We hired All Surface Cleaning to do some gutter repair and cleaning, roof vent replacements, roof soft wash and moss treatment. Communication was all very clear, prompt, and professional and provided reassurance that we had hired the right company for the job. Alberto, Juan, and Gustavo did excellent work. I really appreciated that Alberto was willing to take before and after photos so that I could visualize the roof better (our roof is so high up, that I will never be able to climb up there). Alberto went above and beyond to make sure our roof will last as long as possible. The only thing that didn't go as planned was that the description only included replacing 7 vents, but when the team got up there, they noted that there were actually 8 vents. I had to run to HD to pick up an 8th vent, but I did appreciate that Alberto made me aware of the situation and was willing to install the final vent when I got back. Overall our experience with All Surface was excellent and I would recommend this company.

Routine roof cleaning led to the discovery of some missing ridge shingles from last winter's storm. Giovani and Domingo protected the exposed area with roof paper until the shingles could be replaced. All done with expertise and, since the shingles took longer than expected to arrive, at a discount. Appreciate the neighborly kindness.

Crews came out on two days, a couple days apart. The first crew (Miguel's team) stripped and power-washed the deck. Once completely dry a couple days later, the second crew (Service Team 1) came out to apply the new sealant. The whole process was quick and efficient and we had helpful texts along the way telling us when crews would be arriving. We are very pleased with the results.

Had an 18 ft. Sunsetter Awning installed .Awning was mounted to the edge of my roof. A lot of drilling, screwing and caulking. Everything went well. Jorge, Jose and Brayan were very professional . Even with 3 people who knew what they were doing ,this job took 2 1/2 hours. The product looks and works great . The initial sales person Jonathan Taylor was also very good. He showed us what was available, and we decided what we needed and he gave us a no pressure price. He even went over any manufacture rebates that would influence our choice in options. The fact of the matter is All Surface Roofing and Cleaning is the only official Sunsetter dealer/installer in the Portland area, so if you want a Sunsetter brand, you have to go through them. What's nice is, they are really good, from the sales, to the back office to the guys who come and install this bulky product.

Giovani, Domingo, and Timoteo blew debris off our roof, cleaned gutters, and applied zinc for moss control. They were quick, did a good job with cleanup, and even blew off our large driveway. Recommend.

Contracted with AllSurface to blow off roofs and clean out the gutters. They had to return because the existing gutters had mesh coverings for all the pine needles, the compressed air tore apart the covers. After a second time, everything looks okay. Can't recommend them.

Juan and his team came by and got the gutters looking amazing. I'd recommend all surface to anyone who needs gutter and/or roof maintenance!

I've used All Surface for my gutter cleaning for the past several years and have always appreciated the job they do. This time, I asked my cleaning team (Miguel and Cesur) for pictures, which they sent me, so I could see how full the gutters had become. This was very helpful.

I got 4 bids for awnings for our back deck, but Adam came from All Surface and immediately told me an awning would not work for us because of the wind we get on the west side of our home. He was honest with us and said solar shades would be best for our large picture windows and would keep our temps down. He also suggested we do solar energy and gave us pictures of what it would look like. Most importantly, the price was thousands less than the other bids. Thank you All Surface! We appreciate you!

Miguel and Bryan were out to power wash a brick patio and some stairs. They did a really good job with nice personalities to boot. They were willing to take direction, Miguel took photos of the gutter area he cleaned and both cleaned up well. A good experience.

Exactly what I wanted in soft cleaning of my tile roof. Very clean, (gutters too), treated, and guaranteed for 3 years. Juan and Carlos cleaned up all around the house, including the grass and barkdust. And the price was extremely reasonable! 5 stars well earned.
