My 4 year old water heater was leaking all over the garage, noticed it on my lunch break. Called up and they got me a plumber to the house within 40 minutes. Jake showed up, did a good diagnostic and replaced a shoddy cheap plastic valve with a nice new brass fitting. No more leak, and I got to head back to work. The experience from start to finish was easy, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Give them a call.

My property management company uses MP Plumbing often for everything from locating leaks, to repairing toilets, tubs and more. They are quick and detailed and call me when on site to describe what they found and how they plan to proceed. Alyssa makes scheduling really easy. Brett is one of my favorite technicians as he goes out of his way to break down issues, send photos and descriptions over text and follow up to make sure everything went well. Overall- highly recommend MP Plumbing.

Austin was awsome. I had a leaky toilet and I get so nervous when things break. I always imagine the worst. But Austin fixed it in no time with a new wax ring. He let me watch and ask questions and wasn't fussed at all, but answered all my questions and told me funny plumbing stories. A very kind and friendly person. I do expect the best from MP and I always get it. And now things are all back to normal in my bathroom. Thanks to Austin and MP Plumbing Co.

We've had MP come out a couple times relatively recently. First we had a slow kitchen drain which the plumber found was due to the lack of appropriate "slope" on the complicated Rube Goldberg pipes underneath which someone else had done. They re-did all the pipes and it is a thing of beauty, and the kitchen sink hasn't been slow ever since!

We had a shower pipe leak a few weeks ago that was very difficult for the plumber to locate, since downstairs it was dripping about 2 feet away from the toilet area! Eventually he did locate it and got it fixed quickly, and we're very happy with the quality of workmanship involved.

MP Plumbing was responsive, helped find a better solution, and did an overhaul on all parts needed on both our really old commercial toilets in our building. They also installed the bidets we bought. Alyssa the appointment understood our issues and Brett the serviceman was very professional and competent.

Brett was fantastic to work with. He showed up right on time, was incredibly helpful, and got the job done quickly. His work was extremely clean and professional, and he made the whole process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend Brett and MP Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

We have been fans of MP Plumbing since 2014, and so thankful for all their help. Michael was one of the first people from MP Plumbing we met and he is awesome and still helping us out today.

MP Plumbing repaired our water main in the first few months we had the house, and guided us through leak detection for that one, which we also had to get done under the pressure of an incoming December cold blast and ice storm!

They have done a lot of non emergency work, updating spigots, shut offs, a pressure limiter, and updating the inside of the house to get rid of any galvanized pipes from the wall to the drain/faucets. It was all them and their expert guidance that helped us take a smarter path to specific updates with big rewards.

We still have a few projects and will definitely turn to MP Plumbing for help when we are ready to go forward with our remodels.

Brett did an excellent job. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and knocked out the work fast while keeping the area spotless. Super professional and easy to work with. I’d definitely call on him again and recommend MP Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing help.

Austin was great in tracking down a mystifying problem where fresh water was dripping from our drain pipe. It turned out to be a leak in the shower line about 2 feet away, with the water making its way over to the drain pipe before it dripped into the downstairs. We're very happy with the quality and speed of the work, and to have it all fixed.

So helpful, clear, fast, affordable. Solved our problem; pointed out parts we could fix ourselves and save $$, gave us an affordable price, communicated well, kind and professional. Rick was excellent.

The first plumber (Tanner) as awesome. 5***** But when we needed them to finish the job 2.5 months later, their customer service line as terrible. They set 3 appointments for one day, and missed them all. Once they got here the next day, they had NO information about (what I’d told them 3 times) we needed done. They finished 2/4 jobs, but I needed another company to complete it.

Once Vanja and his tech arrived and took a look at the situation, they knew what needed to be done immediately. They had the new toilet installed and everything cleaned up under two hours and that included 2 trips to the distributors. Very professional and wonderful workmanship!

We needed help on a Saturday for drainage issues on a more complex build. This company sent out a plumber named Graham who found the underlying problem and replaced a broken part after doggedly chipping through spilled concrete (a new home) to get to the the pipe; plus he flagged a previously unknown leak in our filtration system. Felt really lucky to have stumbled across him in our desperate search for a weekend fix.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Thomas was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and fixed it efficiently. Not only did they do excellent work, but they also left the area spotless and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such friendly customer service - highly recommended!
