Great service!!!! We needed a job done immediately. Or electric showed up at the parts department at 6 AM to pick up the item we need it and had it installed by 8 AM.. That is wonderful wonderful service

Was looking to update my panel , I gave very easy and clear instructions that I was not going to be present for an estimate and that I would leave the area accessible for this , a woman called to let me know they were on the way , the electrician came and left without being able to follow directions for this , when I called back the woman on the phone was not listening to me and seemed to be blocking any direction to get a positive result, she twisted words , and was unhelpful, she was extremely quick to get to “this isn’t going to work” at that point I agreed to that and moved on she did not listen and was not helpful at all , I’m not interested in hiring someone that quits so easily and is unhelpful… blessing in disguise

We’ve worked with OES on three separate projects in our home now and we have been very pleased with their work every single time, that’s why we keep going back. We already booked them in for another project because we know we can rely on them to show up when they say they will, get the job done no matter what and do it right every time. We’ve dealt with so many shady or just mediocre contractors and the guys (Shout out to Kurt!) at OES are just such a better experience. If you need anything electrical done, this is the company to use.

Amazing service. They not only performed a more extensive job than anticipated for the day but they also advocated after hours to get our power turned back on after the job was completed. We needed an electrician on a holiday weekend to check our panel as the power was out in half of our house. Oregon Electric Service was very responsive and professional. They responded quickly and were very flexible in meeting our timing needs...first having somebody on standby on a Saturday evening and then arranging for an electrician to come out within 90 minutes on a Sunday morning. We used Oregon Electric Service, LLC at our office to replace old fluorescent light fixtures with new LED panels, fix several outlets, add dimmer switches, and move a light switch. Dereck was our technician and we could not have been more impressed by him. He was efficient, professional, and did an excellent job with everything. It is amazing how great the new LED light fixtures look!

Communication with the office for scheduling and billing was smooth and pleasant, and the bill was very reasonable.

Have used them a few times now, each time they have been great. They show up on time (which is saying alot in Eugene) and they do good work.

They scheduled an appointment that was acceptable to me, and then came 2 days earlier! Fast clean work.

I had them come out to do a quote for a service change and they said they qoukd get back to me. After a week still nothing and i have been calling them too and still havent heard anything back.

They were professional, gave us an estimate prior to doing the work. Completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after they were done.

The two guys that came out to 94 north 10th street and fixed our eletricial box did an awesome job we were so happy and not nervous any more, I wouldn't sleep in my room that night until they fixed the problem. THANKS GUYS
