I didn't have a good experience. The people were very friendly and super fast same day service but I felt like I was a little taken advantage of and overcharged. It was $200 just to replace a sink I already had just needed it installed. Then the worker called back to tell me it was another $100 for a small leak. Total $300. Im sorry but I probably would not use this company again. Disappointed.

Jordan came over, he was very personable and seemed to know what he was doing. He was quick and efficient and friendly. I wasn’t happy about paying 149 for an hour when it took him 20 minutes. I also wish I’d been told on the phone that was the case and that Jordan was not qualified to do everything I needed done. So the main thing I needed done didn’t get done today and I’m not sure when it will be done. Also and this is probably nit picking but I really didn’t like how Jordan smelled of cigarette smoke.

Thank goodness Kevin Cohen plumbing has 24 service available! A water heater emergency on a Friday evening was handled quickly and professionally. They’ve definitely earned my business for any future plumbing needs I may have.

Had a different plumbing company out because toilets were clogging up. Cost several hundreds of dollars and was not fixed. Jordan & Christopher were able to figure out the problem. A weekend call due to leaky kitchen plumbing. When I called, I was connected with a plumbing professional immediately. He was at my house in less than 20 minutes. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Turns out it was an easy fix. The whole experience was efficient, professional and I would highly recommend them.

First of all, I called KCP and was treated with so much kindness, which was so awesome! Then, someone was able to come check out the issue within the hour- even more awesome. Jessie H from KCP Drain Service did an excellent job on servicing timely and efficiently on a clogged toilet/shower repair at my home. He was very friendly, fast, and remained super positive even though it’s a gross job and he was suffering from allergies. (He’s a trooper for sure!) I appreciate the hard work very much! I will definitely recommend this plumbing service to friends who are searching.

They installed my new, tankless (gas) hot water heater (re-routed all pipes from old). They did a very professional job & put the heater inside a box, to protect from the elements (which is not something the competition had quoted).

Very happy with their work, absolutely recommend them. Jay will take good care of you!

Also, when it turned out the problem was with the previous owner's bad plumbing skills that made me not get hot water, Jay sent someone back out to take care of my faucets. Love these guys.

Angel was prompt and very nice. He explained everything in a professional manner and I never felt pressured into anything. Since the water heater had an element replaced before and it was the original when the Duplex was built over 15 years ago we decided to replace it. Angel was fast and efficient. We will definitely use Kevin Cohen again.

Mike the drain expert saved the day! Answered at 2am, gave solid advice but we needed landlord permission. After getting that he came and didn't stop until the job was done! Huge main line clog 16 ft down towards the sewer line, took 3 hours and big gun equipment and was so well priced. $500 for all his hard work! We are so incredibly grateful and although I hope never to have to call a plumber again, if I do I will be calling these guys!!!

Great Service! Called after hours & left a message that we needed a service call to our residence. Received a text 7:30am the next morning that a Technician was available & would be arriving around 8am. Jason arrived, diagnosed issue & has parts ordered. Couldn’t ask for better service! We were informed by EWEB that we had a leak in our main line water system. After investigating the situation, we contacted Service Masters, who in turn referred us to Kevin Cohen Plumbing.

We called and left a message on his after hour’s line; then "E" Mailed him via the address provided by Service Masters.

Within 10 minutes, we received a call from Jay, who then set up the appointment to have our main line repaired.

The technician arrived approximately 30 minutes later and repaired the leak. He was very pleasant and professional.

Kevin Cohen Plumbing is fantastic, reliable, and honorable. They charged us for only the task - no overtime, no emergency call, etc.

I would definitely contact Kevin Cohen again in the event we need plumbing services.

Each of the technicians that worked at my place replacing my water service line were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions, polite, put things back if they had to move something, and didn't track mud or dirt into my home. I'm very pleased with the quality of their work!

Brandon repaired a front of the house hose spigot that would not turn off. Our under house crawl space is small, but he did the work quickly on a weekend evening. Of course an emergency after-hours job costs more but the company was very up-front about the charge and the total cost was quite acceptable.

Amazing service. Last day of 2017 a Sunday and I called at about noon. Roy your on call service person was here at about 2pm and not only finished but did such a great job!!! I am very impressed by your company and by your employees. I will recommend Cohen Plumbing to everyone I know.

Very disappointed! We used Kevin Cohen before and had a good experience so when we needed a plumber again they were our first call. This time though we were very disappointed with the outcome. I called due to finding a little water behind our refrigerator and seeing some minor warping on the baseboard. I explained to the guy that came out (won’t post name) what was happening. He proceeded to go under the house, found no water or leaks, tightened the copper line going into the refrigerator and said that should fix it. Meanwhile, he didn’t turn the water back on to even “test” things. I had to do that myself and discovered later that night when I didn’t hear any ice being made that the problem really wasn’t fixed. I know that they don’t do refrigerator repair work but, I thought that maybe by explaining to the guy the “symptoms” it would be a matter of deduction but, don’t say the problem is fixed and then not want to deal with the facts afterwards. I was also told that I potentially had mold on only one floor joist and was referred to a different company to have this checked out. Of course hearing this I called and had them out the next day. Well....no mold!! Thank goodness they came out and did a free estimate! My brother and I ended up discovering the problem!! Horrible customer service after the job is done. Would never use Kevin Cohen Plumbing again.

Colby did a great job asking us specific details of our problem, which we appreciated very much. He kept us informed before & after the job. Unfortunately, parts have to be ordered so this job will take a bit longer than expected but not by the fault KCP it’s by our old pipes :) our experience thus far has been exceptional & we would highly recommend KCP.

Thank you Kevin Cohen Plumbing for taking care of the emergency so quickly! If you are looking for a company that will get things done quickly and professionally, there is no need to look elsewhere. I called 2 other companies and they said they would call me back. By the time one of them returned a call, Jason of Kevin Cohen Plumbing (and very knowledgeable) had already taken care of the leaky PVC Bushing. In addition, Jason attached a turn off valve that was more direct for our system. They are the BEST!

Nate from Kevin Cohen's Plumbing showed up much sooner than expected, examined the issue, and said there was nothing to be done. He offered me some options, but didn't pressure me to buy more. Both people I've spoken with from this company were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Our water heater had been acting strange lately, and it is located in a hard to access area. Jason was on time, explained all of the repair versus replacement issues and left us feeling like we knew a lot more than we did in the beginning.

Jason stayed until every item was finished. He did a great job (I'm very picky). He was friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing and why. He went out of his way, even doing a couple of extra small things I couldn't reach to do myself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
