From installing our air conditioning unit, to periodic repairs on our furnace and A/C Unit, L&J Heating and Cooling has been the best at service and cost. I especially appreciate their ability to schedule a service appointment within the day or week you call. We will continue to use their service in the future for both our A/C unit and Furnace.

This review is for their bid process only, as I haven’t decided on the install. Chris was very helpful and answered all my questions and offered many options for a ductless mini split system for our home. I would recommend getting a bid from L&J because their customer service has been great so far.

The guys that came out from L&J were great. I needed a few spots sealed on my old mini split systems to prevent bugs from entering the house through the holes where the ac lines come into the house. The technicians who came out arrived early, did things safely, and were able to reach all the locations I needed sealed on the 2nd story of my home. I am satisfied with the job they did.

L & J did a fantastic job. Great communications. Highly recommend them.

Justin and Jeremy came out and installed the system, Trane Heat pump and Trane furnace. They were very accommodating even taking time to run lines in manner to hide from general view. Really made the job look professional!

They kept to their word and followed through on all commitments and worked with me and my schedule! L & J really made the whole experience of the new investment into the home pleasant and hassle free.

There were two guys that came and both were super professional and sweet. They were only doing a simple checkup on the furnace and A/C to make sure they are working properly, but were here for a good amount of time making sure they were thorough. After they were done, they explained everything they did and told me they didn't even need to replace the filter as it was still clean. I cannot say enough good things about this company and will definitely use and recommend to anyone looking for a good, reliable heating and cooling company in the future.

Just got 2 mini splits installed after a fantastic consultation and quote from Joe at L and J. Justin and Jeremy came out and completed the entire job in about 8 hours. They were very professional, communicative, and thorough. Very pleased to enjoy a cool and quiet home this summer without the noise, expense, and inefficiencies of cheap window units. i want to thank the ac repair team for cleaning my a/c unit. my house was feeling really humid even though i always changed the filter and both my furnace and ac are pretty new. the outdoor unit was super dirty and clogged, but now it's nice and clean and everything works great. they also put in a wifi thermostat and a new device called the iwave-r that really helps get rid of odors and cuts down dust and pet hair in the air. if you have bad allergies or problems with dust, i highly recommend getting one for your whole house. don’t waste your money on something for just one room. this hooks up to your whole system and you won't regret it! nathan did the repair and was in and out quickly, very professional the whole time. they really are the best in canby and i definitely recommend them!

That decision became clear when I met Nathan from the HVAC company. He dedicated his Saturday to visit my home in Canby to give me an estimate for a gas furnace, truly showing his dedication and customer-oriented approach. After evaluating my current setup, he offered me various options and was ready to provide a quote if I wanted something he didn't offer. He didn't try to push the most recent, high-end model. Instead, he suggested what he thought would be the best fit for me and the most cost-effective. Nathan realized that the installation wouldn't be a standard gas furnace setup since I wanted to keep the heat pump for the not-so-cold days and use the gas furnace for the exceptionally cold days. Nathan reassured me that what he put in was industry standard and even went above and beyond to seal up the line more to my satisfaction, at no extra cost. Do larger HVAC firms go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase? Nathan didn't just go that extra mile, he added another mile to make sure everything was perfect and that I was pleased with his work. Nathan works unequivocally for the customer's best interests. Here are a few words that I believe best describe Nathan from the HVAC company: integrity, reliability, honesty, knowledge, customer-focused, transparent, empathetic, loyal, consistent, trustworthy, and impeccable work ethic. Without a doubt, when I have an HVAC need, I will be calling the HVAC company. It's unfortunate that it's hard to find a plumber/electrician/mechanic with Nathan's customer-centered approach.
