Called on a Sunday morning about a clogged drain line in our basement. We got very quick, comprehensive responses within minutes, set an appt for that afternoon. The technician was prompt, professional, took care of our problem informing us along the way, very pleasant young man. Price was the best I've ever paid for a plumbing visit, will definitely use them again for future (hopefully not) plumbing issues

Vanja was out today to clean my gutter drain. Very professional and courteous, he quoted the price and then began work with the large, diesel driven jet cleaner. Amazing! The underground drain was cleared in no time, making me very happy. Great clean up after and top notch customer service. I'll definitely call these guys again if I have a clog. Best money I ever spent.

Thomas arrived on time. Was very courteous & considerate. He was able to clear our clog & gave us hints on how to prevent future clogs. Left the work area as clean & neat as was before he arrived

Rescue Rooter replaced our sewer pipes with efficiency, professionalism and in a timely manner. They left the yard as it was previously and cleaned up very well. Tyson was great to work with and we appreciated his help. I would recommend Rescue Rooter.

Rescue Rooter lives up to its name! We were experiencing a sudden sewer back-up and Tyson was at our house within a couple of hours of our call. He saved us from dealing with a lot of crap and we are very appreciative!

Reasonable pricing. The guy felt honest and helpful. He was not pushy and he seemed to really know what he was doing. I will definitely use this company in the future. I had a clogged sink and he fixed it very quickly.

We had a drain back up and were having related flooding issues in our garage. We called at night, and Jordan and Kyle came the next day. They arrived closer to the beginning of the quoted time range which was very much appreciated due to our own schedule. Bottom line is they did a great job taking care of our issue and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we need future plumbing help. Highly recommend!

From the moment I first called them to when my tech arrived everything went as smoothly as possible. All the personnel were kind and professional but the star was the young man who had to do the work. Very personable and patient and got the job done with quick work and satisfied ending. Subject: Formal Complaint – Overcharged Service, Missed Appointment Window, and No Prior Notification –

To Whom It May Concern at Rescue Rooter

I am writing to formally dispute the service provided on November 14, 2025 at my mother’s residence, The technician was scheduled to arrive within the confirmed 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM window. Despite my explicit written instruction to call 45 minutes prior to arrival, no courtesy call was made, and the technician arrived at 1:15 PM more than an hour past the guaranteed window.

The scope of work was minimal: the technician spent 25 minutes snaking one kitchen drain using a basic cable. No camera inspection was performed, no parts were replaced, and no repairs beyond basic snaking were completed.

Despite this, my disabled senior mother was charged $557 with a supposed “senior discount” of $56 applied, resulting in a final payment of $501 via check #1111

This pricing is grossly excessive and constitutes financial exploitation of a vulnerable senior Industry-standard rates for basic drain snaking range from $95 to $225 even for premium same-day service. Charging over 2.5 times the high end of market rate for 25 minutes of basic labor—without diagnostics, parts, or follow-up—is deceptive and predatory

Additionally:
- Breach of contract: Failure to honor the scheduled 4-hour arrival window.
- Violation of customer instructions: No 45-minute advance call as explicitly requested in writing.
- No transparency: No itemized breakdown provided for the $557 charge.

This conduct is unacceptable and appears to target elderly and disabled customers who may be less able to challenge inflated bills.

I had to leave because of an emergency. So couldn't get my service done. But the tech , Rick was very understanding. Would like to reschedule. But would like Rick to come back.. Thank you

Kyle was great. He had to move things around in my garage. So he actually organized it and made a nice path for me to be able to walk through with my cane. He was professional and made sure I knew what was happening the whole time.

Great communication, easy to schedule same day, very polite and knowledgable! Fixed the issue and guarantee the work. Not to mention the cost was amazingly low. Honestly, they are A dream come true!!! Major clog and main line cleaning.

On the one hand, the plumber was excellent, friendly, and quickly fixed the issue.

However, while the scheduler told me that the price would be $99 flat rate, discounted to $79 for being a first time customer, the actual quoted cost on-site was $526 for snaking a single drain.

After doing more research, there appear to be several reputable companies in the area offering flat rates at around $100 for a single drain unclog, about the original price I was given. I can't complain about the service, but it seems to be overpriced.

I had an excellent experience with Jordan Simpson from Rescue Rooter. We had been told we needed a 3-year service done on our lines, but Jordan was honest enough to let us know that wasn’t actually necessary. His integrity and transparency were refreshing.

Beyond correcting that misinformation, Jordan was incredibly helpful in providing guidance about upcoming maintenance we might want to consider. He offered new perspectives on how to think about our plumbing system as it ages, which was exactly the kind of practical advice we needed for our older home.

Jordan was professional in every way - courteous, respectful, and thorough. He even wore booties in our house without being asked, which we appreciated even though we’re dog-loving people who don’t mind a little mess. It’s those small touches that show real professionalism.

I wouldn’t hesitate to call Rescue Rooter again for any plumbing needs. We know we can count on them for excellent customer service, great communication throughout the process, and honest solutions to whatever plumbing issues we might face. The technician did a great job and the entire team had great communication. He was fair and honest. Our house is really old and he gave options to what we could do instead of trying to up charge. It was refreshing to have a contractor that was responsive, timely, honest, and did good quality work.

The guys were here super quick. Explained what needed to be done and did it very quickly. Tyson, Ray and Tanner were all very friendly and great to work with. Would definitely suggest to a friend and if needed for other plumbing issues here would definitely call again.

They came within an hour of me calling. I had a problem with a down spout going out to the sewer system. Thomas found the clog right away. He was very knowledgeable & told me the best way to take care of it I will definitely call them again. I had them scope my system in 1999 & 2006. Same great service!

Kyle was great and professional in fixing our broken pipe in the wall that houses the pipes for our master shower. He had to cut holes in the wall to fix the pipe. I am going to install an access panel in the whole he neatly made for the repair. He got our water back on in good time.The price was a little steep but is a sign of the times. Overall it was a job well done. Thanks again Kyle! I would absolutely use Kyle again if needed. Oh I almost forgot about the nice lady that called for the scheduling was absolutely the nicest person she could be to talk to about our problem. Thank you.

A positive experience, start to finish. I called last night to put in my request for service this morning, and the call taker, Raul, was very friendly. This morning I spoke with dispatcher Mandy and she was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us get service in a timely manner.

Our tech was Devin, and he was awesome. Professional, friendly, calm demeanor, knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient. He didn't try to upsell (as I've experienced with other companies) and he went above and beyond to provide great service and fix our problem. He made recommendations for future maintenance, but again, not in a way that felt like pressure. Our service was very affordable! We would definitely hire him/Rescue Rooter again for any future jobs!

Edited: Yikes guys. Currently looking to be contacted by a manager. Our very nice service tech who performed services on our old sewer line, without first scoping our line, might be costing us over $20,000 in sewer line repairs. Hoping to talk to someone about this soon. We thought call out experts was supposed to save us this grief!!!

As usual house trouble only seems to come up at night right before a major holiday 😂 rescue rooter was able to get us scheduled right away when our sewer line decided to back up and sent someone who was local to us, which was incredibly helpful when we needed them again after we gave up on trying to fix a smaller plumbing issue on our own.

I've been in the restaurant business for 26 years. Accutech is by far the best refrigeration repair company that I have ever used. I don't give reviews lightly. This company is the best. Highly recommend.
