Reviews of local pros in Gladstone, Oregon

Maybe you should put our pump back together after not showing up for appt and no reply to reschedule?

Knowledgeable. On time. Flexible on follow up appointments. Did a great job teaching me how to better care for the spa.
I highly recommend.

Theresa came and cleaned the pool and spa which was in dire need of cleaning. She explained what was going on with the water chemistry and what else needed to be done. Great having someone knowledgeable about pool & spa set ups.

I am so thankful to know her. She is positive, professional and understanding. She showed me how to clean and sanitize my pool well. I appreciate her hard working habits.

I had a pool emergency and called Teresa for assistance. She came the same day and resolved it. Most appreciated. She is very friendly and professional. Thank you for helping me so quickly. I would recommend her services.

We trust Teresa completely. She’s there when we need her, she’s reliable, and our pool has never been this sparkly perfect before. She’s saved under “Teresa - Pool Wizard” in my phone.

Teresa is highly qualified, friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. It’s our first time owning a spa and having Teresa available to answer questions and make suggestions regarding maintenance is very reassuring.

Great experience with Teresa! Fast and reliable service, exactly what you would expect from a top notch professional! 5 stars will use again !

That can I say. Teresa is the best in the biz, full stop. Always a pleasure and my hot tub is in tip top shape always. Mindful of family needs and incredibly professional. Thanks Teresa!

We feel fortunate to have found Teresa. She is professional, reliable and conscientious. Her service is also one of the best deals around. I do not hesitate to recommend her to others.

Teresa is amazing and we are so grateful for her help with our spa cleaning and upkeep! She is so knowledgable and kind and I can’t imagine getting such a nice service from anyone else. We can’t recommend her enough!!

Teresa is reliable, efficient, and kind. She is the best pool person we have found and feel grateful to have her expertise with our pool. Our pool is alway sparkling and her prices are fair. I’m happy we found her :)

We've had Teresa looking after our pool for the last 4/5 years. She is great at her job, very knowledgeable and always available if we have a problem or question. I highly recommend Teresa to look after your pool.

Teresa is the best! I messaged her after inquiring with 4-5 local companies none of which would come out to show me how the pool worked when we first moved in and Teresa offered to FaceTime and walk me through it because we are far away from her location which was exactly what we were looking for, she is super knowledgeable and has helped us with multiple issues as well as just routine maintenance and is always easy to contact. I wouldnt go to anyone else for our pool needs now.

Teresa was very responsive and took care of our hot tub the next day. She also educated me on how to keep up with the chemicals, cleaning's and the filters I needed to purchase. Thank you for the help.

Teresa is awesome! She's been cleaning pools in Portland since she was 14.
She's a fixture around town, very popular with pool owners. She's fast, fun, and joyful, and she helps you have a beautiful clean pool and jacuzzi in an affordable way.
I've been using her for 7 years. I look forward to her visits!

Teresa is fantastic at what she does! She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and truly exceeds expectations. Always quick to respond, reasonably priced and a real hidden gem in the industry. I would recommend Teresa to ANYONE looking for help with pool or spa maintenance.

Teresa's been looking after our pool for the past two years...ever since we moved into our pool-equipped home. We have weekly service during the summer months and she's been top-notch in keeping our pool clean. She's made herself available when I have questions, and we're very pleased to have her visit on the regular.

I found Teresa when I was scrambling in the middle of a hot tub emergency and all the other portland area spa services had let me down. She literally saved the day! She was above and beyond professional, accessible, and helpful. Ever since that incident she has maintained my hot tub for personal use as well as at my rental. It’s been so wonderful to know that my spa is running correctly and is safe to enjoy. I would highly recommend her!

The best choice for pool care! Teresa is very knowledgeable, and so helpful. Her service is prompt, efficient, and reliable. Really glad we found her to help us with our “new to us” pool.

We bought a house with a pool/hottub and needed to learn how to use and maintain it. Teresa is a wealth of knowledge and taught us how to drain it, clean it and keep it running. She's also just a pleasant person in general. We will be using her services again.
