Initial contact with Integrated was a few years past in the cold of winter when our furnace died. Darrin stopped by in a few hours after our phone conversation. He evaluated our 30 plus year install and recommended a new system. In a short period of time he had us up and running with a new heat pump and furnace. Several years later we had a fault code and he came out the next day to diagnose/correct issue. Darrin is very honest and straightforward in his business dealings. We would definitely recommend this business.
