Steve and his team that I worked with (Thomas and Morgan) were great. I found myself in an unfortunate situation - bought a house that was 3 years old and the heat pump failed right around the same time we had the long periods of really cold weather (January 2023). Given the situation, I called multiple HVAC companies - everyone I spoke with told me it would be at least two weeks before they could have anyone come take a look at the problem - Steve had someone come out the same day I called, it was incredible.

The best part, however, was that Steve took care of everything behind the scenes - working with the manufacturer and various vendors to ensure the 5-year warranty was honored, coordinating the logistics of everything, etc. Although I hope I never HAVE to call them again, these guys will absolutely be my go-to for any HVAC issues in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Earthwise has done an absolutely phenomenal job installing our central cooling system. Steve coordinated everything so that it'll be done in one day which meant having his crew and an electrician on site. Everyone was so nice and professional. I can't recommend this company enough. They're very prompt, affordable, and reliable!

I called Earthwise during the winter storm of January when our home lost power. When our power kicked back on the furnace wouldn't turn back on. I called and spoke with Steve who was very helpful and walked me through the process of getting the furnace to restart. I was able to get it back up running and our family was able to come back to a warm home. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable team!

Water Heater Replacement in a flash!
I used Earthwise years ago to replace our furnace and install a new A/C. They were a great value and did a wonderful job. I liked them so much that I saved their information and nearly 9 years later I called them to put a new water heater in at our new home. They came out at 7:30am the next day. No joke, the next day. They were done in about 2 hours and walked me through all the maintenance and care. Final bill was EXTREMELY reasonable. Steve is the owner and doesn't mess around with trying to up sell services that aren't needed. He actually talked me out of going with a tankless for my particular application. When it comes time to replace the furnace and A/C at our new home, I'm definitely going to call them again.

Fun anecdote to go with my review: At our old house the maintenance light came on to change the furnace filter while we were out of town and my mother in law was watching the house. She wasn't sure what to do and called the number on the furnace, which put her through to Steve. He came out the next day, with a filter, changed it out and didn't charge for it. It really made me feel good to know that he took care of my house and a family member while I was out of town. Was it on fire? No, but it just gives me the warm and fuzzies.

Fast response. Professional work. Friendly people. You won't find a better heating and cooling company. The new furnace and water heater look great to boot!

A couple of weeks ago, during the hottest days of the year so far, our air conditioner went out. Earthwise Heating and Cooling came out the day after I called. Found the unit to be beyond repair, but hey it was 25 years old, it had a good run. Within three business days I had a new central air conditioner installed and my house was comfortable again. Very friendly, very professional and at what I felt a very reasonable price. Other companies I talked to prior, told me it would be two weeks before they could even come out for an estimate. I definitely recommend them!

New Hot Water Heater
Earthwise was great! Steve was quick to respond to our request. He came out and took a look as we have electric for our hot water heater and gas for the furnace. He made recommendations that were sound, offered and the options and was knowledgeable! We got a quote on Wednesday and the new hot water heater was installed on Friday. I highly recommend Steve and the crew at Earthwise!

We recently had Earthwise install a new air conditioner and furnace for us. We are extremely happy with their work. We also got to know a lot of the employees that were involved with the install and they were all nice and kind. We will recommend Earthwise to others going forward.

We used Earthwise in 2021 for our AC once ours went out and we were so happy with the service! When our ac recently stopped working we reached out for someone to come take a look, they came out the next day and diagnosed the issue actually being our furnace. Due to the heat and our little kids rooms being so hot we needed to act asap for some relief! They were able to come over the next morning and fit us in asap to install the new furnace. We are so happy they were able to accommodate us and get us in quickly so our little ones could have some cool air! Thank you Steve, Morgan and guys! Definitely recommend!

Because they couldn't get here right away when our furnace went out, they brought portable heaters for us for free. Then the next day they came by as early as they could, 7:30 in the morning, and fixed our furnace. Unlike other technicians I've worked with, instead of insisting that I replace a part, they simply repaired it. Then they tested the unit several times. It has been working wonderfully ever since. This is my go-to company from now on. And while several companies are raising their rates, earthwise is still charging fairly for their repairs. I would recommend them to anyone, and I've already recommended them to several friends.

Excellent service. Had AC installed and replace old heating system. The price was very competitive and they finished and completed the job in a day. They showed up with 6-8 employees and were all very professional and informative with the process. They cleaned up all areas and left everything as clean or cleaner then when they arrived. If your looking for a top notch company Steve and Earthwise is the way to go.

We hired Earthwise Heating & Cooling to replace our gas hot water heater. Steve was so easy to work with and I was offered an appointment the very next day. His guys came out and did the complete job in only a couple of hours using all new high quality components at a very fair price. They even gave a discount for writing a check! Had an amazing experience with Earthwise! I called up Steve on a Wednesday asking about AC, and he was out the next morning to give me a bid. Ended up replacing the older gas furnace for a new high efficiency one, and added AC. The install was done by Friday! I couldn't be happier with my experience with the crew, they did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves. This crew is totally professional, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a great price, on great equipment. The do quality work, and care about the people they work for.

Steve and his crew were amazing. Received multiple quotes for both a new furnace/AC unit. Earth Wise was less than 1/2 Home Depot/Lowes & Roth. They did great work and completed the entire project in a day. Very satisfied with this group.

My heat went out on New Year's Eve (Friday night). Steve not only answered the phone, he brought me 2 furnaces to use until he could assess the problem on Monday. He called me on Sunday to set up a time for service on Monday. The technician would be at my home at 7:30am on Monday and he was. My furnace was old and so we ended up replacing it. Steve was able to schedule replacement the same day. The team that did the install were awesome. I cannot say enough about what a great job they did. I highly recommend Earthwise to my clients and now I know personally how great of a company they are!

Morgan texted me beforehand and arrived in a timely manner. He was very thorough, and explained everything he did so I could understand what was being done and how the problem of a blower fan not working was solved.

We were in need of some maintenance on our 2 year old a/c unit. The guy who installed it ghosted me. So, my neighbor suggested I call Earthwise as he was very pleased with the work they did for him. I'm a bit late doing this review because I'm recovering from shoulder surgery (Pam knows the story!!). Morgan came to our home and was extremely thorough and explained everything he did. He was here about an hour and a half, the previous guy spent all of 25 minutes doing most likely not very much. So we will be using Earthwise for future HVAC needs. Thank you!!

So thankful for their tech repairing our AC. A different company came out and told us we needed to replace a switch and the cost was very high. After debating replacement or repair, Earthwise came in and were very confident that they could repair it for a fraction of the cost of what the other company said.

Rob, Scott and Pam are so awesome!! We had the best experience for our heat pump install throughout the whole process and in addition to that, very reasonably priced after looking into different companies. We were given several options and a recommendation based on what we described our needs to be, and everything turned great. Also navigated through some tricky wiring issues that were existing (thanks Dan!) and fixed a fire hazard for us. Arrived on time, gave detailed updates throughout and completed everything as promised. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!
