I hired Auggie after reading his impressive reviews. He cleaned at least 25 large windows, 3 skylights, and 14 solar panels on the second floor. He did an excellent job, was calm and professional and very easy to communicate with. He was punctual and continued to be in touch confirming when he would show up and how long the work would take. Auggie is such a lovely soul. This is the second time using his services. He arrives on time, is very communicative, and has all the materials and equipment to clean inside and outside windows. Wouldn't help me or even give me an estimate based on the fact that the work I needed to have done was in a church sanctuary, and when I asked why, Robert (the owner) said that he won't do it for "personal reasons".
