Bio-One did a deep clean and rodent extraction of our storage facility. They were great! Everything was removed, sanitized, re-arranged and returned to the storage unit. The staff were friendly, set on their jobs, and very helpful. I would recommend to others.

The people at Bio-One PDX are fast, efficient, and extremely flexible! They were also very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning and making our family members house looks great. Phil and his team are kind, empathetic and made us very comfortable during the cleaning process. The best part is they guarantee their work. Hard to find a company like this one. The team that came to help my Mom today was impeccable. They treated my Mom with respect and compassion, and diligently worked to help correct the issues in the home. It impressed me how quickly they worked, and how kind they were. I would recommend them to anyone who needed help with a difficult situation. They asked what her goals were and made sure that they addressed the concerns. They didn’t require direction and just did everything that needed to be done. Thank you Bio One Team!!

I don't often write reviews but Angela, Phil and their team at Bio-One need to be called out for being an amazing, responsive, caring company. A week before Christmas there was an emergency situation that I was made aware of. A situation that needed to be urgently addressed. I live in Boston and the cleanup that needed to be done was in Portland, Oregon. I called Bio-One first on a weekend. This was a hoarding and bio-hazard clean-up. Amazingly, with only 1 days notice they made time for my situation immediately. I flew in to Portland on the Monday night and they were at the location to greet me Tuesday morning. They were on-time, kept to the pricing quotes, were compassionate and thoughtful about what to dispose of and what to keep. They sent pictures and helped me through processing what was happening. I can't say enough good words about this company and the owners. Thank you.

It's hard to say enough nice things about them. The job couldn't have gone better, I feel like a new man in an actual living space again. I'm a nervous sort and I felt very comfortable around them. They went far above and beyond and even gave me a very kind discount.

I contracted with Bio-One to clean out my mom's hoarder house. The house was indescribably disgusting from basement to roof peak.

It took five full days to accomplish, but the Bio-One crew managed it after hauling away an estimated 125 cu.yd. It wasn't a cheap service, but the fact that they had their own truck for hauling garbage, and I didn't have to separately set up drop-offs and collections with Waste Management like would have been required with the other companies I contacted, made it worth it. We discussed items (valuables, papers, photos, etc.) that needed to be watched out for during cleaning, and I managed to salvage about a 40gal. tub's worth of old photos and negatives, which were some of the most important things left in the house.

Phillip, Angela, and their employees are extremely professional, polite, prompt, efficient, proactive, communicative, and hard working. I would absolutely use Bio-One again if the need arises.

It's actually been years since I hired Bio-One, but I wanted to leave a review, because I had such a positive, impactful experience.

I have a severe mental illness and actually hired Bio-One not only once but *three* times after completely destroying two separate apartments. I am not a "hoarder" in the sense that I was attached to all of my belongings, but I was living in squalor by the time I called them, and it was much, much more than I or a "normal" cleaner could handle on our own. Multiple trucks were involved, to give a sense of scale--and I lived in the city, so it was relatively difficult to handle logistically. Every time, it was also a last-minute call, because I had days left before facing eviction, and the notice on my door had been my wake-up call.

All three times I emailed them, the folks at Bio-One were incredibly kind and friendly. They made space for me in their schedule immediately and showed up with such a positive attitude. They were surprisingly discreet despite the circumstances, and given how much work was involved, their pricing was perfectly reasonable. Each time, I felt like my situation was so bad, there was no getting out of it--but with just a few folks and just a day, they left me with a fresh start and a dignified place to live. Not only did I never get evicted, but impressively, I got my deposit back at both apartments when I moved!

The first time I called Bio-One, I also had a deep sense of shame, and a lot of sentimental items from my childhood were involved. It was not reasonable for me to keep them, but I was hesitant to let them go, and everyone at Bio-One was so thoughtful in helping me recognize that these items were not salvageable, and it was important to dispose of them so that I could move on. Additionally, I had lost all of my important documents--my birth certificate, passport, etc. They found them all, along with quite a bit of cash, which was so helpful when I needed to find a new job shortly after.

It's been four years since I last asked Bio-One for their help, and my mental health is now stable! I have been living independently without problems, and with no evictions in my history, I haven't had any issues finding housing. I am so grateful to them for their help and, though I hope I never have to hire them again, I know that if I do, it will not be the end of the world.

So thankful for their service to the community, especially because their jobs are not easy! It takes a lot of skill to balance both extremely physical and emotional labor, but they make it look easy.

This company is always amazing!! They always make you feel like family and that you are the most important client of theirs (I believe that is a great thing). Very accommodating, professional and great at their job. If you have a carpet that needs stretched or cleaned, there are the ones to call... Need a unit cleaned, they are there (if their schedule allows it).. Such an amazing crew and hard workers!! Thank you for always being so amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

You don’t realize how bad your windows are until they’re clean! Spencer cleaned my windows inside and out including the screens and window tracks. He cleaned up after himself and left no trace except sparkling cleanliness! He offered us a discount when two people in our neighborhood booked with him so ‘round up your neighbors have him come work his magic on your house! .

Spencer did an absolutely amazing job on the windows. I am so pleased and plan to use Bridgetown’s services again. Spencer was polite, professional and kind. Such a pleasure to have met him.
