The roof cleaning was good but they left moss debris in my neighbors side yard and didn't return my calls for coming back to clean up. My neighbor and I ended up cleaning for them.

PDS was great from start to finish. It was easy to make an appointment. The crew was early on the day scheduled, got to work and was done quickly. They made sure they communicated to me what they did. They cleaned up after themselves well. They even picked up a couple of large branches that fell with the previous day's wind. I will not only use them again, but I will tell everyone I know about them! Highly recommend!

Wow - that was easy.

I reached out to them via their online form on Saturday (to request our gutters getting cleaned out), had a time and price (Between $200 and $300 for a fairly complex job) confirmed by Sunday, scheduled to be completed on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, the two man crew arrived and flew through the job. They arrived on time, were pleasant in our brief interactions, did a great job, and left the job site spotless.

Hired for moss removal, treatment, and gutter cleaning. Communication is quick and they are very responsive. We had selected a few companies with high reviews give estimates but I ultimately went with the most responsive as I feel communication is key.

Very communicative on estimate date as well as on project date. I had some follow-up questions after project completion as we have actually never had moss growth before until we skipped a year and a half of maintenance due to the pandemic and some other things popped up. I received a reply immediately and it was informative!

Absolutely the best place you can go for this. A different roofing company just wanted to sell me a new roof. I didn't need a new one. Pacific Diligent Services inspected my roof, cleaned the moss, put down anti-moss stuff... Everything. All in a very timely manner and for a very fair price. Someday down the road if I need moss removal again I'll absolutely be calling them. They are fantastic.
