Unlike other consumers my experience was not the best. Quoted 400$+ for replacing a working limit switch. Only realized after trying to get replacement and the store owner helped to prove it was working.

My WiFi thermostat went offline and was unable to get it back online. I replaced it with a standard programmable thermostat and it did not work. Contacted Trusted Choice and they came out the following morning. Found the problem was the furnace that a switch failed that shut the whole system down. Switch was replaced. I have worked with Brandon at Trusted Choice on a number of HVAC repairs/projects over the past few years. I manage two properties and have central air in my home so I frequently work with electricians, contractors, plumbers, and technicians. Brandon is professional, punctual, and thorough. He does excellent work at a fair price within the timeframe he quotes, and takes the time to explain the intricacies of the issue at hand, which is important for people like myself who want to understand the systems that power their properties.

He helped me keep my older system running at my house up until it finally kicked the bucket and required a full replacement. When we talked through the issues, I already knew the longevity limitations of my old system and so when the news came that it was time to replace, it was not a shock and we were able to formulate a plan to remedy quickly.

My AC unit decided to quit working on the the hottest day so far this year. Brandon came out the next morning to troubleshoot the issue and was able to quickly install the capacitor that had quit working with one that he had with him. He was on time, quick and just a great person to work with! I highly recommend his work and will definitely call him again if any issues arise!

During the heat of late summer, when many heat & A/C companies were booked out for weeks and others would not return my calls. Brandon worked me into his schedule. He found leak in line. He made repair, recharged with freon. After unit was running He checked operation. Before starting repairs Brandon gave me an approximate price range before starting work. When completed the price was at very low end of his estimated price range.
