Reviews of local pros in Damascus, Oregon

Had my roof and skylights replaced. Very friendly and great to work with. The price was in the range I expected. They also showed up to the estimate with an example of the materials as well as a booklet explaining their warranty. The roof was installed quickly and there was no left over mess. In fact my yard was cleaner when they were done. Would definitely use them again

I went on Angi's List looking for quotes to get my gutters replaced. Theresa called me and we spoke. She was very customer service oriented and friendly. She scheduled the appt for the estimate and then called to follow up with me after I received the estimate. The crew arrived to do the job and they did an amazing job. I would recommend Armadas Exterior without giving it a second thought. I know who I'm calling when I get ready to replace my roof and/or siding. 5 stars!!

I had a gutter overflow problem recently. Called on Monday and Robert was here Wednesday morning to give me a quote. While assessing the issue we discussed a new downspout, but he found it was clogged after climbing his ladder to the top of the second floor. He cleaned it out, said it will last through the winter, made suggestions for future upkeep and likely need for a new downspout, and left without charging me for the call. If I need something done in the future, and I will, I will definitely call this company to do the job. Thanks, Robert, really appreciated the service.

Maybe the easiest five star review I’ve ever had the pleasure of giving. Armadas Exterior was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the owner to every team member that stepped foot on my property, they were punctual, courteous and friendly — every single one of them.

I can’t promise they can do this for everyone, but for insurance purposes, I needed my roof done from quote to complete in four days (yikes!!) AND THEY DID IT!! Excellent communication from start to finish. Their work is meticulously superior while their pricing remains competitive.

They’ll be doing more exterior work for us in the near future!

A+ and five stars. Add these guys to your list and scratch everyone else off — this is the only call you’ll need to make.

Armadas provided a reasonable quote and then followed up with great service! No drama, no upsell, just quality work reattaching the gutters that were loose at an elderly relatives house. I would use them again but it looks like the gutters are going to hold fine! :)

We had a leak in our roof, I called Armadas Exterior and they were here within a couple of hours. Lloyd came inspected the roof and had the area where the leak was coming from covered immediately! They had the whole process done in two days after my first call. It was done flawlessly. With their fast and friendly service I highly recommend Armadas Exteriors and would not hesitate to call them for any future needs.

Several of my neighbors had their gutters replaced by Armadas Exterior, and when I needed mine done, I gave them a call. I was impressed by Armadas' quick response and the quoted price was very reasonable. They were able to fit me in their schedule in a timely manner. I am very happy with the work that was done! The crew was professional and communication with Lexie in their office was excellent. I would highly recommend Armadas Exterior, and they will be doing siding for me as well.

What can I say other than WOW! Armadas put a new roof, gutters and skylight on my house last week. Roof only took a day and a half, gutters were about half a day and the skylights were installed within a few hours. AND Lloyd, the owner of Armadas, convinced me to get the solar skylight and I have zero regrets! They have built in sun shades and the skylights will raise to help vent the home. Plus they have a built in smoke sensor in case I'm cooking and set off the smoke alarms, it will auto vent AND they have a rain sensor so if they are open and it starts raining they will auto close. I am so happy with the job they did; I only found 4 nails and one small piece of shingle in my flower beds, they definitely take pride in their work as well as the cleanup afterwards. Keep up the great work!!

Armadas Exterior LLC installed a new roof and gutters on my house. They were great to work with. Excellent communication, efficient installation of the roof/gutters, and the customer service was wonderful through out the whole process.

Great experience with Armadas Exterior LLC. The team was timely, skilled, and very thorough. Quality results from start to finish.

These guys did a great job! My husband had forgot to put gutters on the shop. Many moons ago. The facial boards rotted away. They came to my rescue. Repaired the dry rot. My son and I think now the shop look complete. Awsome job!

We had a utility Van run into our building and Armadas Exterior was there In an hour and forty five minutes and had the outside of our building patched for safety, that same day, and the owner of the company and a technician showed up, to do the repairs. kudos to you too.
Armadas Team scored a ten on timelines, friendliness, professionals and the repairs look almost better than new, kudos to you guys as well.
I would highly recommend Armada Exterior for any job in the future.

The team at Armadas Exterior completed a small project for us that was a last-minute repair before the house was to be painted. We needed someone to get it done quickly, and they went above and beyond. They also fixed a downspout that I hadn't even asked them to fix. I will definitely call them when I need gutters at my own house. Highly recommended.

Armada Exterior did an excellent job on replacing our gutters. They gave us a reasonable estimate, arrived on time, and installed the gutters and down spouts safely and securely despite the steep angles of our roof. I highly recommend them for any of your gutters work as they do outstanding work.

I can’t say enough good things about Armada. I’ve been using Lloyd and his company for my home and rentals for the past 10 years. He doesn’t turn down work, and is honest. His workers are thorough and professional. Estimates are accurate, and the quality of the work is exceptional. There is nobody else I trust to do roofing, siding and gutters.

Armadas Exterior was fantastic to work with. The team was very professional, communicative and outlined all of the expectations of the project. I would absolutely recommend Armadas for any roofing project/gutter installation.

Just had a big siding project done by Armadas and they did an excellent job!! Professional through and through, the guys on site worked hard and did an amazing job. They wanted to do it perfectly and I appreciate that so much. Hands down the best!!!

Very solid siding work at my place of employment! They did a tremendous job of matching everything, finding dryrot issues and fixing them. The attention to detail afterwards from the Foreman was also excellent. The price was right too. Everyone that I interacted with was a pleasure to communicate with, and were honest, reasonable people. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing siding!

In January 2024, a winter storm caused two large Douglas fir trees to fall on our home. Lloyds team at Armadas Exterior went onto our ice and snow-covered roof to secure a tarp, preventing additional weather damage to our home.

The damage was extensive, requiring the installation of multiple new support trusses. The replacement of damaged plywood and the installation of a new roof and gutters. Lloyd worked with my insurance company and kept us informed of the progress.

I wish the other contractors were as prompt as Lloyd in making the necessary repairs to our home.

The estimator and the workers all arrived right when they said they would. Workers were very professional. No debris left behind. I would happily use them again.

I had a leaking vent in the roof repaired and gutters installed on my garage.

Excellent people! Very polite and professional. Arrived on time, went straight to work in re-attaching our gutters using screws instead of nails. Also replaced nails with screws all along the house so the gutters will stay firm against the house forever. Thank you!
