I just had a heat pump and ductless unit installed. Steven and his crew were fast, efficient and professional in their installation. I got several bids on my project and his was the most reasonable. I am impressed with their workmanship and feel I got excellent value for my money.

Steve has a great team assembled to deal with multiple issues. We had our furnace go out on Friday night and Earthwise was here quickly to troubleshoot the problem. Thomas and Alan did a great job installing our new furnace and water heater.

Earthwise helped me restore to working order a furnace and 2 water heaters in a foreclosed home we just purchased. They also helped run lines for propane for new appliances (dryer, stove, fireplace). Steve is very responsive and helpful, and they saved me a lot of money on my heating with a heatpump (vs. propane). They went above and beyond and helped me convert and install a new gas dryer!! I've never met an HVAC company that was so responsive and helpful, all at the best price around I could find. I would use no one else in the future!

My wife and I were highly impressed with Earthwise from the very beginning until the project was completed. A two head Daikin system (ductless heat pump) was installed. It was professionally done in a timely manner. The price was fair and the workmanship was excellent. Any questions that I had were immediately addressed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Earthwise Heating and Cooling.

Had this company (Earthwise) come and diagnose what was wrong with my furnace on a Saturday. The repair guy showed up promptly and was very courteous, friendly. He found the problem immediately and made the repairs. The bill was less then expected, being it was a weekend call and very short notice. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for maintenance service.

As new homeowners, we were faced with a very challenging situation. We had extensive damage to our heating system that also made our home almost unlivable. Within moments of my request for a quote, Earthwise contacted me. Within an hour of our conversation, they sent out heaters for us to use until they could come out and address our problem. They showed up the next day before 8am, and then worked on our home the next morning just as early. The problem has been resolved, our questions answered, and our home is ours again.

Five stars isn't enough. I honestly cannot express my gratitude for what they have done for us. To say I highly recommend their services is an understatement. I will not be calling anyone but Earthwise for future needs.

Don’t I wish I could engage Earthwise for ALL the work I need done in my home which is what you want to do when you find a vendor with integrity. Referred by a friend, I called Steve for a visit & quote to add A/C to my existing forced air heating unit. I was so impressed with the straight-forward honesty of Steve’s assessment and open communication that I booked on the spot. Everyone on the team was courteous and professional, and they delivered a quality job before my target date even in the midst of our recent heat wave and their very full schedule. Great company! Don't find them like this anymore! Punctual, honest, fast response, nice, very transparent in the process, and I could tell they were proud of their work. Stayed until the job was done, even though it went a little late. I used them 2 years ago to clean/get a bit more life out of the old 29 yr air conditioner, used now to install a new one, and will use again in the future for any of our HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Steve and Morgan were my heroes this week when the ac went out in 100+F heat with my elderly mom visiting. They showed up on time (days before anyone else would), troubleshot the problem, and replaced the bad part on the condenser unit in the blazing sun on the south side of the house, plus checked the rest of the system, all in one efficient visit. We were the 4th customer for the day but despite the heat they were cheerful and friendly. Price for part and labor was not "cheap" but I thought it was fair. Will call them first if we ever have any other heating or cooling issues.

My water heater went out,(never a fun experience.... ),so I started looking for someone to repair it,as I thought that might be possible. Upon closer inspection it was clear it had to be replaced. Ugh! Thank goodness I found Steve & his crew from Earthwise Heating Cooling!!

Steve got in touch right away,& asked all the relevant questions he needed to know,to do the job. As he was my first call,I thought it best to look around,& get more info!

After a week + of cold showers,& researching, I found out they were the ONLY one's willing to come take measurements,etc. without an additional sales call up charge,AND gave me a solid,reasonable quote!! Yay!

Steve came out 2 days before the job,measured everything,& solved the challenges left behind from the last,shall we say,unscrupulous plumber who replaced it 13yrs ago! Apparently,several safety requirements,(like earthquake straps,etc.) were NOT installed the last time around!

I had a fantastic experience with Earthwise. Our AC broke down in the middle of the latest wave of extreme heat. Thankfully, they were available 24/7 during the heat wave. They were very busy but the owner was able to squeeze me in to the schedule. Morgan was at my house that morning, replaced the capacitor, checked the coolant, and reminded me that I needed to replace the furnace filter to help with airflow. He was extremely thorough and professional. My AC is running better now than it has in years! I highly recommend Earthwise to anyone!

I can't thank the whole team enough for the work they did when replacing our 16 year old water heater (on short notice)!! They came out the same day we called. Very professional, quick install and removal of the old unit, understood the urgency we needed and delivered a quality result. Will absolutely be using their service again.

They were out here within a day of calling, they were extremely professional, Steve gave me 3 options for the fix, then they replaced my whole system in a single day for a very reasonable price. I've been using "those other popular guys" in Cornelius since we installed our last heat pump 15 yrs ago.

The last 2 summers have cost me a fortune in service calls replacing the very expensive R22 coolant due to a leak ... that was also never fixed. Then the blower motor died last week. They gave us a bid on a unit similar to what we already had and said they could install it mid-DECEMBER.

I called Steve and he came out that very NIGHT to take a look. That was 6 days ago.

He not only gave me a bid for a unit that was BETTER than what we had (more efficient, upgraded SEER, etc), it was also $5k LESS, and they installed it YESTERDAY, during the storm.

Steve, Ryan, Morgan..... great job. My wife and I are very impressed. And we have HEAT again!!

We had an excellent experience with Earthwise. They had great pricing and were very professional and very knowledgeable. We hired them to install central air in our home. Where all other companies were several weeks out, they were able to come out and get it installed right away. They ran into some issues caused by our builder while installing but they were able to come up with a solution and worked hard to get the job done the same day. They also found a small gas leak and were able to fix that too. You can't go wrong by hiring Earthwise for your next HVAC repair or installation! They are the best!!

What a great experience. We shopped around for a central air conditioning system. Steven came to my house the day I called. It was the height of summer season and others took two to three weeks to just do an estimate. I got a very straight forward quote with everything included. Others were more expensive and they all had a but if included and I was not sure if they would charge me more. We considered everything and called Steve back and asked him how long it would be before they can start. He said they will be here Monday. Others had told me it would be weeks before they can come. Steven and his crew showed up Monday morning at 7:30 and started working. Everyone was super.nice and professional. We had a comfortable and cool house by that afternoon. It was so refreshing to see such professional product and work. Steven even brought some vegetables from his garden. I forgot to take the electrician’s name but he was super nice and did a beautiful job. Thank you so much to all the folks at EARTHWISE HVAC. The two young men who worked on the system and never stopped smiling were wonderful also.

Our 31 year old heat pump and air handler needed replacement. I started calling local HVAC companies to request quotes. Earthwise was the first one to answer the phone in person. Steve was the first to come out to the house and to provide a quote. The price was competitive and the lead time very short. Installation was done on schedule including the modifications necessary to retrofit the old system with the new one. The crew was punctual, professional, did an excellent job, tested the new system, and cleaned up the job site when done. I recommend Earthwise without hesitation to anybody who needs HVAC work.

In the middle of the 100°+ heat wave, our AC stopped putting out cold air. They were able to schedule us in quicker than anyone else, but then actually texted after hours to see if they could move us up to the next day.

The technician, Scott, was really friendly and fixed us up (replaced capacitor) in maybe 45 minutes total. He showed me what he was testing and explained it all so I understood what the components were. Very nice.

The compressor unit was also sitting uneven, so he put a few rubber feet under it to make it level.

I've had two very positive experiences with Earthwise. They were responsive when I had an emergency during the Heat Dome, and did an excellent job on an upgrade that came later. They are respectful, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

Steve was able to work us into their schedule to send someone to fix our gas furnace the next day.
Thomas arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem before he located, purchased, and installed the failed switch. While he completed our scheduled maintenance, he answered all of my questions and recommended options for the future without upselling us at all.

Thomas was amazing to work with and we will definitely be using Earthwise for our future maintenance.
