Reviews of local pros in Gladstone, Oregon

I had a good experience with this company. They came on time and trimmed our big cherry tree. They hauled away the debris that I had created prior to their arrival in the yard and even cut a small fir tree about 3" diameter 6 feet tall that was in the way when I asked. Thank you Evergreen Landscape!

These guys are amazing! They took an 80+ year old oak tree off our house with incredible speed and efficiency, while coordinating with the power company during the recent historic ice storm. The care they showed us as freezing people was incredible, even bringing us a generator while they got the logistics worked out. Highly recommend!!!

Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism, value and service. We selected Evergreen (Nicholas Valencia) because they were quite a bit cheaper than several other bits which we acquired. Since we were removing an existing tree we felt comfortable going with the lowest bid. The Evergreen three man team arrived on time and began taking down the tree. Nicholas climbed the tree and did all of the tree cutting while one man helped lower branches to the ground and the third person hauled and chipped branches. I was a bit shaken when Nicholas cut a particularly large branch and the entire tree swayed violently. Evergreen did a great job cleaning up after the tree came down.

We elected to give the wood away to friends. Bad idea. The wood rounds are green and they are extremely heavy. We should of had Evergreen haul the wood away. We retained the wood chips and used as mulch around the yard. Good idea ... but there was a lot of wood chips.

Evergreen Landscape performed a fantastic job removing two well-established sweet gum trees from my front and back yards. Both trees were well over 40-feet tall with heavy limbs overhanging my roof and the neighbor's yard.

I had six tree-removal companies out to bid on the job. Evergreen gave the fairest price of them all and had the best follow-up after the quote. The job was done in one day and they went above and beyond with clean-up, going so far as to take a leaf-blower all over my roof to remove debris, and they even trimmed a few branches for my neighbor across the street.

I would not hesitate to recommend Evergreen to anyone looking for a professional, fast and fair job.

Recently we needed quite a bit of clean up and tree shaping and removal in our garden. I read numerous reviews on Evergreen Landscape Care and Tree Service and noticed all of the positive comments. We started with a bid that seemed fair. The day the work was scheduled the crew of 4 men came. Each man was polite, listed to what we wanted and immediately began working. We were impressed with the care that was taken to protect other plantings. They were professional and hard working. They completed the job with precision and care making sure that all of the cuttings were removed. If you are looking to have work done in your yard, I would encourage that you look carefully at this company and hire them. I would give them the highest recommendation possible. Below are two photos with one before and one after.

We got multiple quotes on a Big tree we had between our deck and very close to our home.
We weren’t looking for the cheapest price because the tree was between our deck and very close to our new home and we’re concerned about potential damage due to the tree being so big.
Evergreen was not the lowest or the highest bid but was competitive the young gentleman that came out to bid the job was very helpful and professional.
Everything went smooth and perfect, we are so amazed.
We recommend Evergreen for any big tree removal projects!!! AV and his crew are great!

We recently used BnK Construction for the new location of our business. The process to find a new building took a while and Tyler was exceptional at working with us at different locations and adapting to changing circumstances. Once we found our current spot BnK jumped on it knowing that we had a limited time frame to open our new showroom. Jeff Smith took over the reigns as PM and kept an extremely tight schedule to get us open when we needed to be. Jeff was more than willing to work with us on change orders while still keeping the whole project on time. Jeff was always straight forward with us and very responsive anytime we reached out. I would highly recommend BnK Construction and Jeff and Tyler in particular!

BnK Construction has provided professional and skilled service in a large, complicated commercial improvement project in Portland. They have kept management in the loop every step of the way.
Don McNulty, the superintendent of this job, has been a pleasure to work with. He has provided excellent, clear communication to property management. He is responsive and takes great care in the work he does. His experience and knowledge has been an asset on this job.
BnK offers great quality work, communication, and reliability.

We absolutely love our new orthodontic clinic. We are immensely grateful to BNK for turning our dream clinic into reality. Rick and his team were amazing from start to finish! Very responsive and dedicated. A big thank you to Don (our superintendent) who played a critical role in making sure our project stayed on-time and was able to address all the little details our architect had designed. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Excellent work by the BnK team. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and attentive to every detail. Any changes or issues were discussed upfront, and Tyler always had solutions ready. Jeff and Patrick stayed on top of the sub-contractors and kept everything on.

BnK is amazing! Everyone on their team is attentive, professional, and dedicated. Our project met several hurdles and delays, but Rick and Jeff remained steadfast and diligent. It is obvious that they are committed to your goals and satisfaction. And their work looks great! I couldn’t recommend them more!

In construction, having a solid team is like having a strong foundation for a building—everything else rests on it. BnK Construction has always been the foundational partner. Project Manager Caleb Floyd worked tirelessly to meet our budget and schedule needs. Superintendent Dan Garnett is expertly focused on delivering a quality product safely and on time. A great general contractor ensures that all aspects of a project align perfectly, just as a well-built structure aligns with its architectural plans. BnK consistently delivers exceptional results.

Want to thank Rick and his team for their great work with our new dental office. It was a fun ride, from start to finish. We had a few bumps on the road, especially with the record breaking snow this last winter but still managed to finish our project on schedule. Thank you Rick for taking care of our our flooring issue and keeping us on schedule. Patrick, thank you from the bottom or our hearts for always answering every single phone call and coming in on weekends even though you didn’t have to. We truly miss working with you. If you need a general contractor, give BNK a call.

BnK Construction did an amazing job in Springfield, OR for our medical clinic. Jason Scott was the best and was very communicative with me during and after the final walk through with any questions I had. He made sure everything was top notch before marking this off as completed. Highly recommend BnK Construction.

BnK is absolutely the best commerical contractor! We threw them a curveball by changing the design partway through, and they didn’t just roll with it — they made it even better than we imagined. Their work is top-notch, their attitude is amazing, and they made the whole process a breeze. We’re beyond thrilled with the results and so grateful we found them. If you’re looking for a contractor who truly cares and delivers incredible work, BnK is the one!

This review is by Jeffrey Stewart, AIA the Architect for the Carrington College TI Buildout in Portland where BNK was the General Contractor. - BNK did an amazing job - succeeded in quality, time and came in on budget - any changes that did occur and required additional cost were handled very fairly. I would like to specifically recognize Don McNulty, the project Superintendent, for exceptional management of the work on site and the sub-contractors. My client and us would have no exception in recommending BNK. JS

We have done 2 commerical build-outs with BnK Construction. Their services and support were First Class and Professional. Working with Cameron Jones, Jason Upson, Joe Stephens and Todd Rocha has been a pleasure. I would recommend the team from BnK to anyone for their contracting needs.

We worked with Mark and Gary at BnK to build out a salon space in NW Portland, and could not have been happier with their level of service and expertise. This was our first experience building out a commercial space, and had no idea what to expect.

After receiving estimates from a number of different contractors, I was left feeling a bit lost, as all of the bids were "ballpark estimates," without the general contractor getting true estimates from his subs.

I was fortunate enough to stumble upon BnK Construction, and called Mark to schedule a walk-through for an estimate. I was completely blown away when I showed up on-site, and there was Mark -- with no less than 12 subcontractors -- waiting at the door for me. This was at the very first walk-through of the space! I knew at that moment that Mark and BnK were the right choice to work with, regardless of where the price came in. Fortunately for us, the price was also very competitive as well! There was complete transparency throughout the entire process, and copies of subcontractor bids were always provided, which I thought was awesome.

Our project ended up hitting a number of snags along the way -- to no fault of BnK -- which made the process pretty stressful. Mark and Gary worked tirelessly to ensure that we always knew what was going on, and that we always had a plan for how to overcome any obstacles and keep moving forward.

I could not be more pleased with the service, the communication, and most of all, the finished product. Thank you Mark, Gary, and all of BnK for such a wonderful experience!

Tyler Hall and the entire crew at BnK were amazing!! We were so happy to have them do our remodel for our Financial Planning Firm in Canby. We would recommend them to anyone from empty lot construction to a 'gut and remodel' job like our was. They can handle it all.
Thanks, BnK Construction!!

BnK was our partner through and through our expansion project for our school’s pre-k infant classroom and multi purpose / indoor-play area. If and when we will have another construction work in the future, I would not hesitate to call on BnK again. They are true professionals! Very efficient, kind and approachable!

BNK did an amazing renovation on our clubhouse/office space! Doug was the project manager and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was available for questions and paid very close attention to detail to the final day. Definitely would recommend him and BNK for your next project!
