Reviews of local pros in Eugene, Oregon

Jason came out to my rental to fix my garbage disposal & was so kind. He was considerate of my sleeping baby & got the job done quickly. I highly recommend him!

Did a great job for us pumping our septic. Our pump was out and he was able to replace it on the same day. Good customer service and responded quickly to our initial phone call.

I hired Ready Rooter & Chapman for a full repiping to replace corroded copper pipes. I found their quote to be very competitive, and I was pleased that the same individual who initially provided the estimate was part of the team that performed the work. He meticulously documented the project plan and ensured his colleague was well-informed prior to commencing any tasks.

The repiping of my 1500 square foot home was completed efficiently by two technicians within half a day. Their workmanship was excellent, and they exhibited considerable respect for my property. When I requested a couple of modifications during the process, they were addressed without any hesitation. It has now been a full year since the work was completed, and I am pleased to report that I have not encountered any issues. Consequently, I would enthusiastically recommend their plumbing services.

Furthermore, I engaged Ready Rooter & Chapman for septic pumping services. While there was a slight delay due to vehicle maintenance, I was scheduled promptly once the truck was operational. The technician who managed the pumping was professional and ensured thorough cleanup afterward. I also noted that their pricing was substantially more favorable than the quote I received from Royal Flush.

They came out in a reasonable time and fixed my water line. Very good service and reasonable pricing!

Was looking for a Bob valve and they were very helpful and led me the right way to go. Thanks again

Jim who did the work was awesome. Used them many times and never been disappointed.

They have parts you can't find elsewhere.

The absolute best plumbing service. Excellent customer service, competent and experienced technician. Couldn't ask for better service.

They always get the job done! I've never failed to get anything I needed here no matter how difficult it was to find. They are amazing.

always my first call for anything plumbing/parts/ fittings. they never make me feel dumb... fyi I am not a plumber 😆

This business was hired to unclog a drain and fixing a running toilet. Both failed in a few days and the owner refused to come back to fix his mistake. Completely untrustworthy .
