Constraction reviews in Clackamas, Oregon

This company was referred to me in the 90’s (formerly The Carpet Place) . I’ve made several purchases over the years through them. They have always provided excellent service and are helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The entire staff is wonderful but Kara is my go-to person. Thanks, Kara!

The crew at Area Floors is top notch! I've worked with several of them and they are all helpful and quick. I've shopped at a handful of other local flooring retailers and Area Floors in Lake Oswego is the best. Don't waste your time at other stores. They have a vast selection, great prices and excellent customer service!!

My expérience with Jill from this company was great customer service. She listened to my issues the product that l needed and took the time to see how she could help me and would call me back. She did!
Jill you really do shine in the quality of customer service skills. You are a Gem and great asset to any team. Keep shinning.

I love working with Area Floors. As a contractor, I know I can trust my clients to go in and get great service from a highly knowledgeable staff. Dawn has been a great help on my most recent project, and no matter who is helping me, from the owners to each staff member, I am always confident in the products and service they give!

Worked with Area Floors years ago when we put hardwoods throughout. They are now helping us get custom rugs and we couldn't be happier. Great communication and wonderful experience. Thanks so much Area Floors

was looking for a specific design for my kitchen and area flooring seem all criteria’s from wood to marble, they had endless selections to choose from and also the lovely young man on the phone was great help on making it easy and hassle free

I have worked with Area Floors since 2013. The whole team is a pleasure to work with! They have continuously provided excellent customer service, are extremely knowledge, and are always willing to help find cost-effective solutions to my flooring, tile and countertop needs. Most recently, Sarah helped me expedite an order to finish a project on-time and under budget. I highly recommend their services.

I had a great experience! At Area Floors We needed materials for a kitchen remodel and Lisa B is fantastic! She took time listened and answered all of my design questions and Had great ideas for material choices tailored to my likes ! And my kitchen really came together great! It was really fun and she is so easy to work with!

I have worked with Area Floors now on several projects and they always deliver outstanding service. Most recently Kara at the Clackamas location saw me through the design of our new backsplash and she was incredible. She wrangled in my design decision overload and helped me land on something simple and elegant for what is sure to be an eye catching install. Would definitely recommend (and have)!

Kara, helped pick out tile for my new shower and flooring for my bathroom. It was a fun procedure, she understood what I was looking for and we could the perfect selection of all of the parts needed.
I would definitely recommend them, they have such a large inventory and great selection.
I am looking forward to getting my project started and finished.

We installed a beautiful bamboo flooring in our two-story home plus show room in January 2016. Andrea from Area Floors was incredibly helpful in selecting the right product. All other people we interacted at the store were also helpful. I was impressed with their customer-focused service and willingness to go extra step to help the clients make right decision with their budget. I will be privileged to recommend Area Floors for my friends, extended family and business partners.

Area Floors not only came to my rescue on a high end project with some crazy custom needs; they have Kara whose product knowledge, dedication to her clients, follow up on timelines, constant communication with vendors/supplier, as one of their super star sale representatives. Kara is professional and personally and truly wants your projects to succeed. As a custom home builder this is exactly the type of person you want in your corner to make all your clients wildest desires come true with finishes. I would recommend Area Floors and Kara to anyone looking to build, remodel, and more!

I went into Area Floors LO showroom on a Saturday morning. I had no idea what was what, in the world of tile. Luckily Kara was working that day and was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She pulled sample boards, ordered samples, contacted companies to answer questions, and coordinated with our contractor when needed.
I visited other tile stores, but never remotely experienced this kind of service. We are doing a whole bathroom remodel, with tiled floors, trim, and bath surround. Trying to choose and coordinate tiles is not easy. Even when I felt exhausted and a bit overwhelmed, Kara was always gracious and helpful. She even offered to stay late when we were up against a deadline. Amazing service!
I knew I would order all of our tiles from Area Floors with the service I received and the confidence I had in them. Thank you Kara, can’t wait to send you a photo of our remodel once it’s complete!

Hudson was very helpful finding tiles, looking up prices and specifications. It's nice that the store has everything displayed in a compact area, rather than a giant warehouse.

This place is awesome and has a wide variety of tile and flooring options. I worked with Kara who was amazing and very knowledgeable. I'm having a house built and I had many questions and she answered them all and I made several changes and she handled everything quickly and perfectly. I got my flooring in quickly, actually early and I am very pleased! They also have a list of contractors if you need one, I hired Becker Property Innovations who did a fantastic job! I highly recommend you check them out, quality products at a good price!! Kara is just awesome and will make sure everything is right and she's so knowledgeable!!

We randomly stumbled upon area floors after not finding what we needed at CFM initially. CFM is great but area floors is outstanding as they went above and beyond when it came to their customer service. We were definitely not “easy” customers as we kept changing our minds but Kara and Hudson always reassured us and were extremely helpful and patient. Cannot say enough good things!!

Well
Planned landscaping, and well and quickly installed. Nice to do business with Gene and the crew.
