These guys rocked it! Answered the phone right away. Sent someone out for a sewer backup within 45 minutes. I'm sure this might not be a standard response time, but they jumped right on this and took care of business. Thanks for the responsiveness. I will be calling the next time I need some plumbing work completed.

Rob was great. He fixed a broken water pipe in our front yard. He was able to see us immediately, which was amazing. I definitely recommend rmh plumbing.

I scheduled on the phone the person said they will come out to look at our problem the next day (they gave me a window of time). The whole next day, they never showed up. I called a couple times to see if there was an update and no one ever answered. I left a voicemail too.

Someone texted me a few days later saying they were told to contact me to schedule, but they said they had no details about the job or location... Not sure what was happening there.

Missed appointments twice without prior notice. After missing the first appointment, we rescheduled the repair and asked them to make sure to notify us if they are busy and couldn't make it. And it happened again the 2nd time. Recently it is hard to make appointments for repair work and it is understandable there are lots of loads for them, but at least they should notify us if they know they couldn't make the appointment. Though the conversation on phone is nice, the fact is we waited twice without anyone showing up and this is unprofessional and unacceptable.

I used Rob when I was in the middle of a huge project last year. I had called 59 plumbers and Rob was the one who was spot on in returning calls. Many of the plumbers did not want to work on older buildings, Rob had no issue with this.
I have referred him often and will continue to do so.

Call RMH first - wish I had! Another plumber cancelled on me 30 min before my appt because they just realized that I specified copper pipes for our new shower valve connections. I called many plumbers only to find out that everyone only wants to do (or can do?) PEX. Overjoyed when Rob called me back and said of course they’d do copper - and they were able to fit us in the NEXT day! Installation went great and so glad there are real tradesman still around. Will be calling RMH for our future needs!

Rob at RMH Plumbing re-piped my hot and cold water with PEX, increased my laundry drain size, put in a laundry box, and replaced 40’ of drain pipe. Rob and his crew were punctual and respectful and they followed pandemic guidelines (Wore masks, distanced when possible) Rob was easy to work with and patiently explained the whole process before starting. I will definitely be using their services again.

I was very disappointed with the service. we have done a kitchen remodel and asked RMH to install our new sink and faucet, garbage disposal. They sent out apprentice to do the job, less then a week after they installed everything the trap came undone and we had water inside the cabinet and on the floor. We called and asked for a journeyman plumber to come out to confirm we will have no other issues, the first person we talked with was very kind and said he would have someone out the following week since they were all booked for this week. Next week came and I talked with someone and he tells me that the apprentice never makes mistakes and he wasn't interested in standing behind his work. I've reached out to another plumber to confirm we will have no other issues. I will say with all the other contracts we have been very lucky. everyone but RHM has done a wonderful job... I suggest finding a different plumber or you also maybe disappointed.

Rob went out of his way (and his schedule) to help us out where we had a major leak problem under our house. I called at 7 am when he opened and by 9:30 am my pipe and leak were repaired. Brandon, his technician, went under the house and found the problem quickly. He explained what he needed to do to fix the problem with supporting photos to go with it. I highly recommend RMH Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

These guys are amazing, fair priced do great work. Fixed my main line water leaked in one day! Didn't rip up my front yard, drive way, or garage, even cleaned up all the mud that was made in fixing my leaking water line! Very professional, and honest I would use them again.

Robert and his team at RMH did a wonderful job repairing a major leak on our water main line. The team was punctual, professional and very dedicated to their job. Called them when I had a main bathroom tub leak and they were out the same day. They stopped the leak and returned later to complete the repair once I was able to get access to the tub. I can't express how pleased I was with their work and work ethic. They were very professional and I would gladly use them again because I know that the work will be exceptional. I had a mainline water break at my home and getting ahold of an honorable plumber was a challenging task. Fortunately I was handed off RMH Plumbings contact information and spoke with Rob. He was kind, reasonable and was able to help me out in a quick fashion. They got onsite at the time they said and performed the work that needed to be done. No waiting around or wasting time. They did the job and did it very well. In previous experiences with other plumbers I’ve been given astronomical pricing for things that shouldn’t be that expensive as well as plumbers who tend to wait around and watch the clock tick. My experience with RMH was wonderful and I am grateful to be able to call them my go to plumber from now on.
