Buliga plumbing seemed great at first, but they installed a faulty hose bib that ended up leaking into my house and caused over $30K in damage that they now won't cover. They don't stand by the quality of the products they install, just the work that they do (or so they say), so if you decide to use them, you'd better hope the parts they use won't fail. I'll never trust them again.

Alex and his team were efficient, professional, and
pleasant. A part was missing and they waited very patiently while it was ordered and then promptly installed it. Highly recommended

I posted on the neighborhood FB page asking for a good electrician to install a new panel and generator plug/lock out. Buliga was recommended. Requested a quote. Got 3 more additional quotes from other electricians as well (I like shopping around)...but price and turn around time was right with Buliga. We signed the work contract on a Friday. Work was started the following Monday. That was fast. They took care of everything including applying for the permit and inspection. Excellent workmanship and communication! I am more than pleased. Thank you!

10 out of 10 for this company. After the 2025 windstorm left us without power and with a downed service mast, they responded quickly and got everything taken care of. They installed a generator and restored full power, even working on Christmas Eve with both plumbers and electricians. Their pricing was reasonable, they brought a full team, and the quality of the work was excellent. Supervisors followed up promptly on my questions and were responsive to inspector requests. Highly recommended.

Jeff Bishop was timely and informative on 1/31/25. He cleared my water line and installed an wall attachment to prevent future flooding. His professional knowledge prevented me of having to buy a new $1380 clothes washer. He greeted me like family. Yes

MP plumbing has done jobs for us several times over the last 2+decades. Their workers are competent, client-friendly, and professional, and have always provided effective and lasting solutions to our plumbing problems.

The front office staff at MP (Maddy this time)are courteous, and make the jobs go well by effectively coordinating all that is needed ahead of time to make the jobs go just right.
This last project on August 23rd was no different, and it's good to see that MP has maintained it's high standards in efficiency, availability, and professionalism.

I chose MP Plumbing from the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce list. Afterwards I found out that several friends had used them and were very satisfied. Seth repaired a leak and then replaced the hot water tank. Excellent, quick service. Pricing - good. Just a telephone call and you have service. I have recommended MP to other friends.

The garbage disposal under our kitchen sink was leaking and Austin replaced it as well as a toilet fill valve in our main bathroom. He was friendly, prompt, and quick! I also appreciated how well he cleaned everything up before leaving.

Water tank blew in attic. Flooded good part of house. 2 hrs. Later with amazing help from Tyson, MP truck in my driveway with new 50 gallon tank. 2 hrs later old tank gone and new one up and running.

M P Plumbing repaired an outside faucet for me. The employee explained in detail what he would do to fix the problem. I was surprised how quickly he fixed the faucet. No more drips!

We’ve used Milwaukie Plumbing for several rental properties and at our personal residence in the past and they’ve given us good professional service. It was natural to call them again when I needed a plumber.

They sent a plumber to a rental property that we manage in Gresham on 7/9 to replace a cartridge in the tub faucet.

Brad replaced the cartridge then called me to tell me the handle was barely holding on and it needed to be replaced. He also said something about some piece of the handle being “stripped”. We talked about him going to get the part but realized his trip to Home Depot would cost about $200 so he texted a picture of it, and I bought it on Amazon. Then he said the drain was draining slowly and asked if he should take care of it while he was there. I said yes even though the tenant had never complained about a slow drain.

The old tub has a place where the surface has worn away, so it was evident that the tub was old. Safe to assume the whole property is old including the plumbing. HE DID NOT WARN me that old plumbing could cause the snake to break off in the drain and it did. So not only was I charged the time to snake the drain, but I was also charged time for him to try and fix his mistake. The bill was $709.00. Beko’s Plumbing (they only clean drains) snaked the drain at the other unit and the snake didn’t break in the drain.

On July 14th at 10am I went to the property to install the new lever, but it didn’t need to be replaced because it was working fine and that’s when I learned that the drain wasn’t draining at all. I called Milwaukie Plumbing and complained.

I talked with Steve of Milwaukie Plumbing, and he told me that snakes often break in old plumbing. That was the excuse he used. I asked why they didn’t warn me about this possibility so I could make an informed decision. Then he tried to tell me they didn’t know it was old plumbing. Then why did he use the “old plumbing” as an excuse for breaking the snake in the drain. Also, the tub has evidence of its age as shown in the picture included in this review.

I also told him that I went to replace the part that Brad said needed to be replaced and the old “long lever handle” was in good working order. Perhaps he judged it needed to be replaced because the OLD CARTRIDGE was stripped, and the screw was not secure in the OLD CARTRIDGE? Steve offered to come and try to fix the problem they created at $180 per hour…a reduced rate. Between the plumber they sent and Steve’s response, I no longer trusted them and the repairs cost me $1289.00.

I’m going to give them the opportunity to make this right and I’ll update this review. In the meantime, be warned…they aren’t the professionals they used to be.

I would flag everyone to know that they now have raised their rates to $220 for the first 1/2 hour. That’s exorbitant in my opinion. Also, I had the tenant clock when the gentleman arrived and when he walked out the door for my rental home. He was there 25 minutes. When he called to charge me, he told me he was there an hour and a quarter. So after my rebut of his time there, he said he would have the office deal with it in speaking with the billing. They said he misspoke about the 1 1/4 hrs and according to the Admin, he was there 45 minutes, per GPS, so that means he sat in his car for 20 minutes. She contested that it takes them 15 minutes to do paperwork. This was for a simple toilet repair for a valve to be replaced. I find it hard to believe that it takes 15 minutes to write that up and I think that’s unconscionable that we should be billed for 15 minutes of writing up a bill. Especially at those rates which are $180 an hour after the first half hour. The admin person did take off the extra billing, but why should it have to come to this just to have an honest job done. I would look elsewhere next time and not use them again. I only went ahead with the huge rates that I requested in the first place, because I had a tenant that was out a second toilet.

MP plumbing is a literal life saver.
Last winter we called them in the middle of the night as out entire garage was flooding with water due to a burst pipe. They talked us through turning off the water bib over the phone and they were there within a couple of hours!?! They treated us like family.
Then once the area dried a couple weeks later they came out and completely repaired the pipe.
This is the BEST plumber we have ever used.
We will only go to them and highly recommend to all of our friends.
