I wanted to share a wonderful experience I had thanks to Keith, who I noticed works for Apollo Plumbing. Even though he wasn’t a store employee, he went out of his way to help me load my groceries into my car during heavy rain. His kindness and willingness to help a complete stranger truly made my day.

It’s not often you meet someone who goes above and beyond simply out of the goodness of their heart, and Keith did exactly that. Because of his generosity and the positive impression he left, I’ll definitely be turning to Apollo for any plumbing needs in the future. If their team is anything like Keith, I know I’ll be in great hands.

Selong provided outstanding customer service! He talked us through each of the 3 options to mitigate a 95 year old pipe failure which helped us make an informed decision and pursue the best course of action. Selong was considerate of our financial situation and also super friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mack, who service my household pipes and completed the installation of additional parts to ensure my water heater runs efficiently. He was thorough, professional, and exceptionally kind throughout the entire process.
Mack explained everything clearly, worked with great care, and made sure the job was done correctly and cleanly. His attention to detail and his respectful manner made the experience easy and reassuring.

Hi, So thankful for Shante' who came out to give an HVAC replacement quote on such short notice. She was very knowledgeable and able to explain things in a way that we could understand.

Tom was at our house for 3 days replacing all of our pipes down the basement. He was very organized. We had other workers working outside also, so Tom had disruptions thru out his day. After each day he made sure we had running water and use of our toilet. So thankful he made that work for us. Getting the shower in, his partner Gavin had to cut thru our wall to get the new pipes in, and a lot of in between work. When the job was done, Tom walked us thru what he did and answered all of our questions. Tom and Gavin were very respectful and did a great job.

Victoria did a great job taking care of our problems. She ended up jetting our drains to get the nice and clean. She is enjoyable to talk to and took time to explain her work.

We worked with Sam first and he was fantastic. He was very straight forward with telling us what was wrong with our furnace and gave us several options with how we would like to proceed. Then Zander came in to help with the info on what furnace we should get, and again, several options laid out for us with very specific price points. (Even gave us options to downgrade from what we currently have). He was great with getting us quotes for everything we needed or wanted, without making us feel like we were being scammed. We appreciated both of their transparency and guiding us through different options! They were both great with my kids and pets, were very respectful of the house, overall 10/10 great experience and we will be going with Apollo going forward!

I recently scheduled maintenance appointments with Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for both my water heater and HVAC system, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Kyle handled the water heater maintenance and Sam took care of the HVAC cleaning and tune-up. Both were outstanding — polite, punctual, knowledgeable, and truly professional.
They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure to leave each workspace spotless when they finished. It’s rare to see such dedication and attention to detail these days. I really appreciate their professionalism and friendly attitude.

Vlad arrived one-time with a friendly and positive attitude. He was very proactive about informing us what was going on, answering questions and performing the requested diagnostics. It was really a good experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Vlad because his customer service skills are excellent. He is a superior HVAC technician. Thank you for sending him so quickly.

Our experience with Apollo has been excellent so far, from my initial conversation with Raquel in the office to schedule a time for someone to come out and give us a quote for a sewer line repair to having the quote in hand. She was friendly and professional, explaining the process, gathering my necessary info, and scheduling us for the next morning. Everything went like clock work--there were no surprises. Kevin arrived right on time. He also was friendly, professional, experienced, personable, and helpful with his clear explanations of what he was doing and seeing as he scoped our line. He was respectful of our home and wore shoe protection. He was very thorough and will follow up next week after we get out other quotes. This is our first of 3 quotes, so I cannot comment on their prices. I can say that I have confidence in their ability to do this project in the most professional, excellent, and timely manner.

We had a clogged pipe issue and Apollo Plumbing came out quickly and took care of everything. Victoria and Charles were professional, knowledgeable, and explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. The problem was fixed efficiently and everything was left clean when they were done. We really appreciated the prompt service and would definitely call them again!

I called Apollo for some help with a plumbing issue after hearing their ad on the radio. Isiah was dispatched to my house within a couple of days and he was fantastic. He identified the issue with my plumbing right away. What’s more, he also ended up helping with a heating issue I was having as well, and he helped me make an appointment with the HVAC division of Apollo to get it fully resolved! Isiah was patient, funny, on time, professional, down to Earth, and - best of all - he explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend!

I'm a very happy customer. This was the first time I used Apollo plumbing, heating & AC after hearing their commercials on the radio 105.9 the brew. I have to say they are incredibly professional, courteous and do excellent work. I am very impressed with the way their team communicates with each other, and keept me updated with when people are arriving. They're scheduling team (aka mission control) is awesome I called them for a quote, and they quickly had a plumber to my door within 48 hours. Their quote for the work came in slightly under two of their competitors, and with apollo, i'm getting so much more as they're also going to do an entire home plumbing check up and heating and AC check up. that's a lot of value for the price. Donovan was great - professional, friendly, and was even able to come earlier than expected, which is very rare in my experience. I've been very happy with Apollo since I switched to them six months ago. I bought a maintenance plan for a year with them and the price was reasonable, especially compared to what I paid previously with a different company. I'm much happier than my previous HVAC company. I highly recommend them.

Jonathan was EXTREMELY patient with me and the management company for my rental. He came out three times, each time explaining what he was doing and what next steps were needed from management. He was polite and courteous and stayed longer to make sure that the toilet was actually repaired. I appreciated that Apollo sent the same technician to do follow-ups - continuity is comforting.
