Recently, my 30+ year old furnace quit suddenly. I called the guys at Pace, and Jeff arrived at my house within an hour. As I feared, the furnace really needed to be replaced, rather than invest any more money into an inefficient, tired old machine. The weather was nasty, it was a Thursday afternoon, and I had visions of going without heat over the cold weekend. To my great relief, they were able to get me a very reasonable estimate within a couple of hours (thank you, Kelley Walker!,) their crew got what needed to be done prep-wise the following day, and my furnace was installed Saturday, with no overtime service charges. The installer, Chip, was friendly and efficient, and we had heat again, barely 48 hours after we lost it. It's been a week since installation, and everything is working great. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks again, guys! Shannon

It was definitely another positive experience enlisting the services of Pace Heating and Air.
This wasn't a big job, but, an important one-a new gas line for a gas appliance. The office staff was able to fit us in during a busy week, the installers were professional, courteous, competent and very helpful with additional questions we had. We highly recommend Pace.

Jim Bush came to our house within a few hours of calling. He was friendly and offered great advice. It's nice to see good customer service is still around. Pace is the 3rd company we have had out to our house and they will be the only ones coming back.

Pace Heating has taken care of all of my service needs for my home and rental properties for years. No matter which technician they send, I've always been pleased. We had Joe from PACE out to our place this morning to service our heat pump and furnace. He was pleasant, professional and efficient. He even gave me some tips for keeping a secondary ductless system that we use in our home running well, which was above and beyond what he came out to do. The whole experience was easy and quick.

Our AC unit shut down during the recent 100 plus temperature heat wave. I called Pace and they scheduled a timely service call. Alex was our tech and he figured out the problem quickly and installed a new capacitor which solved the problem. Alex also gave me great tips in how to manage my heat pump. Great quality service. Thank you Pace and thank you Alex.

We had a couple of different issues, one of which was that our company thermostat went out, on a Monday of all days! Jocelyn was awesome about getting someone out here. David arrived quickly after we called, sussed out the problem, and installed a new thermostat, bringing warmth back to the building! We are so pleased with the work he did. Had our AC go out, made a call that evening and was scheduled for the next day! Jeremy showed up before I was got home and was kind enough to wait. He did a fast and efficient job. We now have a working AC! Thank you Jeremy.
Edit to add- Carson came out today for my bi-yearly maintenance. He was fast, efficient, and kind. This company and employees have given me a peace of mind year round knowing my system is in good hands.

Our relationship with Pace started when they installed our central AC twelve years ago and we've been their customer ever since. We just purchased Pace's twice-a-year service package and couldn't be happier with the results. Jim just finished servicing our house AC. He did a great job, which is what we've come to expect from Pace. Their products and work are top notch and their prices are outstanding. I highly recommend them!

After waiting days to hear from another service provider, I called PACE to come out and find out why our aging air conditioner wasn't cooling very well. The wonderful gals in the office were able to make an appointment in just a few days (luckily, the brief heat wave was over) and Jim Bush called exactly on time to say he was on his way.

My husband had come home from work to talk with Jim and find out what needed to be done and Jim was just great. He was friendly, knowledgable and efficient - and he quickly took care of the problem. WOW! We're so glad the other provider didn't return my calls (and still hasn't).

After a rough storm last night our thermostat and furnace did not come back on after power was restored to the house. I called Pace expecting to hear I would have to wait days for a tech to come look at things, and I really cringed thinking about how bad the repair may be. Much to my surprise I had a tech (Geoff) at my door 2 hours later, and after replacing a relatively inexpensive part, things were back up and operational, which was great since I have two small kids at home doing online school. Geoff was very professional and friendly, and seemed to know just how to troubleshoot the issue. Big THANKS to Geoff and Pace for the speedy help!

in 2019 we purchased a furnace and AC upgrade for a failing system that our older home had for decades. Pace provided numerous options to meet our heating and financial needs. Installation was lead by Adam and he conducted himself in an amazing professional manner and answered all our questions. His quality of work inside and outside the home was top notch. A year later during a service, Joe was professional also and did a great job ensuring our investment was being well maintained by Pace and ourselves. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

We had an excellent experience working with Pace. Mitch was extremely patient and helpful as we decided which furnace option would work best for us. Adam and Jake did a wonderful job installing our furnace, new AC unit and new water heater. Adam is very talented in what he does, he worked with us to give us the setup we needed for our remodel to look amazing. Very professional, friendly and reasonably priced.

We had a great experience with Pace. We needed a furnace replaced in February. They came out quickly and were able to install quickly. We also had some tricky work we needed done to maximize space around the furnace. They rerouted the ducting, explaining everything they were doing along the way. Prices were competitive and we are very satisfied! Both of the workmen were very professional and friendly.

My furnace quit working. Mary, at PACE was able to schedule me a time the next with a tech. Jeff with PACE was the tech. He was wonderful. He recognized the issue, but then noticed where the hot air on my roof was coming out of the wrong place. He fixed the issue, which could have created problems down the line on my roof. Jeff--thank you for being wonderful! I appreciated you taking care of my furnace. The best!

Oct 25, '25, our Carrier furnace (almost 21 years old) had condensate from the heat exchanger leaking on the floor. We turned the furnace off. Since it was Saturday morning I waited until Monday to call PACE.
PACE installed this Carrier HVAC system, gas line and ductwork
in Jan 2005 when we remodeled. We were so impressed with EVERYONE"S friendly, professional, respectful attitude and work ethic then. And, it hasn't changed.
Monday contacted Joey and Mary (Office Manager). Within a day things started to happen.
* Jake, technician, verified and tested the furnace needed to be replaced. Jake has done furnace and routine service calls here in the past.
* Adam assisted us with our options, our selected proposal, and financing. We had already decided that if we had to replace the furnace, we would also replace the A/C which was 21 years old as well.
* Dadwin and Anthony installed the new Carrier HVAC system and carted the old one away on Monday, Nov.3. They were amazing! ,By 5:30pm had us comfortably setting our temperature parameters for night, day, and away, on our new SMART thermostat. Impressive! We were all smiles, especially discovering the new control panel was so very much more user friendly than we were used to.
* Jeff, the technician, came a few days later to test the furnace and AC.
* The city inspector, Jeff, gave it a thumbs up a few days later.
* Mary and Joey were so great in scheduling and answering all our questions.
Saturday, Oct. 25th we were without a furnace and by Monday Nov 3rd, 2025, we had a new Carrier HVAC system running and, shortly thereafter, had passed city inspection.
