Reviews of local pros in Clackamas, Oregon

Unlike other plumbers, MP charges by the hour and the rate is reasonable.
If you have a clogged main line to the street, they send the drain tech with an awesome load of equipment in a truck specifically for that purpose and a tech that knows how to use it all efficiently. They get the call whenever we need a plumber.

We had one of their estimators come out to do a bid. It took him over a month to get an estimate which we had to call and ask for several times. Once the bid came in, it was higher than expected so we asked for an explanation. They said they'd "look into it" and get back to us. A couple hours later, they called to say they were increasing their bid $500 and if we didn't think it was fair to look elsewhere. This was surprising as we'd used them 3 times in the past.

MP Plumbing (“Michael”) did an outstanding job repairing an exterior frost-free faucet for us, including nice finish work with the involved siding. Thanks!

Our very house-conscientious neighbor recommended MP Plumbing and we are grateful. We have used them many times for many repairs/replacements and they have been great. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality work by Austin. Efficient. Provided wise tips. On time. Answered questions confirming our suspicion of problem. Provided clean tools in work area. Didn’t dally - started work after confirming issue. Highly recommend this plumber and company.

MPPluming is the absolute BEST plumbers in the Portland area! They came to my apartment and cleaned my bathroom issues in no time at all! I would give them a 5 STAR RATING TO ANYONE WHO ASK. Their repairman, JEFF BISHOP was compassionate, respectful and polite! He did an excellent job in a very timely manner! I couldn’t have asked for more. He’s a great representative of your company!!!!!!!

Excellent job folks! I called early in the morning with some very specific repair needs to help me sell my home. I got excellent service quick attention and had a repair person dispatched to my home that morning first thing. The service person that arrived at my home listened to me in great detail, and did a superior job finishing in a short amount of time. Higher local folks to help you with your home repair needs. All the best a Milwaukie resident and friend 😎Mark.

I found MP Plumbing had good reviews on Next Door, and have seen their van in our neighborhood so gave them a try. Madi got us on the schedule quickly and provided upfront cost information. Jake, our plumber, was great. He repaired and replaced leaking and aging faucets, installed an instant-hot and gave us a head's up on a couple of non-urgent issues to keep an eye on and potentially plan ahead for that he noted while here. Excellent service and results.

Thank you truck #205 for slowing down and letting us in. Especially with the rain!
Then you actually used your turn signals.
Waved to us, we had been waiting for long time. We’ll be calling you guys for service.

We were introduced to MP Plumbing because they are the subcontractor our design/build firm prefers for all of their projects. There was extensive replumbing required in our basement renovation and MP Plumbing handled it smoothly and efficiently. In addition and unrelated to our project we talked with them about an outside leaky faucet. When they were finished in the basement, they diagnosed the problem and offered options to correct it. They then repaired it quickly. Problem solved! Everyone was helpful, pleasant and quick to respond. We will definitely call MP Plumbing for any plumbing issues and highly recommend them.

I always use MP Plumbing, and after helping me nurse my toilet along for the past couple of years, it was time for a replacement. Needless to say, in my 100 year old house it ended up being a more complicated job. Thank you Mike and Austin for getting it done as it is the only bathroom in the house!

Austin went above and beyond to do a great job. Fast and efficient, top notch service. I have trusted MP Plumbing for decades, wouldn’t use anybody else.

We live in a Manufactured House in Oregon City. For many years, we suspected that our two fiber glass bathtubs were not connected right at the drain area. So, we called M P Plumbing. We were right. The drainage piping was worse than wrong. Kyle and one other Plummer (sorry, forgot his name), came to assess what was needed. With one person lying on his back in a crawl space area, under the house, too small to explain, they both worked together and saved our tubs and did it right! They took their time and made sure everything was done, no leaks etc. I can't say enough GREAT things about them and M P Plumbing, except to say they are now the first company I'll call for any pluming needs we may have !! Thank you M P Plumbing!

Last year, we had our entire house re-piped by MP Plumbing, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. Terry, the project manager, communicated with us throughout the entire process and even followed up after the project was completed to ensure everything was satisfactory.

The team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home at all times. We especially want to commend the journeymen, Zach and Colby, who performed the actual work. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and dedication truly stood out. We also met several other journeymen from the company, and they were all exceptional. They communicated clearly, kept everything clean and organized, and completed the job on time with minimal disruption to our daily routines.

It has now been over eight months, and we have complete peace of mind knowing the job was done right. We are incredibly happy with the results and highly recommend MP Plumbing for any plumbing needs—especially if you want a team that takes pride in their work and treats your home with care and professionalism.

I called with a shower trim kit and head upgrade/replacement and they were very responsive and scheduled only two days out. I was impressed by the process. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it was not explained that we paid for their travel time. It was first thing in the AM and they are located on Clackamas and we are in West Haven.

Austin was very professional and friendly. He was able to determine the problem and install a new garbage disposal quickly! I would highly recommend MP Plumbing.

MP Plumbing came when we needed help with a crack pipe under our home. They were quick and took care of the problem within an hour. The charge was almost $600 we felt that was high priced but in today's cost maybe not!! We will call them again if needed in the future because I don't think they are any more expensive then the rest of the plumbers today. Thank you MP Plumbing for helping us when we needed you the most. The Paulson's

MP Plumbing did such a great job at our Portland house. They took care of the kitchen sink and bathroom work, and everything turned out perfect. The crew was super friendly, worked fast, and made sure everything was just right before they left. Im definitely going to book them again!

Wow—what an incredible experience! Our water main broke, and from the moment I called, the MP Plumbing team treated it like it was their own home. They showed up quickly, worked tirelessly, and didn’t cut a single corner. They were prompt, professional, and clearly experts at what they do.

I’ve been in the construction industry for years, and I can honestly say I have never had a better plumbing experience. Their skill, professionalism, and genuine care for me as a customer blew me away.

They went far beyond what I expected—checking every detail, keeping me informed, and making sure everything was perfect and cleaned up before they left. It’s rare these days to find people who take so much pride in their work. I’ll recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you Tyson, Nick, Gene & Matt.

If you need a plumber you can trust—one who treats your problem like their own—look no further. MP Plumbing, absolutely outstanding!

MP Pluming did a great job in repiping my whole house, and the water lines coming into the house. Replacing all the PVC supply lines with PEX piping, doing a great job. I am very happy with their professional people, Steve, Matt, and Nathan, great job guys.

Austin was very efficient and did a great job! Another plumbingCompany had already come out and worked on the job. They did a poor job, I was reluctant to call someone else.
A friend recommended MP, I’m glad they did. Thank you Austin.
