This outfit is amazing. Setting up an appointment for plumbing work at our new home was easy and timely. They arrived right at the scheduled time and they did a great job on the installation. The price was very reasonable. The installers were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and cleaned up spotlessly when finished. No surly attitudes here; these guys were a real pleasure to deal with. We've had a lot of work done over the years by various contractors but I can't remember the last time we had such an all-around perfect experience. This business is a well-oiled machine and clearly puts a priority on quality service and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

B&G came out to make sure my frozen pipes hadn't cracked. They arrived early, their van couldn't make it up the hill so they walked up instead of walking away. Courteous and professional. They even showed me how to detect leaks myself by checking the meter box at the street. Would recommend.

This is the third time I've used B&G Plumbing and have been happy with them everytime! Unlike the previous smaller jobs, this particular time was a bit of an emergency.

I found our basement flooded and hot water heater leaking profusely. I called B&G around noon and Kenny was at my house by 4pm to assess the situation and found that we needed a new hot water heater, which wasn't a surprise since we'd known for a few years that we should get the old one replaced. He wasn't able to get a new hot water heater out and installed the same day, so routed the water around the hot water heater so I could turn the water back on to the house and at least have running cold water for the evening. He returned early the following morning with our new hot water heater.

I asked if they could also remove an oversized decommissioned solar water tank from the basement which was still half full of water (the plumber we'd originally had out to decommission it had flaked in the middle of the job and never returned to finish). It was a particularly ornery job as the drain spigot was rusted shut and they had to remove both the upper and lower basement doors to get it through. But they did the whole job with smiles and joking.

Five out of five stars to B&G, and to Kenny in particular, for fast, quick, and professional service. B&G is definitely my go-to from here on out.

I am extremely happy with B&G Plumbing! Kenney and Chris were on time, very professional, and even informative. After quickly dismantling the current faucet, they showed me exactly why it had been leaking and had no water pressure. They installed the new faucet I had already purchased, and replaced all the old and worn valves and hoses from stock in their truck. Total fix was under 90 minutes. No waiting on parts, or hard upsell of any kind. B&G will be my only choice from now on. Thanks guys!!

Kenny and his helper did a great job installing the latest and most affordable water heater unit making sure it all complied with local regulations. They were very professional, informative and completed the job in good time. I will likely use B&G again. They are a great company. Thanks guys.

I am so happy that B & G Plumbing was able to fix a leak in my garage this morning! They had to work in freezing weather and they were very pleasant. I plan to hire them again for another issue once they get done helping many others get their water back on.

I have used this company twice. Both times they have been very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The first experience was for emergency plumbing which they arrived like a swat team and handled swiftly. The most recent was what ultimately was a clogged sewer line. Also, handled swiftly and professionally. They are very easy to work with and I could not be more impressed with their crews. I highly recommend these plumbers.

We used B&G recently to fix a clogged bathroom sink. Every part of the process exceeded expectations. When I called to schedule, it was over the holidays so I expected to have to wait weeks before they could come out, but they were able to come within a couple days. The two people who came, Kenney and Chris, were great. They called when they were on their way and arrived right when they said they would (even though there was a fair amount of snow on the ground). They not only fixed the clog, but also fixed the underlying problems from a previous plumber we had used (not B&G) which caused this clog. After they finished, they cleaned everything up like they were never there and gave me some helpful preventative maintenance tips. Great experience all around and a very reasonable price. B&G are our go to plumbers now.

They came and fixed our broken pipe in a weekend emergency situation. They got it done quickly and reasonable price given it's an emergency. Definitely recommend 👍

Called B&G plumbing after contacting multiple plumbers who advertised 24 hour emergency services. They were the only company who were willing to help and made it to our home in record time. They even picked up the correct parts, replaced and fixed the faucet in our bath tub and made sure to not have the water off in our complex for longer than a couple of minutes.

B&G helped with my kitchen remodel. They came out multiple times. First, they moved my plumbing pipes, then they adjusted it when my cabinet guy had an issue, and lastly, they connected my sink. They were always quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I will use them again when I remodel my bathroom!!

Had a double pipe burst & flood during the storm this week. Was unable to get on anyone’s schedule for up to 2 weeks out. B&G got me on the schedule ASAP came fixed my pipes insulated it so this doesn’t happen in the future. Tanner was super professional & nice. Definitely will use them for future plumbing issues. I have met different staff at B&G. They have always been very customer service orientated and able to explain what is happening with any issues. They are efficient, timely, and overall just have amazing customer service. From consultation, to scheduling, alongside the work itself I have nothing but good things to say about these folks. If you are going through needing to remodel, fix, or even an emergency staff and B&G are very sincere and definitely have the expertise to help with any situation. I HIGHLY recommend them!

They did a great job on a house water main line replacement. It was a big job and they were prompt, polite and reasonably priced. They also were pretty straight shooters which we appreciated, other companies we felt gave us the run around and had all sorts of “add ons” and over complicated approaches. Would use them again.

I used this company to install a water filter under the kitchen sink (a handyman job) and to unclog a toilet (a handyman job). A man showed up when I met him downstairs to accompany him to the 6th floor, as planned. We waited about 5 minutes for the apprentice to join, as the young man was waiting behind the truck out of sight, which required the man to cross the street to fetch him. They continued to use time inefficiently, i.e. instead of having an invoice with them, they had to go downstairs to the truck to pick one up. Including all the time they wasted, by the time I had the invoice in my hands, they had been on site for 50 minutes. The charge of 285 dollars for this service seemed outrageous to me, I asked to talk with Mr. Bubba Unemoto, the owner of B&G; he wanted to talk with Craig (the plumber) refusing to talk with me. Bubba was a bully who said he had quoted me that price (when he had not) and told Craig "to charge the full price me, period". I would not recommend a company that bullies a woman customer. Furthermore, he had to know that this was a handyman's job-- and could have advised me that I did not need a plumber. An honest professional would have done that. The photo shows the water filter I provided; it was left standing loose on the floor.
The toilet was not unclogged, I was told to buy a new toilet.

I could not ask for a better company. I went through a major family emergency while also having a bathroom leak that caused a ton of damage. It is hard to describe how much of a relief and a blessing finding B&G was. Multiple neighbors recommend them and I'm glad they did.

B&G helped walk me through the insurance claim process. They worked with the adjuster to quickly get a quote approved and the work ready. They sent over DETAILED work order of exactly what would be done and how much it would cost. I've been burned by informal and disorganized contractors before, this was the total opposite. B&G replaced a faulty shower liner, moldy drywall, rusted and wet vanity, and the flooring which had buckled due to hidden moisture and flooding. We needed a total bathroom mitigation which continued through the main living space. It was a big job with several technical skills (plumbing, drywall, and carpentry).

All of the guys were also great to speak with and they really went above and beyond. From the first plumbing crew who came out to fix a clogged drain who ended up discovering the moldy drywall, to DJ and the office staff who were so kind and explained everything, even the job site work crew who went the extra mile to reinstall finishings with so much attention to detail. Everyone was so kind.

It was a profound relief to see the work done right by honest folks. The bathroom and flooring look amazing. I would highly recommend B&G.

We had BNG plumbing replace all of the plumbing in my house along with some of the waste water drainage piping. Also installed a new tub in my bathroom which was good quality and doesn’t flex like cheap Home Depot tubs.
Company is professional, comes prepared and ready to work. As a business owner in the construction field, I would recommend them for any residential or commercial job.

We had a damaged sewer line caused by a building demo, and I can’t say enough good things about B&G Exc. & Plumbing Inc. They responded quickly, clearly knew exactly what needed to be done, and got the job finished much faster than we expected. Their crew was professional, efficient, and left everything clean when they were done. I highly recommend B&G for anyone needing plumbing or excavation work—top-notch service from start to finish!

Hired to install an RO faucet and connect the RO water to our RO-capable InstaHot. They did not tell us they couldn’t drill a hole through our countertop and charged us $225 for the “service call” where they did nothing. When they returned to install it after we had another company drill the hole, we specifically spoke at length about connecting it to the Instahot and they went to the store (charging us for their time) because they had not brought the correct connectors. After they left I checked and they had not connected the RO system to the Instahot. When I called the company, the two workmen (who seemed young and inexperienced) both denied that we ever spoke about connecting the Instahot. Unbelievable! Curiously, they had lots of reasons “why” they didn’t do it even though according to them we never talked about it.

I spoke to their supervisor (Bubba or Bobo?) who seemed to be trying to bully or intimidate me, because I’m a woman. He raised his voice at me, wouldn’t let me talk, and told me I was lying and his guys are honest, and said if they came back they would charge me more for doing what I had asked them to do from the very beginning, and that I would have to sign a waiver saying if they damaged my RO system they are not liable. Don’t waste your time with this company! It’s not worth the headaches!

And by the way, they have never reached out to me to resolve the issue as they suggested in their response to my review.

Had a property with a suspected cesspool (due to age of home and "buried object" found on scan) but not a lot of other info to go off of. B&G bid the decommissioning along with a few other misc. plumbing items including diagnosing either a clogged sink drain, or drains that could potentially go to an old cesspool. Before just opening walls, the really worked to accurately diagnose the issue. It ended up just being a clog which they cleared, and their team also installed new sinks for us.

When it came time to dig toward the "buried object" they discovered it was actually an old deck footing. They continued to investigate, gave expert advice, and everyone from their managers, onsite folks, and office folks were great communicators throughout. They operated with integrity even though the scope of the job ended up being much smaller than they originally bid.

I plan to keep B&G's contact handy, and will refer friends, family, and clients in the future.

Been using B&G for years. Concrete Plumbing and HVAC. Called them out and they were there within the hour and diagnosed the problem and were flexible and listened to my budget concerns and did the job as I wanted. Rare to find this level of service any more. Thanks to the team at B&G. Big enough to take care of you small enough to care.
