Avoid this company! I’m not going to go into all the details of the problems I’ve had with them, it would be too lengthy. The worst part of my experience with them is when we called them to help with our basement that flooded they came out and immediately got the water removed and set up fans, then they started cutting out the drywall about 3 feet up where it was wet in the laundry room and removed tiles. This was fine, but the only thing was they didn’t test anything for asbestos like they were supposed to. In the meantime, as fans are blowing all over my basement, I had some issues with how rude they were and we decided not to have them do anymore work. The next company comes in and tests it like they are supposed to and it’s all positive for asbestos. We’ve been breathing this all in now and work came to a halt. If demo hadn’t been started and that all opened up we could have put new flooring over the top of it all without disrupting the asbestos. Not now, we not only have been breathing this but we have to have an abatement team come in and remove it all before anything can be done. We’ve don’t even know if our insurance will pay for it all. We have had to move out of the house and into a hotel and are looking at months of work that we can’t afford. Not only were they rude people with no compassion but they are incompetent as well. Don’t use them for anything!

These people did work for me , I paid them in full that day for the work done and then over 3 years later they somehow ended up reporting me to a credit agency and dropping my near perfect credit score by nearly 150 points. Be wary when dealing with these folks.
Update to business response. Your response is entirely inaccurate. The plumbers left my house that day saying that everything was fixed. When I went to use my faucet no water came out. I immediately called to inform you that you did not fix my plumbing problem. A crew returned later to fix what they had not fixed. I was never informed that you were going to charge me again for what was not fixed the first time. I was in the process of selling the house and moved out two weeks later. I had updated my mailing address. The first time I received notice that this "unpaid bill" had been sent to collections was just a couple months ago at my current address. I am in the process of disputing this. Your company literally dropped my credit score by over 100 points. Saying you returned the next day to unclog a faucet and dishwasher and tie the washing machine back in is completely false. I had literally no water pressure when the first crew left my house, they had failed to even check to see if the plumbing was working properly. The next crew said that the first crew hadn't properly flushed the system and they would set it right. Never once was I told that your company would charge me twice for what was supposed to be done the first time.

purchased a 2022 home with a relatively low grade heating system, had trouble heating the house during cold seasons. I personally tried two different thermostats and did not have any luck. Called up Alex with Master Heating and Cooling and he was able to get our home heating well in a very timely manner and on short notice. Great guy and great company, will definitely use his services again!

Had a great experience with Alex! He’s licensed, reliable, showed up right on time, and a very kind person. He explained everything clearly and recommended the right items for our system, which we really appreciated. He did a very high and professional quality job. Our HVAC is running perfectly now and everything was left clean and tidy.

We recommend this company Highly. We had another company come out last week and said our system was low on refrigerant So we proceeded with what they called a test and balance. We paid for the test and balance and they were on there way. A day later the system did the same thing so we called the company. The told us over the phone that it probably had a leak and we need to send some one out and it would be another service charge. We called Integrated and they came out and the real problem was that the original installing contractor did not install a decent air filter system and the evaporator coil was so dirty that there was no air flow. We had them do the correct repair and our system is working better than it has for years. And the had to pull the refrigerant out that the other company added. Great job and professional company.

I have used this company and have finally found an honest, hard working and extremely knowledgeable person. I highly recommend this company. The owner is also a great diagnostician for all kinds of issues.

This is the only company I will use. I had a heat pump and other work installed by another company several years ago. It never worked right and they couldn't/ wouldn't fix it. Two other contractors worked on it unsuccessfully. That ultimately caused a pre-mature failure of the heat pump. IAS provided multiple replacement options and worked with me to choose the right one for my budget. They replaced the heat pump and installed a better control system. It has been working perfectly ever since. I highly recommend them.

I had Integrated Air Solutions put in a heating and air conditioning unit in my home, It was one of the best choices that I’ve made. the owner answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel like I was being up charged, and the job was done quickly.
To this day, I still have them Service, my heating and air conditioning.

Amazing! He took great care in ensuring that our unit was repaired and maintained efficiently and helped us plan the timing of replacing our new unit we purchased entirely through him. He follows up just to check-in and see if there is anything we need after the installation is completed and sent out a reminder of when a filter is likely due. We felt confident and reassured throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

We had Darrin bid our heat pump/furnace replacement. He was able to come in less than the other bid. The new system has been in operation for a few years now and all is good. It is nice that Darrin checks in with us about annual maintenance. And he is a veteran.
