These guys were great. They were trimming a tree next door and I asked if they’d remove and chip a small pile of branches that I had on the side of my house. They just did it, no problem. They did a great job on my neighbors tree as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Charles and his crew are fantastic. He just removed a 100’ redwood that had grown to within about 3’ from a cottage on our property in an urban setting. Urban Arbor Care approached the project with professionalism and above all safety. I never doubted their skill level and I was not disappointed. Charles and his crew were friendly, polite, efficient, extremely skillful and did a great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation. Charles and his crew did a great job for us, and they earned some new lifetime customers. We had two trees next to our house that needed to be carefully removed, as well as another than was in need of some trimming. one of my coworkers had some trees fall on their house during a storm and recommended I contact urban arbor care. Their crew made quick work of it all and did an AMAZING job cleaning up afterwards. I can't recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Urban Arbor Care. Charles and his crew did a fantastic job removing a huge Doug Fir for me and they did it quickly, efficiently and without damaging my property. He worked to accommodate me considering all of my scheduling constraints and project delays and he was always super courteous and polite. When it was time to finally do the work, he and his crew were able to start and finish the work the same day and a lot quicker than I expected. Oh, and it was done for a great price, too! I will definitely work with him again.

We had a huge 100ft failing cottonwood tree that was dangerous for not only our home but multiple neighbors homes. It needed immediate attention. Charles got his crew scheduled right away. Charles came out I called for an estimate he was out in 20 min, and was able to drop our 90-100 ft tall tree right then due to a cancelation amazing work ! Would recommend this company to anyone. And we will be using again in the future !

We have a grove of four 75-year old maple trees. Urban Arbor Care worked from the tops of our trees down. They carefully removed dead wood and overhanging branches which were touching our roof. All debris was removed as they worked. They also installed cables on two branches of our most massive tree. In case of high winds we will be safe. Urban Arbor did a very professional job

I think you can learn as much about the quality of a company when they make a mistake, and how they handle it, than almost anything else. We had a good initial experience with the bidding, but then the communication after that seemed to drop, and after several scheduling difficulties our day came, and we learned we were not on the schedule. I asked to speak to the owner, and everything went smoothly and expertly after that. As it turns out, this company is growing fast, and after a conversation with the owner, we were assured that they were bringing on another team member to handle the scheduling and communication. Despite not being on the schedule, the owner and his team came to our home immediately, and proceeded to expertly drop several large trees close to our home and many other structures. The team was very friendly, fast and did an unbelievably good job with cleanup including using a leaf blower to clean up the smallest of debris. The owner has a strong work ethic and takes pride in giving the customer the best service possible. We went from super disappointed and concerned to very pleased. We would hire them again without question. Mistakes will be made, we are human after all. It is how it is made up to the customer that matters. This company understands this which honestly feels rare these days. Highest recommendations.

Steve took our call immediately and was over for an inspection and estimate within a few hours. The crew was fantastic: hardworking, polite, enthusiastic, obviously enjoying the task. Working with the "Spider," they were done within six hours, give or take, having trimmed and pruned some nine trees, douglas firs and white oaks. Excellent work! The charge was reasonable, too.

We had a grove of problematic cottonwoods that were spread across my property and the neighbor's. It was going to be a tough job, and multiple other local arborists declined the job. One of the arborists enthusiastically recommended Urban Arbor Care for the job. We appreciated the recommendation, as Urban Arbor did a great job removing seven trees. The trees were not easily accessible and were intermixed with powerlines and other utilities. We are grateful to have had these trees removed safely and efficiently.

Had a stroke of luck when I contacted Charles after another tree company dropped the ball. He was professional and eager to earn my business, so we gave him a try. After meeting with him he provided an immediate quote and fit us into his busy schedule. He is knowledgeable about the safety and health of trees which is what we were seeking to deadwood and selectively prune back our massive oak tree. He called when he said he would call, and he showed up when he said he would show up (a rare quality these days that other businesses should be more mindful of). After the work was performed, later that evening I received a call from Charles making sure that his work was done to our satisfaction.

Urban Arbor Care did amazing work! We had a massive Douglas Fir that had branched off into 3 trunks that were all over 100 feet tall. The tree was becoming a hazard to our home and Urban Arbor Care was able to safely and efficiently remove the tree in about 6 hours. They also pruned branches overhanging the house from one of our other large trees. The price was very reasonable for how big and complicated the tree was to remove and we also appreciate the thorough clean up at the end of the job. We highly recommend using Urban Arbor Care for any tree cutting services and we will definitely be using them again in the future.
