We called L&J when our gas furnace started malfunctioning. Ron gave us the bad news. After 46 years, we needed a new furnace. Joe at L&J promptly provided several options. Once we made up our minds, the furnace was delivered and installed by Justin. Justin was very patient to explain our installation options and promptly went to work. He installed and trained us on how to operate and maintain our new furnace. The staff at L&J are excellent communicators, knowledgeable, patient and very efficient.

Our 22 yr old heat pump broke down during the cold snap, the night before New Year's weekend. L&J is highly recommended here in Canby, and we called them on Tuesday. They needed to get a special permit as our house was not in a residential area.
We were without heat for over a week. Joe brought us over space heaters. Joe worked with us the whole time, and L&J made sure we had our new heat pump and furnace in time for the ice storm.

So that is my L&J story, and I would definitely recommend them!!!

We just had our county inspection and were told that everything looked really good. The inspector said that he is always pretty impressed with L&J's work. I told him we were, too!
PS. Our new furnace is so quiet we can't even hear it!

I continue to be impressed by the service that I am still receiving from L&J. In March they sent a text, then came by to check out a question I had, and to make sure everything was working well. Also, they found a $1000 rebate and sent it in for me!

L and J was super easy to schedule with, they got me in quickly, the staff is incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with.
Tech's came out to the house, were very professional and were even early. They got right to it and had diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes.
They clearly know what they are doing. The process was painless, they explained to me everything that they did in a way I could understand. They didn't try and upsell me on any maintenance plans or things I didn't need.

They were knowledgeable, fast, pleasant to work with and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

L & J recently serviced our heating and air conditioning systems. They were courteous, professional, friendly, and even early. Their price was very reasonable. I am a repeat customer because of these reasons and will continue to be. Give them a chance.

L & J was recommended to me by a PM company. They're flexible with their scheduling. They perform quality work at a high finish level compared to others in the trade. They make sure the job is right, and you're happy. Joe, when he walks the job, as well as the Mechanics that perform the installation, will spend the time to discuss the job to ensure alignment of expectations. They made sure not to make a mess, clean up as they go, and give it a vacuum at the end. I've used them multiple times, and will continue to use them.

My wife and I noticed our furnace was leaking a lot of water. We called and they were able to fit us in the very next day. The tech was very fast to figure out the issue and was nice enough to tell us how to resolve the issue in the future. Great experience and would definitely use them again!

Our furnace stopped working one evening during very cold weather. L & J’s techs were here promptly the next day & fixed the issue. They were very knowledgeable & friendly. It’s so great to have our heat back!

called L&J in early February and spoke with Katie who really helped get the project moving. Joe came out in 1 day and assessed my furnace problem with a recommendation to replace the 30+ year old one. was good advice! Justin and Jeremy came out a day or 2 later and did the replacement. they were friendly, and professional. very clean install! 3 months later, all is well, house has been nice and warm. good helpful company, fast service, fair price, quality work and product. I'm grateful and highly recommend L&J heating and cooling.

L & J are amazing! I’ve used them for years. Always respectful and curious. Always on time or they let you know they are running late do to other jobs. I would use them over any hvac company!

The guys were both very friendly and easy to talk to. We had them scheduled to perform a complete inspection and maintenance on our furnace and heat pump. Everything went well. Ron has been here before and can fix anything, and his partner Kareem is knowledgeable as well. L and J is our only HVAC company.

This is a huge shout out to L&J Heating and Cooling. We were having frequent issues with our NEW (not cheap) Mitsubishi mini-split systems that a 'W' company in Salem installed. It was still under warranty. They obviously had no idea what they were doing and after almost a year of paid service calls, they opted to refuse us any further service. During the winter we had no heat a good part of the time. We finally tried going to Mitsubishi directly desperately trying to find some help, and they put us in touch with these guys. What a breath of fresh air and sigh of relief. They were so nice and understanding from the beginning (Zack is so great on the phone), and even though it wasn't really their problem, they vowed to help us and see it through. And that's exactly what they did. Working with Mitsubishi on our warranty on our behalf, constant communication, emails and photos, and they got us back up and running. And so patient with our frustrations. We cannot thank them enough. High-five to Ron and Joe for their final visit yesterday. You guys rock. We will use them for anything and everything heating and cooling related in the future.

We had this local heating & cooling company for over 20 years. They put in 2 systems for us. But they will no longer service our system because we have oil for backup. So much for being a loyal customer. I called L & J they were able to come out the next day. They were here before scheduled time. Ron and Kareem were very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend L & J to anyone looking for a heating and cooling company. Great job.

L&G Heating and air did a great job! I was able to schedule an appointment in a 2-hour window (which was much better than the 8-hr window that a competitor was offering). The technician was knowledgeable and provided the maintenance work on our AC professionally. They even offered a senior discount!

As a Property Manager I am only as good as the vendors I use. Not only are they always the best price but more importantly is that their staff is extremely knowledgeable . Cory is always a pleasure to deal with & there is nothing Chris does not know about HVAC. They are my go to HVAC guys!
