Used West Side Drain and septic to pump my septic tank. The driver was very professional and friendly, showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

West Side Drain repaired our drain field. They uncovered the septic tank so we could make repairs. They went far and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend this business. Very professional with great communication and reasonable price.

My septic ejector pump recently stopped pumping. Called West Side septic and drain and booked an appointment for the next day. A Friday. Adam from West Side showed ip on time and was very friendly and courteous. He stayed well past quitting time to make sure everything was running properly. I’d recommend West Side Septic and drain to anyone.

So nice to be able to get a plumber when you need one. This was the first time we used their service. They were here within two hours and took care of the problem. Very friendly and explained how to maintain our pipes better.

We had plugged sewer line and called West Side Drain! They were amazing. Came on short notice and fixed the problem. Throughout our stressful mess, these guys brought professionalism, diligence, calmness, courtesy, and kindness. Would hire them in a heartbeat!

Excellent experience. We hired West Side Drain to pump our septic tank. The crew came on time and carefully maneuvered their truck into position - on our poperty is rather challenging to get to the septic. Did a great job, explained everything and cleaned up afterwards. I wish all the contractors stepped up to this level of service.

We had Doug and his apprentice replace some older fittings under the house. First thing to mention - I look forward to having him on our list of professionals to call in case something happens in the future. He was a professional from the get go. He walked us thru the initial inspection, understood/responded to our needs, and delivered earlier than expected. He came on the recommendation of another reputable plumbing service, as they weren't set up to deliver the type of of service that Doug and West Sided were prepared to deliver. His many years of experience (ranging from home to large construction to industrial to rural farm systems) gave me confidence he was going to solve the problem we had and not just throw on a quick bandaid solution that would need to be addressed in the future. Recommend with zero reservations, you will get what you pay for, in this case a solid journeyman with a wealth of experience.

Have used West Side twice for a drain issue in our basement. Easy to schedule, efficient and effective. Staff is friendly , polite, clean, take the time to explain what the job entails. My only issue is with the amount all service companies are charging just to come to the job site. Would call them for future jobs.

We had a septic tank clean out done as part of a scheduled maintenance. Ours is not easy to get to so they ran quite a bit of hose but the clean out was done efficiently and in a timely manner with virtually no impact to us. It was reasonable priced and easy to schedule. Gabe was professional and we will certainly call West Side Drain again when we need this service.

Repairman was cordial (can't recall name, tall thin youngish dude) and competent. Made the extra effort to snake drain and reassembled under sink plumbing. Found a small leak and reassembled plumbing until perfect: no leak. Drain perfect ever since. Just felt that he knew what he was doing. And he did. Will call company again when needed, no hesitation. I liked that the company West Side Drain was local. Came out to the house right away.

I still say 10 Stars or more! Alex had to come back to do "jetting" to fully clear the drain. Again he was amazing. I was very impressed with his skill and efficiency, but even more impressed at how he cleaned every surface he touched before leaving. In fact, my kitchen was likely cleaner than when he started! Alex also included detailed information with pictures and videos in the billing email. This information was very useful for the Plumbers to complete their portion of the repair. This is Professionalism and Customer Service in its finest form. Thank you Alex and West Side Drain.
