My experience with NW Sundance Services was terrible! They switched my appointment twice without my consent, completely disrupting my schedule. When I called to have the time switched back, the representative I spoke with had an attitude and hung up on me. I then spoke with Nikki, who schedules the appointments—she was rude, dismissive, and only agreed to change my appointment after I applied pressure.
When the technician, Angel, arrived, he barely did anything besides replace two components in the toilet. The toilet should have been replaced entirely. He also lied about going into my crawl space, even though he was being monitored on camera and inside my home. Angel appeared confused, unprofessional, and refused to answer my questions. The issue was never resolved, and I was left extremely disappointed with the service overall. -
I recommend avoiding this company. They have switched appointments on me without asking first; they do the change and then email you asking to confirm, and it’s very clear they do not value their customers’ time. I am also in the middle of trying to get what should be a simple faucet repair completed, and my first appointment with them made the issue worse.

Bought a furnace from them that should still be under warranty and they are trying to charge me 360 to come look at it. It is 4 years old and not working and you don't stand behind your work. Then when I get in there there is silicon smeared on stuff and the screws covered in it so I can access the panel to change the fuse. Do yourself a favor and go to someone good.

Just wanted to give a thank you to NW Sundance and Nicole for sorting out the mess that American Home Shield made with my claims. Nicole was very understanding and very prompt with getting back to me after having to wait a month because American Home Shield’s customer service didn’t understand the problem I was having. Thankfully Nicole was diligent and got it resolved and had a tech out to my house within two days. The plumber they sent did an excellent job once he was authorized to be able to do what he needed to do. I forget his name but I believe it was Arron or Angel.

Their plumber ended up really screwing me over by not reconnecting my toilet after inspecting it for a warranty claim, leaving me with no working bathroom for 3 days as of submission of this complaint (I am expecting at least 5 days based on what I was told by the warranty company’s customer service rep, who offered me no help or resolution). I was clear that I would have to see about borrowing money before he started work that I’d have to pay for out of pocket, which he said I would have to do since the warranty wouldn’t cover the work. I was also clear that this was my only bathroom. He never made it clear at all that he was leaving the toilet disconnected and I only discovered it this morning as I was able to use my work bathrooms Thursday and Friday. Not sure what I’m supposed to do without any access to a working bathroom, this is a serious issue and nobody has lifted a finger to help. Only choose them or first American home warranty if you want to throw away money and make your home uninhabitable!

Angel, a technician from NW Sundance Services, did a fantastic job for me. He fixed our sink problem at no time. Very professionally, and very clean. No mess at all.
He also took time to answer my questions.
Thank you Angel -
Going thru home warranty for another repair on the same issue from NW SUNDANCE SERVICE. Back story. First time used their service toilet wouldn't flush, supposedly fixed, just outside of 30 warranty it stops working, out again. Each time $60.00 deductible. Total $120.00. Another time home warranty bathtub shower faucet not working, came out supposedly fix and also said had high water pressure. Immediately called city water people to test, they said NO HIGH PRESSURE. $75.00 deductible Had to call back again cause faucet started leaking, plumber had put cartridge in backward, but no mechanical failure, Had to pay another $75.00 Total =$150.00
Now Oct 20 2025 home warranty sent them out to me again with a faucet on bathroom sink that came detached, its a delta was here 5 minutes no tools or anything he said it was made to twist and lock at the base.$75.00 Well end of Nov 2025 same issue faucet disconnected another $75.00 service =$150.00. This company is a rip off. I have put in a complaint to my home warranty and they are going to investigate, due to every time they come out always have to pay twice. FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. -
NW Sundance came to take care of our hot water heater. It was easy to schedule with them and the service technician that came to our house was great. He was professional and personable. I particularly like it when everything is explained to me and my questions get answered. I came away learning thing and the repair was done quickly. I highly recommend NW Sundance Services.

Javier Escalona with NW Sundance Services did an excellent job installing my new Carrier/Bryant Heat Pump/Air Handler/Emergency Heat Coils.
He not only was knowledgeable & Efficient but took the time to explain the process. I feel very fortunate to have had NW Sundance Servicing my Heat Pump for the last 6 years with no problems or complaints. I always appreciate the calls ahead & they are on time.
Thank you, S. Holmes -
One of the worst service experiences I’ve had.
I used them through my home warranty company for a simple bathroom faucet leak. The plumber said it just needed tightening. I was out of the country at the time, but when I returned months later, the leak was still there.
I scheduled a follow-up appointment for the morning(8 to 12). By noon, no one showed up. When I called, they claimed I had agreed to move it to the afternoon — which never happened. Despite that, they pushed me to the end of the afternoon schedule and couldn’t change it.
By 5 PM, I was still waiting with no update. When I called again, they couldn’t even provide an estimated arrival time.
Poor communication, no accountability, and a complete lack of reliability. I would not recommend this company. -
I do not recommend NW Sundance Services. They were contracted by American Home Shield to repair my water heater, but the entire experience was unprofessional and extremely frustrating.
My initial appointment was scheduled for November 6th. NW Sundance never once called me to initiate anything—not to introduce themselves, not to go over the service plan, nothing. The part needed for the repair was snail-mailed to my house and took six days to arrive, finally showing up on November 12th. The delay wasn’t the issue—the lack of communication was.
The installation was scheduled for November 13th, between 12:00–5:00pm. When I called at 1:00pm to check the status, I was informed—very casually—that my appointment had been canceled because they “did not receive verification” that the part had been delivered.
They never called me.
They never emailed me.
They weren’t tracking the delivery at all.
Because they didn’t receive verification, they canceled my appointment without telling me and rescheduled me for November 17th. To make matters worse, their supervisor was “unavailable” to speak with me.
At this point I lost faith in the entire process. On November 14th, I had another company look at my water heater. They immediately told me the part NW Sundance mailed to my house was the wrong part altogether.
I ultimately had to purchase a brand-new water heater, and I had to take two days off work dealing with this unnecessary mess.
NW Sundance Services showed zero communication, zero accountability, and ultimately provided the wrong solution. I cannot recommend them to anyone. -
Wow. Angel was not just an expert and a pro, but an incredibly nice guy. Timely, super fast, fixed in minutes. What a great experience! Our water heater would take 3 or 4 minutes to get water to the faucets in the house. Now it's instant, as it used to be. Thank you, NW Sundance Services!!! Couldn't recommend more strongly!

Considering today was the 7th time over ether past several years I was assigned this company by my Home Warranty Company one would think they would give some kind of a discount on services the Home Warranty company wouldn’t cover.
I was concerned about having the repair covered so I called the company before I had them come out so I wouldn’t be charged. The Lady told me it was covered.
The Technician came out and said it wouldn’t be covered due to the faucet was on the outside of the house. He quoted me a full price to replace the entire faucet bib.
I reminded him I was a long-time customer and a disabled Veteran. He mentioned a coupon online that I could print out saving me $35 which was better than nothing
I called the office, spoke to their CSR. Explained I had used them 7 previous times and could I get any kind of discount. She said No. I told her I was a disabled Veteran, she said no.
To add insult to injury when I mentioned Ill print off the coupon online, she said sorry, we can’t honor our coupon because I was initially set up through my home warranty company. I kept trying to talk, she then asked me not to interrupt her.
I ended my conversation with her saying it’s great to see your company doesn’t honor disabled Veterans, She snapped back they did just don’t offer any discounts.
I asked her how is that honoring us??? She had no answer.
The company didn’t do a bad job; simply has a bunch of unhappy clients and doesn’t do anything for repeat Customers.
Don’t take my words for this. Read their reviews, in a nutshell other customers said;
NW Sundance Services reviews are highly mixed, with many customers reporting severe issues with misleading diagnoses, overcharging for unnecessary repairs (especially through home warranties like First American and American Home Shield, AHS), and poor communication, while some praise specific technicians for quick, professional work on simple fixes. Common complaints mention fraudulent-like practices with warranty claims, excessive "code upgrade" fees, and disrespectful management. -
I’ve been without a shower or laundry for three weeks because they said they had to order a part. I had another reputable plumber tell me they should have the part available and complete the job in one day. The part is now in and I’m still waiting for them to fix. Their customer service agents are rude and without empathy. I was promised a call back from a supervisor and never received it. The warranty company after reviewing how long it has taken actually refunded my service fee admitting this is ridiculous and listed them on to never to be assigned to me again. They would not be getting this review if the supervisor merely would have called me back and not run from the issue. Run from this company!!!!
Update- three weeks after first contact they finally came out to repair. After they left we smelled sewage and noticed the pump was constantly running and we realized they installed incorrectly. They then had to come out again to correct. Now holding our breath this time it will work. This is the worst experience we have ever had with any service provider. Can we give negative stars? -
When my garbage disposal suddenly gave up on life, refusing to run and boldly leaking water under the sink, I was in full panic mode. Unfortunately, it was late at night, so there wasn’t much I could do except wait.
First thing in the morning, I contacted my home warranty company, and thankfully they connected me with Sundance. Even though I initially missed their call, reaching them was incredibly easy, and they got me on the schedule right away.
On the day of the appointment, Mr. Angel the Plumber called ahead with an ETA, and true to his word, he arrived exactly when he said he would. He immediately got to work and assessed the situation. Sadly, my poor garbage disposal had no hope of revival. But Mr. Angel took the time to clearly explain what had happened, and without missing a beat, he resolved everything by installing a brand-new unit.
Thank you, Mr. Angel, for your professionalism, your prompt service, and your expertise. What could have been a stressful experience ended up being smooth and reassuring. -
David was absolutely fantastic! He came out to fix an issue with our toilet flush tank and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He quickly identified the problem, clearly explained what was going on, and walked me through the repair plan in a way that was easy to understand.
The best part? He had the necessary parts with him, replaced everything on the spot, and made sure it was all working perfectly before he left. No delays, no guesswork — just efficient, professional service.
Everything is running smoothly now, and we couldn’t be happier. Great service, great communication, and a true professional. Highly recommend David! -
