We had a blockage in our drain system. West Side did a great job - in the rain - of cleaning it out and installing devices to prevent a recurring blockage.

We had an issue, a mistake had been made which we all make. They came out that same day I called and they did an inspection and they found the issue and resolved it in a satisfactory way. The staff and senior technician were friendly, helpful and patient which goes a long way for customers after being in customer service myself for a long time. They seem to really care about their reputation and taking good care of their customers. Great company! 👍

West Side drain arrived earlier than expected and the technician was quick, professional, and explained his work. They scoped our sewer line before and after and it was cleared from clogged/filled with root growth, to looking like new.

West side does great work. They worked on my septic system and were prompt, honest and thorough. They were even kind to my dog who probably got in their way multiple times.

Septic tank needed to be emptied and possible baffle replacement. Brad and Adam told me there was no baffle at the inlet to the septic tank so that saved me a lot of money. Appreciate their honesty. Both were super helpful and cleaned up everything after the tank was clear. Will be using Westside for a drain field clean out soon.

We have used Westside drain for a number of years and two different addresses. One time they really saved us on Thanksgiving day! The sewer had backed up into our bathtub. We couldn't use our toilets or anything and we had lots of company over. They came out within a couple of hours and fixed everything!

Excellent communication around appointment time, very thoroughly notified and reminded. Excellent communication day of appointment, reminder text and call from tech (Wyatt) when he got to the gate. Wyatt was wonderful, did an excellent job, very respectful of gate and property, and put up with my dogs making sure he was a good guy. (They agreed he was a good guy)
