It was a pleasure working with Rob. He is very professional, but also has a big heart. Him and his helper did a fantastic job installing a new bathtub/shower with fixtures for us. Called several plumbers, Rob was the first to respond, Had a thorough inspection/estimate of our complete pipe replacement . They invited me to seek second opinions, as their prices were almost half of the next estimate! The job was done within a couple of days and they came back to help with installation of tub and hot water heater,

Called on the Friday before a long memorial day weekend looking to replace a non-working water heater. Rob quoted me a fair price to replace it and said he would check his inventory of water heaters, as it might take a day to get fixed. Luckily he had one in stock and told me he had a worker coming to start the process of changing out the water heater. Five minutes later Grant arrived ready to go .
Removed the old tank, installed a new one in under two hours. Grant did an excellent job, as the install was nice and clean, and of course, in working condition....
Cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend!

Rob from RMH called back quickly about my failed water heater and began working the background issues even before getting a chance to come look at the job site. I had also engaged a competitor of theirs - the RMH bid was less than half for equivalent work and hardware. Rob did what he said he would do and effortlessly took care of the job at what I felt was a more than fair price. The work was of high quality with no surprises. I'd definitely recommend RMH.

The city of Hillsboro advised me that I had a leak. Upon researching I found the leak was somewhere in the main line. My neighbor had the same issue some time back and referred me to RMH. Rob and Grant were amazing. They fixed the issue asap. I was thinking the worst while having a leak far under my house. What is this going to cost me? Will they have to tear up my whole driveway? Fortunately they didn't have to do that. Rob was great at giving me all my options and we put a plan together. He was always good at keeping me in the loop and getting back to me. They were very professional, did amazing work and fair prices. They really took my stress away. Thanks again guys.

Big Job. They did it - Well, and Timely. My home was repiped in 2 days. The plumbers were professional, pleasant and got the job done. A few days later, they responded quickly to a concern that I had - and took care of that. What more can you ask for? They did ...what they said they would do, and when they would do it.

Rob came out to help me with a sump pump installation. The water under my house needed this and replacement of a vapor barrier. He helped coordinate with another company, and an electrician to help get the complete job done! I very much appreciated his full support in getting it all done. His price was good and he used very good parts!! He's an expert in his field. He is very friendly and great to do business with. I now have a reliable plumber to help me with any future needs. Do your Research, they fixed my leak but left a mess. Can’t get back in touch. Had another company in tow to fix what was left. Not a happy customer here.

We left the broken pipe on site for the insurance company (usually required.) We only stick to the plumbing repair and not the contaminated cleanup. RMH Plumbing (Owner) we left several messages in response to customers”

1. I was charged $2,200 for 4 hours of work and told a couple hundred would be knocked off. That didn’t happen when I paid.
2. Insurance would not cover it and I was told that by State Farm before I called so don’t assume insurance takes care of it. The clean up company may have been partially covered but I doubt it with a $1,000 deductible.
3. My furnace vent was left completely disconnected by them, it was not that way before (I was under there prior). Who do I pay now to fix that? I did it myself and will do the plumbing myself in the future. For what I paid I could have done it myself for a few hundred bucks. Like I said do your research.
4. I called and left a message with my displeasure and did not hear back for a day. The voicemails I received did not offer me any solutions, I am not a plumber but I am a very handy man. I feel I was lied to and overcharged. Like I said originally I am not a happy customer.
5. We were grateful to have them make repairs because I work a lot and we were in a pinch, we were told they had plastic to lay on and make the repairs due to the moisture. When they cam back they didn’t have plastic and used ours that we had, it was left under the house with the rest of the trash including saw blades and junk expecting me to pay another company $2500 to clean up the mess.$2,200 feels like a rip off for what we got.

Rob is my hero, he took my frantic call while on the way to his current project, but said he’d come by to take a look. He was on time, assessed the situation ( shower would not turn all the way off, hot water coming out so fast) turned the hot water heater off. Said he’d be back today at 1030 he was and replaced everything in record time! Everything! Cleaned up all the splashed water. He’s a gem! I can’t thank him enough

Nick was on time to the appointment time that was scheduled! The appointment window was only the exact hour so I wasn’t waiting around for hours either. I was quite sure what the issue was but he was able to look at the system and diagnose it for me. He found issues that I didn’t even know existed as well and provided advice to prevent issues moving forward too.

Such great service! Called Nick on Friday morning and he was there that afternoon. So thankful I didn't have to spend the weekend without heat!!! He also checked my furnace and replaced the filters.

Highly recommend hiring Nick for your HVAC needs. He was friendly and punctual. He thoroughly explained the jobs he was going to perform and gave an exact quote for those jobs.

Nick was very professional; and he let us know in advance that because of the day of failure, parts were going to be hard to find. He said it might take a couple of days. Sure enough once the parts came in, he came right over and put that part in even though it was late in the after noon. It’s hard to find people who want to take care of your family just as much as he does. Thanks for everything Nick, and thanks for coming out on such short notice.

Our heat went out over the weekend and needed it fixed ASAP since it was snowing AND we have an 8 month old. Nick was quick, efficient, and diagnosed the issue and had it all fixed within an hour. I'm so happy and grateful he was able to get the heating back on track and we can sleep comfortably tonight with the impending snow on the horizon.

Nick went above and beyond the call for duty. He changed his schedule to fit me in, came in, diagnosed the problem, identified the solution, bought the part and fixed it. All in within a few hours. During this heat wave, he just made my day (week, really). Thank you, Nick!

Nick performed a routine service of my furnace and a/c units. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I also found his prices to be very reasonable. He discovered some issues with my systems which he explained to me and told me costs up front so I wouldn’t be blindsided.
