Constraction reviews in Beaverton, Oregon

Carlos and Steve did a great job installing a new bathtub with custom tile work. Also removed wall to add new bathroom sink and counter. Completed the work in timely manner. Very clean cut and professional.

I reached out to Our House Contracting to assist me with a rental unit and spoke directly with Carlos. He provided me quick and transparent pricing without having to wait around to get my issue resolved. I would recommend this company and have for anyone who wants clear communication and transparency.

I had an outstanding experience working with Our House Contracting in Beaverton. Carlos, the main contractor, was exceptional from start to finish. He’s professional, communicative, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. Every step of the project was handled with care, transparency, and real craftsmanship.
What stood out most was how easy Carlos made the entire process. He listened, offered thoughtful suggestions, and delivered exactly what he promised—on time and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find a contractor who combines skill, reliability, and genuine customer care the way he does.

Great company!
Nice job good price and great quality work.
We couldn’t be happier with the final results and highly recommend them.

I just had Portland General Construction repair molded siding on my house. They gave me a prompt bid ( which came in at a reasonable price) and got the work done in two days. They worked even in the rain. They were careful to explain what the problems were and what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

Valentin is amazing! 10/10 would highly recommend. He's knowledgeable, reliable, well supported, stands behind his work, and well organized! So difficult to find all that in any GC! Furthermore, his rates are very reasonable and in my case he went way above and beyond with his work, delivering far more than the minimum agreed upon. I interviewed a few GCs before settling on Portland General Construction, but Valentin is my first call from now on!

We hired Portland General Construction to replace the roof on our aging hot tub gazabo. PGC gave us a budget friendly bid. PGC started the job on schedule. PGC used top quality materials. PGC craftsmanship is top of the line. Complicated joints with angles were no trouble for this crew. I'm very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. It's clear these men/this company does high quality work. Yes I would use them again. Yes I would recommend PGC to anyone.

PGC did an outstanding job on our full kitchen remodel. Valentin was an absolute professional. Great work, good value and a pleasure to work with throughout. He exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely be using PGC in the future.

Poor quality service. They put in a new roof on our house and left a hole large enough for squirrels to enter and establish a nesting area within the walls. The roofing company never took responsibility for their mistake and charged us to fix their mistake. Moreover, we paid 1,000. to have the squirrels removed and it took months of inconvenience and hassle. Do not them. They lack integrity and will leave you high and dry.

KGC Was recommended by PCRS for Dry rot repair that we had due to a drain leak for years. The work that KGC did was great, completely removed all the dry rot and fixed the dry rot completely. Reinstall a new outside wall, new insulation, repaired the wall and floor structure. The team was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Very professional fast service and great to work with!

Great workmanship attention to detail and safety oriented

Did everything right to make a beautiful replacement deck. Highly recomended.

Great guys. Showed us pictures from the inspection immediately, and with a follow up with more detail.

Keith Green and his crew were excellent to work with. The quality of there work was outstanding.

They do great work! The written estimate was very detailed in what is to be done. The project was completed in a timely manner.

KGC fixed a problem with a leaky window. Turned out to be more work than they anticipated. But they got it fixed. They are very expensive, charge for materials that I can’t figure out, and sent 2 guys at $110/hour each.

I had a weird custom awning built by these guys, framed and attached to my house with metal roofing. They did a great job with great communication and I would highly recommend them!!

I had this company repair/replace the shingles on my roof and they did a great job!! I appreciate the daily email updates and photos that were sent to me. I will most definitely recommend this company to friends and family!
