They responded promptly for a non-emergency kitchen drain clean out, and scheduled conveniently in 2 days. Contacted me when the repair person was within 30 minutes, with a photo of who would be coming to the door.

Richard was professional, friendly, quickly assessed the problem and quoted the price. It took well over an hour and he had to run the snake a couple of times, clear into our main sewer pipe. But no additional charge and didn’t stop until the problem was solved. I would definitely use this company again.

I had plumbing issues in my kitchen and bathroom. 1-800- plumber +air was called. They were able to come in the next day and fix the issue. They explained what they were doing. They were friendly and cleaned up when they were finished.

In the middle of remodeling our kitchen we discovered that our gas stove shut off valve was damaged. They were able to come out the very next day and help us make the necessary adjustments to keep our family safe and move forward with our project. They sent us a picture of the person who would be coming and gave us a little bit of their background so we knew exactly what to expect when the person showed up. He was prompt and professional definitely worth the price we paid which by far was more reasonable than any of the other quotes we received!

Excellent customer service! Quick response from initial contact, to service appointment. We thought we had a hot water heater/pipe problem. Was expecting to find ways to tighten our belt and get this major expense handled...but, it was a loose valve from a dishwasher installation done months ago by another company. Just paid the minimum service call as promised. Honest, reliable, and courteous. Will keep them on file for sure.

Michael was awesome. Showed up on time, asked a few questions then ran out to get the parts he needed to install my new dishwasher. This house is older and hadn’t had one before so he told me a few problems he’d need to solve and things to watch out for and got to work. He was quick and courteous the entire time. I was very comfortable with him and when I asked if he could give me a hand with hooking up a dryer vent tube thingy he was like, I’ll do you one better and had it properly set up in minutes. My dishwasher is running perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Antonio was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and informative. He worked on my furnace for less than 30 minutes and got it to fire hot. I have had multiple companies over the last two years fail. I was so impressed that I am signing up for an annual service agreement plan. I highly reccomend Antonio for all of your HVAC needs!

Dillon was just wonderful. I had a plumbing issue, but the issue temporarily ceased. But I had him out anyways to diagnose, analyze and figure out what to do next and he was just great. So if the issue returns, he and his company will know precisely what to do.

I was gonna write a long post but the bottom line is this.
1800-Plumber+Air is super responsive, fair, and their service folks want to get the job done right, while being very pleasant to work with. They don’t over promise and under deliver and they without a doubt stand behind their work. I can’t recommend them enough. They have gotten themselves a customer for life.

Without a doubt - the worst customer service possible. Two separate appointments, both times I was informed at the last minute that “emergencies have come up and we need to reschedule!” The first time the plumber could not identify the source of the problem, the second time I had actually taken the day off for the appointment. Needless to say, I will neither use or recommend this useless company to anyone. Stay away - they are incompetent.

Exceptionally pleased with the way these guys came out quickly, apprised the work we needed completed and went at it from there, no dilly dallying. We've had 3 excellent plumbers in the last week: Eric, John & Skylar that I highly recommend. They worked each of those 3 days on different parts of a multi- faceted job & completed everything beyond our expectations. Everything was explained thoroughly & nothing extra expensive was added unexpectedly or done. We couldn’t be happier with the response time, quality, efficiency & value for the pricing!

This company is a rip off company. Charge $1400 to change shower valve. Plumber lied and pushed the customer to pay the over charged service.
They charged $1340 for the labour cost and the valve only worth $69.
They came out with 2 options, replacement of the cartridge $600, or completely change to a new valve $1400. If we choose the cheaper option, it’s not guaranteed and we might have to pay $2000 if the cartridge turned out doesn’t work. To order their service, we expect a honest advice, it turned out like gambling, we bet which one would work. Unfortunately, the tenant didn’t know the trick and we needed to pay $1400 just to change a shower valve….

They were taking advantage of the customers they have no experience to use this service and rip off.

I really wanna know what kind of superior service this company could provide, if averagely the replacement of shower valve is max $500 as table showed…..?!

As what they replied to the complaints, they are not the cheapest one, I just don’t expect they are the most expensive one nationwide!!!

We haven't had work done by them yet, but they came over today to give us a quote since our issue is not urgent. They came highly recommended by our neighbors and our HOA association. The plumber was professional, friendly, and courteous

Awesome, professional service, and fast too! Our plumber (Wilson) came out almost immediately after the call was put in, walked us through what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it, and got the job done clean and quick, even preserving as much of the old structure as possible instead of replacing things that didn't need replaced. We can't recommend highly enough!

Te plumber came out the same day I called and fixed the problem with the kitchen faucet. He did great work at a very reasonable cost. I would hire them again and recommend them to friends.

Nothing like coming in on a Monday and finding that our office had sprung two separate leaks over the weekend. They were able to come out same day, provide an estimate and repair same day. Reasonable pricing. Great customer service from the call to the office, to the crew that did the repair. Highly recommend.

You know you’re already having a bad day when you have to call a plumber, but Kyle and team made it the best experience. they located the problem quickly and was able to get it fixed the same day.
