Tom came to repair and replace predetermined plumbing fixtures. He reassessed and then replaced what was necessary and repaired the rest. Everything works now: the kitchen sink faucet, The bathtub nozzles and shower, The new laundry sink. Time spent was less than I expected. And the cost was much less than originally estimated. I am happy with the cost and the work. Thank you, Tom!

Rob was scheduled to provide a full plumbing inspection of our home. Rob was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with repair/update options for our review. We really appreciated his expertise and would definitely recommend his services!

First time with the annual maintenance plan. Started with a friendly and helpful Hannah helped get me both HVAC and Plumbing on the same window. Great experience with both Keith and Ricky on site. Looked at everything, diagnosed a few things to lookout for, took care of all my items. Very pleased. 10/10 would recommend. My dog also gives two paws up.

This was an attempt at repairing a shower valve that had gone bad. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed during the visit because the manufacturer no longer produces the needed replacement cartridge. However, we were pleased with the technician (Felix), as his skill and knowledge were evident. He provided various options for solutions which we appreciated.

Devin was polite, professional and communicative. He did a great job clearing the drain issue we were experiencing. thank you so much!

Apollo was quick to answer my repair- same day! Even given the holiday week- Jair was extremely helpful and persistent with finding a fix- he worked extra to use different tools until the job was done! Great work and very clean and neat after the fix. Really happy with the rock star service!

Jacob showed on time, he assessed our waterheater and gave options to repair or replace it. He included prices for each option. He did not try to over sell us which we appreciated. We chose replacement. A new water heater was delivered, Jacob installed it quickly and efficiently. On start up it was found to be defective. Jacob stayed late to remove the defective heater and install it's replacement. We are extremely satisfied with the installation.

Update 12/18/25: more service a week later! Mason and Ty (sorry if that's not the correct spelling!) came by and checked out my furnace today, free of charge due to the subscription. They were once again very friendly, timely, and professional. After around 30-45 minutes, they said most everything looked great, but they cleaned off a couple of components inside the furnace and advised me that the system was working harder than it should be due to having two filters installed, one in the furnace and one on the return. Who knew you were only supposed to have one or the other? Haha. We took the return one out and they took it to dispose of for me. Anyway, more great service by Apollo, thanks guys!

Mack was the smartest, most talented, most competent and customer-sensitive and efficient technician I have ever encountered in the professional/technical service class! Ask for him. He’s amazing!

From their website, I was able to create a same day appointment to get a valve leak fixed that same day. Two guys came out and replaced six 40 year old stop valves and removed a circulation pump. They provided several priced out options upfront to choose from before starting the work, and communicated well throughout the project. When they were done, areas were clean. I am happy with their work, and will use them again.

Mitch and Shante were amazing, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Mitch explained each step of the process and my options thoroughly. Shante had great information on replacements and the maintenance program offered. I appreciated all the information without high pressure sales techniques.

Tom and Gavin were professional and courteous. They installed our new vanity/sick/faucet combo and a new toilet, including troubleshooting as necessary. We are so grateful to have our bathroom renovation completed! We will definitely call upon Apollo Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for our home's needs in the future. Excellent service from quote to scheduling to install!

We have had three other plumbers come look at our issue. Jacob was the first one to give us the information we needed to take next steps. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to ask the right questions to help us solution what was going on. Highly recommend Jacob and Apollo Plumbing!

Mack L was awesome! He was prompt, explained all my options and was kind, courteous and respectful. He arrived on time in the appointment window and was quick, efficient and did quality work. He told me he could fix my water leak in 30 minutes and he did! He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I would highly recommend Apollo and Mack L!

Eli was great! He was kind and very helpful. We are so very thankful Eli came to help us. We are in great need since being flooded out of our home. My wife is 87 and I'll soon be 80. It seems to me that a $5.00 reward is way too small a reward for such great service. Great thanks to Eli and Apollo plumbing.
