Pacific Diligent Services did a great job with our home's Roof Moss Removal and Treatment Service! The additional value of the Gutter Cleaning Service during their spring special was also great. The techs (Omar and Antonio) were both respectful, detail-oriented, and clearly communicated the work completed as well as any insights they had on our roof. I recently had my roof cleaned by Pacific Diligent Services for my 1500 sq ft house in Aloha, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. They did an excellent job cleaning the roof in early March. Two workers spent from 11 am to almost 4 pm on the task, and we were charged about 40% less than what another well-known local roof cleaning company quoted.

Regarding communication, I saw some reviews mentioning that they don't always pick up the phone. However, I believe this is because they are saving on labor costs to offer lower prices for their services. If they are not available by phone, they are very quick to respond to emails, which worked well for me.

Overall, I highly recommend this company for their efficient and affordable service.
