I have used Shane at Tru Grit twice now. The first time was for a tree trim and to have a stump ground.

He was highly recommended by my neighbor who uses him frequently for his property management company

In the recent snow storm, trees fell onto my home Shane and his crew showed up promptly. They removed the trees from my roof and did a complete clean up. And temporary roof repairs were made to prevent any leaks until a full repair can be completed.

I am very very happy with the work performed and would not hesitate to highly recommend Shane and his crew to friends and family.

They did a wonderful job on our home and cleaned up like absolute professionals. I have used several vendors in the past in my line of work and this company is awesome!! I highly recommend them. He cleaned the gutters and roof off of our multi-level home. The price was great too!

Amazing professional service for my home. My gutters and roof was cleaned, windows washed, and deep cleaning was completed after a recent remodel. My home looked great after the jobs were completed! Eric is an absolute "Gem" I found him on Angie's List about 3 years ago. He has been so responsive to any cleaning service we have. I have used him for power washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning and moss services. His attention to detail is amazing. He is affordable and guarantees his work. If I'm not happy with something he comes back and makes it right. You will not be disappointed if you chose to work with him!

I highly recommend Eric and Quest Cleaning Services. He did a great job cleaning my gutters at a very reasonable price. I was expecting that the job would only take 45 minutes because that's how long the last guy took for about the same price. Eric could have done the job in 45 minutes because I mentioned that it would be a quick job in the job description. But he took the extra time to be thorough when he was not expected to. I respect that and will recommend Quest to family and friends.

Working with Eric has been great! I should have him on speed dial because I call him so much. He is my go to person for all things windows and gutters. Contacted Steve on one of the hottest days we’ve had this summer as our AC unit was struggling to perform. Called about 10:00am Monday morning and he scheduled us for 5:00pm that afternoon. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and checked out our whole system as well. By later that evening we were barely noticing a problem had occurred at all. Great customer service and great work overall!

I used Earthwise to replace a hot water heater. I called in the evening and they were out the next morning. The team was fast, professional and affordable. I had them install a new kitchen sink and faucet while they were out, they even picked it out and delivered it per my specifications. I will definitely use them again.👍

Over the years I have dealt with many contractors from all the trades. Earthwise is the most reliable of them all. I’ve had Steve or his guys over to my house several times and every single time they were exactly on time. Remarkable! This service deserves my strongest recommendation.

We recently moved into our home, which was built in 1978. We chose to upgrade the heating, cooling systems and hot water heater due to age of the old equipment. Earthwise Heating and Cooling gave us a reasonable quote to replace our gas water heater, gas furnace and a/c unit. Steven, Morgan and Thomas (there was at least one other person, but didn't get his name), did a wonderful job for us.

Part of the quote was to inspect the ductwork under the house, to seal any openings so the heating & cooling would run well . During the inspection it was found that there had been standing water under the house in the past and the ductwork had rusted so badly under part of the house that it was falling apart and had holes! Morgan took pictures to show us the condition before the work began. We were scheduled the next day for replacement of half the ductwork under the house. \

Late last night i realized i didn't have hot water. My gas water heater is barely over 6 years old. The warranty had expired last October, just 3 months ago. After spending hours online reading reviews and checking with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) i decided Earthwise Heating and Cooling was my 1st choice. I am so glad i called them! I reached out online late last night or actually early this morning. The owner Steve was contacting me by 7am. Allen and Gary arrived about 10:30 (would have probably been earlier but i didn't call till 9:30) and a hour later my hot water heater was fixed. The pilot light had went out. My daughter had accidently bumped into a valve yesterday which caused the pilot light to go out. 😒...We had no idea. Allen fixed it and taught me how to restart it myself if it ever happens again! I appreciate the education. I was to scared to mess with anything. It's GAS! But now i would feel so smart to be able to light it myself. ☺...He also replaced the pipe that's suppose to be a foot off the floor. A old friend... had cut it off completely ( no idea why) and the gas man's pointed out a couple times now that needed replaced. If hot water came out wouldn't want it at face level. They only charged me $99 which was more then fair. Some places want $70 to come give you a estimate! So i am extremely happy that i called Earthwise. I will keep there info as a home owner i already have a few things that need done. And it's just nice to know if a situation happens.. As it does in life. I now have a heating and cooling company i know is honest and reliable.

We had an igniter crack on our furnace in the middle of the night, and being new to furnace repair/maintenance, they got out to us this morning. Thomas gave us a great explanation for what was wrong, how they inspect and clean the system, and how it's supposed to work. He also was really informative when we asked about installing air conditioning and he set it up to have the owner contact us for a bid to do that. I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs help with heating and cooling needs.
