Did exactly what they promised, installed the chimney liner in an hour. Great service, nice crew and office staff.

What a great experience it was working with Lifetime! Miguel was amazing, his craftsmanship was top notch. He took the time to show me pictures of what was happening up on the roof, keeping me updated on the different phases of the project. He was very friendly and informative, always smiling (even though it was pouring rain the entire time!). Our repaired chimney and new cap look great…highly recommend.

With all the great reviews I thought we would be getting professional quality work done. Instead we got garbage. We had concrete work done on the crown and the guy dumped the remaining mix in my flower beds. Then he swept old concrete chunks off the roof into my backyard and gutters and left it there. We had to have them come back and add an extension to our chimney as the new wood burning stove didn’t have the correct draft and filled my house with smoke. And finally we had to have them come back to add a storm collar since the now 6 foot tall extension was dripping water onto the flat metal flashing causing an incessant drum like thumping every time it rained and we got the shoddy work shown in the pics. We have a nice house, not a fort in the woods and all this company has done is subtract value from our home. I’m incredibly disappointed with pretty much everything they did from start to finish. Save yourself the hassle and use a different chimney company.

Within a few hours of my initial contact, we had a site visit and an estimate for the scope of work that was a very reasonably priced. So far a wonderful experience. - Update: Mike returned as scheduled and cleaned out the creosote and went the extra mile to help clean out some bigger stuff that was beyond the usual scope of work. Would highly recommend this company for any future work, they were an absolute delight to work with and were actually less expensive than another quote I received.

Both Michael and Miguel were great about explaining what repairs we needed, they left the house and exterior clean, and Miguel did the exterior repairs carefully and efficiently. They came on time, communicating well, and they were polite and friendly. What more could you ask?

Workers appear to have done a fine job. My chimney was in need of serious repair. They tuckpointed itand rebuilt from roof line up and added a liner. Everything seems to be sloped so rain will fall off. The new brick blends with the old better than my neighbors. I had asked them to masonry off the old furnace flue and the guy double checked that it was no longer necessary before finishing the job.

Michael arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. He left no additional mess for me to clean up and was respectful of my home. I will use this company for all of my chimney needs.

Louis was knowledgable, friendly, courteous and careful to not get soot into my house from the cleaning. I fully recommend him. When the repairs were completed Michael did a great job, also making sure to keep my home soot free.

I got 6 quotes for a chimney rebuild from the roofline up and I happily chose to work with Lifetime. Their pricing and clear description of the work, along with the staff members I spoke to made the decision easy. They were clear and communicative from start to finish and everyone was highly professional and kind. The rebuild took three days. One day for demo and scaffolding, 2 days for masonry and clean up. My yard was left clean from debris and they worked around my plantings without any issues. The chimney is up to current code and I don’t have to worry about it falling down anymore! I would highly recommend Lifetime Chimney to my friends and family.

the company did a wonderful job of replacing my chimney (above the roof line). Much more difficult than anticipated because of the old stone used 50 years ago. Very professional, courteous, and timely.
