I would definitely recommend Pace to friends and family.

Adam came and installed our system . Did a wonderful job. He put our new system in a different area that gave us more room in side the house and also outside. He was very Professional And cleaned up every thing very nice. He was here all day and only took 1 quick break. The system is working great and we love it.

Pace Heating and Air put in a heat pump, new furnace and smart thermostat in my home. Cody and Aron did an absolutely beautiful and professional job. They completed the work and very patiently and concisely educated me on using my new smart thermostat. I highly recommend Cody and Aron as a team for your new system from Pace.

Jeremy of pace heating and air just left after having put in a new thermostat and servicing my 3 furnaces. He was wonderful. Explained everything, walked me through operation of my new thermostat, and was friendly and on time. He is a gem and I will definitely be calling pace heating and air next year.

Our furnace was not working in the middle of the night on one of the coldest days. I called Pace heating & Air to request a repair service in the morning. The admin. staff was kind, and the technician, Jim Bush, was so reliable! He explained the problem clearly and showed us a step by step process that he had done to make it work. Very knowledgeable and professional. I am very pleased with the service provided by Jim and the company.

The day before Thanksgiving my furnace broke. When I called Pace, I was shocked to learn they could have a technician at my house within an hour. The tech. was able to diagnose the problem, did a temporary fix, and ordered a new part that afternoon. The part arrived on Monday and my heat was restored that evening. I was very impressed by their timeliness, follow through and delivery. Great job Pace team!

We had needed to replace our whole heating and air conditioning system at our office. With an old building we needed to replace the system with all new duct work, some new vents and we opted for zone efficiency as one side of the building would freeze while the other roasted. It was an on going battle to keep employees happy. The work was a long process as it had to be done when there was no one in the office so it made it difficult for them to schedule because of our needs, but it all worked out well and they respected our schedule which made for no in office disruption. We thank them for the extra effort that it took. I would like to say the installers, Adam and Jake, were amazing. They were kind, polite, very efficient, knowledgable, and for the dirty unforgiving mess in the crawl space they worked hard. Never shirking one moment or wasting time. Always cleaned up after themselves at end of day. They were golden Pace employees. We love our new system now and enviromental control for all zones in the building was well worth it. Pace, give those men a bonus. They deserve a nice night out on the town.

The guys were prompt, polite, happily answered all questions and did the job in a timely manner. They finished the job when they said they would.
They cleaned up when they finished and showed us how to program the smart thermostat. All in all, a job well done!

Thank you Jim Bush and PACE. In addition to PACE getting us same-day scheduling, our technician, Jim, showed up during the 2-hour scheduling window after calling to let us know he was on his way. He arrived with a handshake and a smile and had our problem diagnosed within minutes. With part on truck he was able to get our A.C. operational again in no time. Professional, personable, and a pleasure to have worked for us . We can't thank Jim and PACE enough! Great job guys!! We will most definitely call again for any heating and air conditioning needs we have in the future!

We just had a whole new whole house ductless heating/cooling system installed. Adam and his team were very professional and courteous to me and my family during the installation process. He even made an extra trip out to our place to make sure everything was running smoothly. As it turned out, it was operator error. Great team, great guys, great business.

I have been putting off getting my heat pump and furnace serviced for far too long, was such an amazing experience with Pace and they are the only company I will use from here on out. Joe was the service man that came out and he was really knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely won't be waiting that long again to get it serviced and will be using Pace everytime!

Alex is terrific. My air conditioning was not working and in approximately one hour he diagnosed the problem and had my unit up and running. I will certainly recommend Pace Heating and use them in the future for my heating and air conditioning issues.

I would have never thought twice about this if it wasn't for our second visit from their great technician Jim. The first technician that came out was in and out of here. Told my husband what he needs to do, that was getting a new thermostat. My husband was the one who messed around with our old one and got thebheat to turn on. The tech didnt even check the connection on our thermostat he didn't test the wires. The technician stated the thermocoupler may need to be changed and put that on his notes but he did not replace it. My husband got our heat going before the technician left once my husband got the heat running the tech left. All the tech did was clean some wires and and light the pilot light. So we went and got a new thermostat like the tech suggested, hooked it up and it still didn't work no heat for 2 more days and it was during the coldest week when it iced and was below 30 degrees! My kids had to sleep in our room with us because our house was so cold! So the second tech Jim came 2 days later and immediately stated the thermocouple should have been replaced it was not getting a good connection. He replaced it, chatted with me and my son, even checked to make sure the new thermostat was connected and working correctly. Showed me the thermocouple and explained whete it was bad. I spent almost $300 for 2 appointments in one week. when all I needed was one appointment and the first guy to change the thermocoupler. My family had to suffer the cold because the first technician didn't do his job right. I tried to talk to the company but after setting up a conference call with them and then they missed it, and trying to set up another one and they did not confirm I have had enough. I understand this time of season is busy but at the same time this should have been taken care of asap not 2 weeks later. I should have been reimbursed for the first visit. Thank you Jim for your kindness and expertise. This company has him going for them that's it.

We needed an upgrade to our anemic whole-house A/C, and I called quite a few HVAC companies for quotes on what to do, some sort of split system for the two stories; and I was really surprised how many don't really seem to know what to do if it isn't a straightforward install. Pace was the first where, speaking to Craig, he actually knew what he was doing, had suggestions and information that turned out to be true facts when I then looked into the products online, and gave use a solution ("ductless" ducted heat pump for 2nd floor) that made sense. The quote was entirely reasonable for the work being done. Adam was the lead tech who did the install, and he was fantastic. I'm very happy with the new system, it took a little creativity and some real knowledge to get this done right. It's working great this winter heating our 2nd floor, I'm looking forward to the summer and having really effective A/C in our bedrooms.
