Had a sewer line snaked. The response time was unbelievable and the person who did the work was professional, pleasant and I’ll definitely use them again. Fingers crossed that’s not needed. Great value for the cost.

The service technicians were courteous, explained the work and cleaned up after they were done. The initial estimate was also reasonable and did not change after the work was done, i’ve used Rescue Rooter in the past and always found them to be professional.

Ugh plumbing issues suck! But what doesn’t is Rescue Rooter! Kyle and Dave know how to snake a drain and make dreams come true! Also! They love dogs because my dog assisted them all the way and we had a great time together! You got plumbing issues, look no further, these guys are PRO! Call them now, you won’t regret it. Do not make the same mistake we did.
We have a 2 year old disposal that was humming. We had Rescue Rooter out who stated the drain needed snaked & disposal replaced--to the sum of $1,000. We agreed to snake the drain because we needed a working sink. Two days later a handyman comes to install our new disposal--ONE turn of the allen wrench and all is working properly. Not only did the technician not put hands on the machine but completely misdiagnosed what we are told is an extremely simple and common problem. Lesson learned--do not use Rescue Rooter.

Tyson did a great job fixing our slow tub drain, including inspecting the plumbing from below (in our crawlspace) to make sure what he needed to do was safe for our plumbing in an older house. He explained everything thoroughly, as well as providing alternative options to just cleaning our old pipe vs replacing the blocked section. He also provided great information and an initial estimate for repiping our older home, explaining everything in detail as well.

Wet nice gentlemen and easy to talk to. They knew what they were doing and got it done quickly. They offered advice when asked and we were quite happy with the results . We are sure to use you again! Thank you all.

A day late, Overpriced/charged, Unfriendly towards me, and not my partner. Really sad, I've done business in the past with this company (ten years ago) and the guy was nice, friendly and honest. I didn't even think twice about who to call when I needed a plumber this time. The guy yesterday replaced a couple of valves (shower, and handle), replaced the tub faucet, cleaned up the area and used some silicone to seal, Time in my home 3 hours (he was a day late) I paid (including parts) over 300 per hour.

Fast service, efficient, professional. I called about 6:15 pm for a clogged pipe that needed to be pushed to the street. By 9:15 pm, our drain and pipes were clear again. Thomas was very knowledgeable and helpful, and was neat in his appearance and work. I felt his work was good, and he was very respectful of our home, and even wore shoe covers as requested. Very pleased with his work, and how quickly we were able to get service.

Out of five phone calls asking for help to clear our kitchen sink drain which clogged on Thanksgiving day, Rescue Rooter was the only company that responded. They had a great knowledgeable plumber here within just a few hours who arrived when we were told he would. Our kitchen sink drain works great and the dishes are done!

The kitchen sink was completely clogged on Saturday afternoon. I left a message online, and they contacted me within five minutes and arrived within an hour. Devin spent over two hours fixing the problem. Excellent service!

They came out same day, even though it was a later call. They fixed the toilet and tub, and were helpful throughout the whole process. Explaining the cost of what it would take to complete both, or one alone. They were clean, organized and friendly.

Initial diagnosis/drain clean was great, $99, very happy. However we were told we needed our sewer drain replaced, quoted $5900, I'm thinking, big job. I requested that while they were here they flush a french drain and add a downspout receptacle. The sewer line job took less than 4 hours to complete replacing 9 feet of pipe. The french drain was less than 2 hours and involved 2 feet of pipe with the downspout receptacle on the wrong side of the post. After seeing what the job actually entailed i complained about the price and received a $500 discount however they tacked on $1500 for the 2 hours of work for the french drain. Highway robbery, I feel taken advantage of. I asked for a breakdown of pricing and did not receive it. Long story short, for emergency service I recommend Rescue rooter, for anything more they are not to be trusted.

Kept me informed in regard to when showing up by phone call and text. Matthew was great explaining to me the things I didn't know so I could make an informed decision. Hopefully never need service again but if I do they are my first call. Great customer service experience.

Called to get an estimate on a few major things going on, was told on the phone that technicians would have all required equipment. They showed up talked about what was going on and tested my water pressure and that's it. No scope as I had requested because we don't have an exterior clean out. Their estimated cost over 6,000 to dig where I have already called 811 to get the location of said pipe and install a 2 way clean out and to snake drains. That should be 1 crew and 4 hour tops. Taking 2nd opinions Monday

My husband and I were very grateful for the professionalism of Recue Rooter of Portland from their information on the website, to the receptionist, to the technician. Our technician, Richard Coldwell came out the same day that we called and was right on time. Richard was personable, knowledgeable, skillful and articulate, which helped us in deciding what to do after his inspection of 3 of our bathroom sinks, two which were not draining. Pricing was transparent and Richard gave us several options for later work. We would highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs.

Thomas was friendly, one-time, and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job clearing our kitchen clog and helpful tips on ongoing maintenance! He gets 5 stars!

Technician who arrived was GREAT! Prior to getting a technician I had a full day of no-show, no-call. Be aware that advertised price is not really for clearing a clog.
