Reviews of local pros in Eugene, Oregon

I had them out twice, once for an outside water faucet leak, then this year for a new toilet, a leaky shower, and a leak under the sink. They fixed it all the same day, and everything is doing wonderful now. NO MORE LEAKS!
The service man that came out was very nice and did a great job!!! -
Cleared my drain blockage, replaced a couple gaskets, tightened up my wobbly Insinkerator, and gave me a hard time about my failed attempt to auger the kitchen pipe myself--all in less than an hour.
Had to schedule ahead two days, because they're pretty busy. Their rates are low enough that I might just skip the DIY next time and call them first. These guys rock. Highly recommend. -
Do not use this company, they will lowball the estimate and nearly triple the final price. Their manager doesn't care about his employee's performance. Nor does he respond to voicemails.
It took FOUR separate appointments and a total of five plumbers at my grandparents house to stop their shower from leaking. The bathroom was left a mess after they finished. There was no attempt to act professional.
It feels like they prayed on an elderly disabled couple and charged over $600 to replace shower faucets. Which should have been addressed in the first appointment. -
We've used their sevices, both plumbing & septic, for many years and have Always been pleased with their Promptness & Workmanship! Their Office staff is always Professional & Courteous! We have referred them to others, in the past, and we Highly Recommend their Service!

after being told I would be charged an hourly rate of 175$ by the office. the plumber said i owed 360$ for the hight pressure jet the cleanout only took 20 mins , then says u have another clog and it's another 360 to go on roof ... after I argued, they agreed to only charge me another 160. Long story short never gonna call them again. Don't let them take advantage of you.

Ready Rooter was able to respond the same day that I called. The office staff was friendly. Dave climbed on the roof with a 75 lb snake and cleaned out our kitchen clog quickly after determining that running the garbage disposal for a longer period of time would not clean out the pipe adequately.

I called and Chapman had a plumber out at my house the next day. The plumber ended up ahead of schedule so called to see if they could show up early, which was great. I had them install a pressure reducing valve at the meter, since our home water pressure was too high and causing issues. Tyler worked quickly and efficiently. He patched up the yard nicely after the install, and cleaned up all the scraps. I have no idea what normal pricing is for this type of job, but they charged $450 parts and labor. I'll call them again for future projects.

Extremely rude and unprofessional employees. Blocking a business's driveway so employees couldn't get into their parking lot and then giving attitude when kindly asked to back up. They had plenty of room and there should have been no reason to block it in the first place.

I had a sewer line that needed replaced, I called another local company and got a bid of $8400, a friend suggested I call ready rooter. The guys came out on time, scoped the sewer And gave me a bid of $4200 HALF the competition!! I had them do the work and it went perfect. Dave and Cody did a excellent job! I strongly recommend them.

Made what felt like a racial comment. Being a Hispanic male I feel being told "no Agua" when I clearly speak fluent English is very unacceptable.

My dad used these guys yesterday and had nothing but great things to say. “Young, personable guy who got right to work! He did great work at a very reasonable price.” He was pleased with the price and efficiency. My dad is in his 70s and would never know to write a review, so I’ll write it for him :)

This is the third time I’ve used Chapman plumbing and I couldn’t be happier. They are responsive, showed up the next day exactly on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and quickly replaced the hot water heater. The plumbers are polite and courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend.

I just bought my house and knew of a few minor issues... until mine and my neighbors houses plumbing started backing up. Scottie (?) came out after a good recommendation and was so friendly, worked fast and effectively resolved the issue until I could afford a more permanent fix. I've used them twice. Probably didn't need to the second time but he still came with a smile on his face was straightforward and even showed us how to handle a couple minor repairs so we're didn't blow tons of money calling him every time we had a leak. Now, 3rd time and I actually kinda look forward to knowing that regardless of how big or small, they're willing to help and its affordable. Plus, I know they're going to listen and work on what I need, inform me of what else I may need and work with in my budget. I know he's going to be pleasant to work with every time. You'd think having them out here non stop would be a bad thing but... trust me, it's the houses fault not theirs. :) I highly recommend.

Our water heater quit the day before Thanksgiving. I’d called a few plumbing contractors before Ready Rooter & Chapman, all but one didn’t return my call and the one that did said they could schedule an appointment 15 days out. These guys not only answered their phone but took the time to come out and install a new water heater the same day. We live 60 miles east of Eugene. It was well after dark when they finished (I called mid-afternoon). Very professional, friendly and quality workmanship. Thank you

We've used Chapman in both of our homes, and we've never been disappointed! Customer service is top notch, and on the one occasion that I had a mild complaint, it was taken seriously and addressed immediately.
They're always on time or early, and the work is great.
We won't use anyone else! -
Thanks to Colton from Chapman Ready Rooter! He did a great job advising me on different styles of water heaters and made sure things were straight with my Industrial sized tank with all different options it came equipped with. It is working great and I intend to call them back for Sump Pump installation in the future. The office folks were very helpful as well setting things up. Seems like a very solid business.

I was too mad to write a review for a while, but I can't imagine any one being worse at something they went to school for. They came in my house without reading their own notes on what they were doing and were confused about why the water they ran for 10 minutes wasn't draining through my ceiling when they were they to fix an OVERFLOW valve in the tub. Can't remember if this was before or after they started smashing holes in my ceiling approximately 8 feet away from where the tub actually was. My anger was for my home, but my sadness was for their wives as I'm sure this dramatic failure in matters of care and precision is not isolated. While I would not recommend them to any one, I would say especially not queer and femme households, this lowkey felt like a hate crime.
Oh and after all that and making it clear they had no responsibility to the holes they randomly put in my cieling they quadrupled the original quote from 1500 to 6000. Definitely not the kind of clowns I hoped to celebrate National Clown Week(August 1st-7th) with. 0/10 -
Always a positive experience. The response is timely. Quality of work is exceptional. Staff is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I would recommend and continue to use for any projects.

I’m so happy with the service I received from Ready Rooter & Chapman Plumbing! Jason was an amazing tech, arrived on time, worked super quick and gave me great insight to avoid the same problem in the future. Totally recommend them for quality service that won’t break the bank. Thank you!

Highly referred this company moving forward for future projects if anything were to go wrong in my home Tim Hill was really on point on explaining what needs to be done and even better at a low cost
