John B, Tara, and Nataia were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Communication with the human beings who work for the company have been quick and efficient. My only criticism is for the AI "Zoey" who I found to be creepy and disconcerting to speak to. Thankfully "Zoey" is easily avoidable

Wilson is amazing! Came today and fixed an urgent issue with the tub drain - ended up having to do more extensive repairs but despite this the problem was solved quickly and same day! They were kind, efficient and exceptional. Highly recommend!

I contacted 1800 Plumbing + Air NW because my AC stopped working in the hottest day of the year. (Of course!) They were able to fit me in the next day when other companies were unable to fit me in for over a week. Yikes!
Dennis A was timely, communicative and did great work! He identified the issue was due to a capacitor, which he had a replacement in the van and could get it taken care of right away. He fixed it so the AC started working, but did notice a few irregularities that they recommend getting checked out in the future.
I had just had my AC serviced earlier this Spring and he did not find any issues which was disappointing. Dennis discussed what their tune-ups look like, and how comprehensive they are. I will definitely be using them for tune ups in the future. Thanks!

It was our first time using this vendor for a plumbing issue they send texts ahead of time to let you know they are on the way which is super helpful. John immediately got to work and solved the issue quickly and cleaned up when he was done.

Antonio was very communicative and showed pictures of the repairs that were needed and made. He made sure to maintain a clean working area and cleaned up after the work was completed.

I had my kitchen sink done with these folks along with a bigger renovation about four years ago. Two years ago, the kitchen sink started leaking. And we paid $700 for them to come and replace all the parts to the kitchen sink. It’s now leaking again, two years later And now not under warranty… I would never ever work with these people again. A warning to all of you that are thinking about going with them. Get a quote from someone else. They are a rip off and they charge quite a bit for just someone to come out and give you a quote.

We had a clog in our mainline. The plumber that the home warranty company sent said they couldn’t find the clean out on the property, so the warranty wouldn’t cover the cost of repair. John from 1800 plumber came out, found the clean out within minutes and took care of it in about hour. Great customer service !

Gary, Tyler and Deacon performed a whole house repipe, removing our failed copper piping and replacing it with PEX. The three of them were extremely courteous and professional. We have three anxious pets and the guys were so quiet and kind around them that they barely even reacted. We couldn’t be happier with the end product and how Gary explained everything they did and confirmed all of our faucets were operating and clean. I have been an Apollo customer for years and would not choose another company for our residential needs. Their front office is amazing and their plumbers are true craftsman. Rob was great. After a toilet malfunction that caused a flood in our condo, he came quickly to replace the toilet. He recommended a great toilet that met our needs, sourced it, and installed it in just a couple hours. Highly recommend.

Jacob is the best plumber. Working with Apollo is great from start to finish everytime. With their warranty and quality of work, their membership is a no brainer. I wish their phone system wasn’t AI, I liked getting on the phone with a person before.

The technician Ty was very helpful and informative. He got my old furnace back to functional at a reasonable cost, and gave me lots of helpful information to plan for the future and minimize the need for any costly repairs. Dog friendly too. Thanks a bunch!
